本发明涉及涂料的制作方法，具体涉及滑动部件用耐磨涂料。
背景技术
设备的滑动部件即使在润滑油存在的情况下，也会有一定程度的磨损，而目前涂料的硬度一般比较低，不能够应用与滑动部位，并且摩擦系数比较大，容易擦伤对合面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供滑动部件用耐磨涂料，解决现有技术中的一个或多个问题。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供滑动部件用耐磨涂料，包括以下重量份数的原料：聚硫化苯100～120份，聚四氟乙烯30～40份，聚醚-聚砜40～50份，氟化铅30～40份，水200～250份，表面活性剂20～30份，丙二醇130～150份。
本发明提供的滑动部件用耐磨涂料，将其涂抹于滑动部位上，在370℃烘烤45分钟，能够形成涂层平整，附着力好，硬度高的涂层，动摩擦系数不超过0.155。
在一些实施方式中，表面活性剂为氟碳表面活性剂。

实施例1：
本发明提供了滑动部件用耐磨涂料，包括以下原料：聚硫化苯100kg，聚四氟乙烯30kg，聚醚-聚砜40kg，氟化铅30kg，水200kg，表面活性剂20kg，丙二醇130kg。
本发明提供的滑动部件用耐磨涂料，将其涂抹于滑动部位上，在370℃烘烤45分钟，能够形成涂层平整，附着力好，硬度高的涂层，动摩擦系数不超过0.155。
实施例2：
本发明提供了滑动部件用耐磨涂料，包括以下原料：聚硫化苯120kg，聚四氟乙烯40kg，聚醚-聚砜50kg，氟化铅40kg，水250kg，表面活性剂30kg，丙二醇150kg。
本发明提供的滑动部件用耐磨涂料，将其涂抹于滑动部位上，在370℃烘烤45分钟，能够形成涂层平整，附着力好，硬度高的涂层，动摩擦系数不超过0.155。
实施例3：

本发明提供的滑动部件用耐磨涂料，将其涂抹于滑动部位上，在370℃烘烤45分钟，能够形成涂层平整，附着力好，硬度高的涂层，动摩擦系数不超过0.155。
