一种白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,属于高分子材料制备技术领域。将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂引入烘燥装置烘燥,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;将按重量份数称取的聚乙烯树脂、增容剂、抗氧剂、填料、阻燃剂份和润滑剂投入高速混合机中混;将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。具有工艺简洁和使用设备简单的长处,可适合加工消费类电子产品;弯曲强度70~91MPa;断裂伸长率45~67%;缺口冲击强度9~13KJ/m2(-40℃下);阻燃性达到V-0(UL-94-1.6mm);在80℃热水中保持3小时不开裂。

白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种无色、无毒、无味、透明的并且综合性能优良的热塑性工程塑料材料,具有突出的耐蠕变性能,较强的耐候性能,广泛应用在电子、汽车、建筑等领域。但是,聚碳酸酯长期在潮湿环境或者高温水中使用,那么容易发生应力开裂。为了解决聚碳酸酯的缺陷,在聚碳酸酯中引入柔性分子链,聚乙烯是一种很好的热塑性材料,将聚乙烯与聚碳酸酯进行共混,既可解决聚碳酸酯的应力开裂问题,又能提高聚碳酸酯的应用价值。然而,聚碳酸酯与聚乙烯极性差别大,加工困难。鉴此,本发明人进行了长期的模索,终于找到了解决问题的办法,下面将要介绍的技术方案便是在该前提下产生的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,该方法工艺简练,无需依赖苛刻的设备,并且能使得到的聚碳酸酯复合材料具备优异的耐开裂和阻燃性能。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其制备过程是:首先,将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂70~85份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的聚乙烯树脂15~24份、增容剂6~11.7份、抗氧剂0.5~1.1份、填料4~8份、阻燃剂17~24.5份和润滑剂0.7~1.2份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的聚乙烯树脂为高密度聚乙烯树脂。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述的增容剂为甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物。
在本发明的再一个实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。
在本发明的还有一个实施例中,所述的填料为气相二氧化硅。
在本发明的更而一个实施例中,所述的阻燃剂为八溴二苯醚。
在本发明的进而一个实施例中,所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
本发明方法具有工艺简洁和使用设备简单的长处,并且得到的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料可适合加工消费类电子产品;弯曲强度70~91MPa;断裂伸长率45~67%; 缺口冲击强度9~13KJ/m2(-40℃下);阻燃性达到V-0(UL-94-1.6mm);在80℃热水中保持3小时不开裂。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
首先,将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯85份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的高密度聚乙烯树脂15份、甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物8份、2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚) 1.1份、气相二氧化硅6份、八溴二苯醚17份和硬脂酸镁1份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
实施例2:
首先,将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯80份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的高密度聚乙烯树脂24份、甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物11.7份、2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚) 0.9份、气相二氧化硅8份、八溴二苯醚24.5份和硬脂酸镁0.7份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
实施例3:
首先,将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯70份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的高密度聚乙烯树脂18份、甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物6份、2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚) 0.5份、气相二氧化硅5份、八溴二苯醚19份和硬脂酸镁1.2份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
实施例4:
首先,将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯75份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的高密度聚乙烯树脂21份、甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物9份、2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚) 0.7份、气相二氧化硅4份、八溴二苯醚21份和硬脂酸镁0.9份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
由上述实施例1至4得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料经测试具有如下性能指标:

Claims (8)

1.一种白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于其制备过程是:首先,将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂70~85份引入烘燥装置在115℃下烘燥3h,得到干燥树脂并且投入高速混合机中;接着,将按重量份数称取的聚乙烯树脂15~24份、增容剂6~11.7份、抗氧剂0.5~1.1份、填料4~8份、阻燃剂17~24.5份和润滑剂0.7~1.2份投入高速混合机中混合8min,得到混合料;再接着,将混合料转入双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,塑炼温度为250℃,塑炼时间为295min,出双螺杆挤出机后依次经拉条、水冷却、切粒和干燥,得到白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚乙烯树脂为高密度聚乙烯树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的增容剂为甲基丙烯酸与乙烯的共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为2,2亚甲基-双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的填料为气相二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的阻燃剂为八溴二苯醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的白色阻燃聚碳酸酯复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁
