本发明涉及一种通杆无销蝶阀,包括带有上下阀脖的阀体,密封胶套,阀杆,支撑于密封胶套上的蝶板及操纵手柄,阀杆的上下两端分装于阀体的上下阀脖中且阀杆上端连接操纵手柄,其特征是阀杆上与蝶板连接的蝶板连接段为棱柱或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面的扁圆柱体,阀杆以其蝶板连接段插入与蝶板连接段匹配的蝶板轴孔中与蝶板连接;阀杆的上端与操纵手柄连接的手柄连接段为棱台或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的梢面的圆柱体,手柄连接段上部的阀杆端头设置为螺纹端头,操纵手柄以与手柄连接段匹配的手柄轴孔套入阀杆的手柄连接段,并通过螺母拧入螺纹端头与阀杆固定连接。优点:简化结构、利于维修。

一种通杆无销蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,尤其涉及一种通杆无销蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀因其结构简单、体积小、重量轻、启闭方便迅速省力、且具有良好的流体控制特性而广泛应用于石油、煤气、化工、水处理等工业领域。蝶阀在使用中,其圆盘形蝶板沿管道的径向安装,并环绕阀杆在0°~90°之间旋转,实现全闭全开。蝶阀主要包括阀体、密封胶套、蝶板及阀杆,目前在蝶阀制造业中,阀杆与蝶板的连接主要通过在蝶板上钻孔后铰孔,用圆锥销将蝶板与阀杆固定到一起,这种连接方式的弊端是制作时要在加工后先钻孔,后铰孔,并需设置圆锥销,因此其结构及工艺较复杂,维修或更换密封胶套时,需用专用工具拆卸,且圆锥销、蝶板、销子需同时更换,浪费器材,耗费工时,而且使用中,销孔处易发生渗漏、圆锥销扭断或腐蚀等现象,直接影响阀门性能;同时影响阀门整体外观。此外,现有蝶阀其操作手柄与阀杆的连接采用键、螺栓连接,同样存在结构及工艺复杂,维修拆装不方便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种通杆无销蝶阀,达到简化结构工艺,防止渗漏,利于维修,节约器材的效果,进而,改进阀杆与操作手柄的连接结构,达到简化结构、利于维修的效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种通杆无销蝶阀,包括带有上、下阀脖的阀体,嵌装于阀体内的密封胶套,阀杆,通过阀杆支撑于密封胶套上的蝶板及操纵手柄,所述阀杆的上、下两端分装于阀体的上、下阀脖中,且阀杆上端连接所述操纵手柄,其特征在于所述阀杆上与蝶板连接的蝶板连接段为棱柱或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面的扁圆柱体,阀杆以其蝶板连接段插入与所述蝶板连接段匹配的蝶板轴孔中与蝶板连接。
所述阀杆的上端与操纵手柄连接的手柄连接段为棱台或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的梢面的圆柱体,所述手柄连接段上部的阀杆端头设置为螺纹端头,操纵手柄以其与手柄连接段匹配的手柄轴孔套入阀杆的手柄连接段,并通过螺母拧入所述螺纹端头与阀杆固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:提供出一种通杆无销蝶阀,阀杆与蝶板连接的蝶板连接段为棱柱或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面的扁圆柱体,因此使蝶板与阀杆插装后不会产生相对转动,且结合紧密配合牢固,与现有技术比,无须圆锥销固定,蝶板即可随阀杆的转动而转动,达到简化结构及工艺、防止渗漏、利于拆装维修,节约器材的效果。此外,阀杆与操纵手柄连接的手柄连接段改进为棱台或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的梢面的圆柱体,因此,操纵手柄套入后不会产生相对转动,且结合紧密配合牢固,并稳固定位,与现有技术比,无须键、螺栓连接,阀杆即可随操纵手柄的转动而转动,使结构、工艺简化,维修方便。

具体实施方式
图1~图4示出一种通杆无销蝶阀及其阀杆的结构示意图。如图所示,该通杆无销蝶阀包括带有上、下阀脖22、23的阀体2,嵌装于阀体内的密封胶套4,阀杆5,通过阀杆支撑于密封胶套上的蝶板6及操纵手柄1,所述阀杆5的上、下两端分装于阀体的上、下阀脖中,且阀杆5上端连接所述操纵手柄1,如图1所示,上阀脖顶部设有法兰21,法兰21固连操纵手柄的止动盘8,阀杆5通过操纵手柄1的手柄轴孔,从阀体上端法兰21插入阀杆上轴孔中,阀杆通过其上部设置的环周凸台53卡压置位在阀体上轴孔的密封圈7上,并通过密封圈7、设置在阀体中轴孔的轴套31及设置在阀体下轴孔的轴套32定位支撑在阀体2内。本发明的特征在于所述阀杆5上与蝶板6连接的蝶板连接段54为棱柱或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面的扁圆柱体,棱柱可为三棱柱、四棱柱,五棱柱、六棱柱、七棱柱、八棱柱等多种。本实施例中,阀杆5与蝶板6连接的的蝶板连接段54为外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面54a、54b的扁圆柱体。阀杆5以其蝶板连接段54插入与所述蝶板连接段匹配的蝶板轴孔中与蝶板6连接。由于阀杆的蝶板连接段采用了带棱的柱体,因此插入与其匹配的蝶板轴孔中后,蝶板6与阀杆5不会产生相对转动且结合紧密牢固,与现有技术比,无须圆锥销固定,蝶板6即可随阀杆5的转动而转动。
本发明的特征还在于,所述阀杆5的上端与操纵手柄1连接的手柄连接段52为棱台或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的梢面的圆柱体,本实施例中,手柄连接段52采用了四棱台,当然,还可采用五棱台、六棱台、七棱台、八棱台等。手柄连接段上部的阀杆端头设置为螺纹端头51,操纵手柄1以其与手柄连接段匹配的手柄轴孔套入阀杆的手柄连接段52,并通过螺母9拧入所述螺纹端头51与阀杆5固定连接。
这里,由于手柄连接段52采用了棱台或带一对梢面的圆柱体,因此,操纵手柄套入后不会产生相对转动,且与阀杆5结合紧密、定位牢固,与现有技术比,操纵手柄1与阀杆5之间无须键及螺栓连接,阀杆即可随操纵手柄的转动而转动,使结构简化,维修方便。

1.一种通杆无销蝶阀,包括带有上、下阀脖的阀体,嵌装于阀体内的密封胶套,阀杆,通过阀杆支撑于密封胶套上的蝶板及操纵手柄,所述阀杆的上、下两端分装于阀体的上、下阀脖中,且阀杆上端连接所述操纵手柄,其特征在于所述阀杆上与蝶板连接的蝶板连接段为棱柱或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的竖直平面的扁圆柱体,阀杆以其蝶板连接段插入与所述蝶板连接段匹配的蝶板轴孔中与蝶板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通杆无销蝶阀,其特征在于所述阀杆的上端与操纵手柄连接的手柄连接段为棱台或外侧面具有一对以阀杆轴线为中心相对设置的梢面的圆柱体,所述手柄连接段上部的阀杆端头设置为螺纹端头,操纵手柄以其与手柄连接段匹配的手柄轴孔套入阀杆的手柄连接段,并通过螺母拧入所述螺纹端头与阀杆固定连接。
