本发明涉及环保领域,更为具体的说是涉及垃圾发酵罐。本发明的目的在于提供一种垃圾发酵罐,特别是用于生活垃圾发酵罐,本发明所公开的垃圾发酵罐,是由底盘、低温加热板、垃圾放置槽、收集槽、收集槽封闭盖、顶盖以及通气管道组成;所述垃圾放置槽外侧壁的底部开有安装孔,所述低温加热板呈圆环状,并且固定于垃圾放置槽底部,其与垃圾放置槽中心重合;所述收集槽侧壁上开设有通气孔,所述收集槽封闭盖、顶盖分别开设有用于通气管道穿过的通孔,所述通气管道由通孔处插入,并将收集槽与外界连通。采用本发明所公开的技术方案,实现了生活垃圾高效、安全、稳定发酵,从而废物利用,产生能源物质沼气。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域,特别是涉及垃圾处理设备,更为具体的说是涉及垃圾发酵罐。
背景技术
垃圾是指不需要或者无用的固体、流体物质。随着城市的不断扩张,现在垃圾处理已经成为一个让人头痛的问题。
生活垃圾中充满了大量的有机物,通过粉碎后,固液混合的垃圾初级处理物堆置发酵产生沼气等,可以实现废物利用的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种垃圾发酵罐,特别是用于生活垃圾发酵罐,从而有效实现了生活垃圾发酵产生沼气,并通过通气管道引出后,用于能源提供。
本发明所公开的垃圾发酵罐,是由底盘、低温加热板、垃圾放置槽、收集槽、收集槽封闭盖、顶盖以及通气管道组成;所述垃圾放置槽为圆环形槽体,其外侧壁的底部开有安装孔,所述底盘上设置有与安装孔匹配的安装足;所述低温加热板呈圆环状,并且固定于垃圾放置槽底部,其与垃圾放置槽中心重合;所述收集槽是由圆面底板和圆筒状侧壁形成的上端开放的槽体结构,其圆筒状侧壁上开设有通气孔,所述圆面底板的半径大于垃圾放置槽内圆半径;所述收集槽封闭盖为为盘状构件,卡和在收集槽顶端,并且将收集槽封闭,所述顶盖半径与垃圾放置槽半径相同,并与底盘配合形成封闭的发酵空间;
所述收集槽封闭盖、顶盖分别开设有用于通气管道穿过的通孔,所述通气管道由通孔处插入,并将收集槽与外界连通,所述通气管道上还设置有阀门。
垃圾在垃圾放置槽内,受到固定于垃圾放置槽底部的低温加热板的加热作用,发生发酵作用,产生的沼气从收集槽侧壁的通气孔排出,并通过通气管道被导出。
进一步地,所述收集槽内还设置有高温加热丝。
我们在应用中发现,由于发酵的环境温度较高,由于垃圾发酵罐的罐体较大,收集槽距离低温加热板距离较远,因此沼气容易在收集槽的侧壁上产生凝结水,所以本发明优选地在收集槽内增加了高温加热丝,从而保证沼气以气体形式排出,不会在收集槽侧壁上凝结,进而影响沼气的排出。
更进一步地,我们公开了所述顶盖下边沿与垃圾放置槽的上边沿对应地成形有相互卡和的凸台和凹槽。从而保证整个发酵结构的密封性。
采用本发明所公开的技术方案,实现了生活垃圾高效、安全、稳定发酵,从而废物利用,产生能源物质沼气。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,垃圾发酵罐,是由底盘1、低温加热板2、垃圾放置槽3、收集槽4、收集槽封闭盖5、顶盖6以及通气管道7组成;所述垃圾放置槽为圆环形槽体,其外侧壁的底部开有安装孔,所述底盘1上设置有与安装孔匹配的安装足8;所述低温加热板2呈圆环状,并且固定于垃圾放置槽3底部,其与垃圾放置槽3中心重合;所述收集槽4是由圆面底板和圆筒状侧壁形成的上端开放的槽体结构,其圆筒状侧壁上开设有通气孔9,所述圆面底板的半径大于垃圾放置槽内圆半径;所述收集槽封闭盖5为为盘状构件,卡和在收集槽4顶端,并且将收集槽4封闭,所述顶盖6半径与垃圾放置槽3半径相同,并与底盘1配合形成封闭的发酵空间;
所述收集槽封闭盖5、顶盖分别开设有用于通气管道穿过的通孔,所述通气管道7由通孔处插入,并将收集槽与外界连通,所述通气管道上还设置有阀门10。
在本实施例中,我们还优选所述收集槽9内还设置有高温加热丝11。
经过预处理的呈浆状的生活垃圾,被放置在垃圾放置槽3内,通过底部固定的低温加热板2的温度作用,发生发酵作用,产生的沼气上升,并通过通气孔9进入收集槽4,然后由通气管道7被导出。
由于收集槽的底板较大,可以防止浆状垃圾上溢堵塞通气孔9。
同时,通过高温加热丝11的设置,本发明可以更加稳定地运转,避免了由于凝结水堵塞通气孔9产生的气流不通,设备内部压力增大的问题。提高了整个设备运行的安全性。

1.垃圾发酵罐,其特征在于:所述发酵罐是由底盘、低温加热板、垃圾放置槽、收集槽、收集槽封闭盖、顶盖以及通气管道组成;所述垃圾放置槽为圆环形槽体,其外侧壁的底部开有安装孔,所述底盘上设置有与安装孔匹配的安装足;所述低温加热板呈圆环状,并且固定于垃圾放置槽底部,其与垃圾放置槽中心重合;所述收集槽是由圆面底板和圆筒状侧壁形成的上端开放的槽体结构,其圆筒状侧壁上开设有通气孔,所述圆面底板的半径大于垃圾放置槽内圆半径;所述收集槽封闭盖为盘状构件,卡和在收集槽顶端,并且将收集槽封闭,所述顶盖半径与垃圾放置槽半径相同,并与底盘配合形成封闭的发酵空间;
所述收集槽封闭盖、顶盖分别开设有用于通气管道穿过的通孔,所述通气管道由通孔处插入,并将收集槽与外界连通,所述通气管道上还设置有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾发酵罐,其特征在于:所述收集槽内还设置有高温加热丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾发酵罐,其特征在于:所述顶盖下边沿与垃圾放置槽的上边沿对应地成形有相互卡和的凸台和凹槽。
