本发明公开了一种电力金具专用自动进料机床,包括机床本体、料斗、设置在机床本体上的料斗支架;料斗上设有挂接部、前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板和底板;前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板、底板组合形成一个储料槽;料斗可拆卸的搁置在料斗支架上;料斗还包括位于两侧板之内的两个调节板,各侧板上设有螺孔和位于该螺孔中的调节螺柱,调节螺柱的内侧端转动设置在邻接的一个调节板上,旋转调节螺柱,可带动调节板往复移动。本发明中的料斗可以适合多种长度的工件,具有较广的应用范围。

一种电力金具专用自动进料机床
技术领域
本发明属于机床结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种电力金具专用自动进料机床。
背景技术
现有机床,其自动进料装置一般包括固定设置在机床本体上的料斗,该料斗有一固定出料口,工作中,料斗中的工件从出料口中依次落在预设位置,从而对各工件进行加工处理。该种自动进料装置由于料斗不可拆卸,且只有单一料斗,当料斗因磕碰发生形变时容易卡主工件,拆卸及维护较为繁琐;另外,该种单一固定料斗难以实现工业化自动装卸物料。
目前电力金具的结构日趋复杂,多需要在铸造后再次进行精加工处理,由于电力金具多是大批量生产,如能采用连续化加工处理,可有效降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够适合各种长度工件、具有较广的应用范围的电力金具专用自动进料机床。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种电力金具专用自动进料机床,包括机床本体、料斗、设置在机床本体上的料斗支架;料斗上设有挂接部、前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板和底板;前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板、底板组合形成一个储料槽;料斗可拆卸的搁置在料斗支架上;料斗还包括位于两侧板之内的两个调节板,各侧板上设有螺孔和位于该螺孔中的调节螺柱,调节螺柱的内侧端转动设置在邻接的一个调节板上,旋转调节螺柱,可带动调节板往复移动。
上述方案中,机床本体包括底座、铣头、贯穿铣头的夹料腔、进料定位板和气动推料机构;铣头固定设置在底座上,进料定位板正对料斗出料处设置,且位于气动推料机构和铣头之间。
本发明中的料斗可以适合多种长度的工件,具有较广的应用范围。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
图1至图8显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式,其中,图1为本发明的一种立体结构示意图;图2为图1所示机床中上料装置的一种立体结构示意图;图3为图1所示机床在移除上料装置、放料架和料斗后的一种立体结构示意图;图4为图3中A处的局部放大示意图;图5为图1所示机床中料斗的一种立体结构示意图;图6为图5所示料斗的一种俯视图;图7为图5所示料斗的一种剖视结构示意图;图8为图7所示料斗搁置在料斗支架上时的一种结构示意图。
本实施例是一种电力金具专用自动进料机床,见图1至图8所示,包括机床本体1、料斗2、设置在机床本体上的料斗支架3、放料架4和用于把放料架上的料斗转移至料斗支架的上料装置5。
放料架上设有多个料斗,各料斗上设有挂接部21,料斗中置放有待处理工件100。
上料装置包括上料支架6、转动设置在上料支架上的升降机构7、沿水平方向作往复运动的平移机构8、和用于勾挂料斗挂接部的勾挂机构9。升降机构包括两根上下设置且相互平行的升降杆71、带动升降杆做上下运动的驱动机构72,所述两根升降杆通过轴承转动设置在上料支架上;平移机构包括固定设置在升降杆上部的具有两个水平滑孔81的定位板82、和可沿水平滑孔往复移动的两根滑杆83;两根滑杆水平设置且相互平行;勾挂机构包括设置在滑杆上的两个挂钩91,外侧的挂钩上设有握柄92。使用者利用该握柄92有利于控制操作。驱动机构包括设有气缸活塞721的气缸722,升降杆固定设置在该气缸活塞的顶部,本实施例中,驱动机构随着升降杆的转动而转动。另外,本实施例中,平移机构采用手动操作,也即握住握柄,手动拉伸滑杆使其对准料斗的勾挂部,然后启动气缸上下移动,从而上提或放下料斗。
料斗还包括前挡板22、后挡板23、两个侧板24、底板25和复位机构26;后档板、两个侧板和底板固定相连;复位机构包括限位件261、定位件262、滑柱263和复位弹簧264;限位件固定设置在各侧板外壁上,限位件的上端设有上挡块2611,下端设有下挡块2612;滑柱的上下两端分别固定设置在上挡块和下挡块上;定位件套设在滑柱上,且与前挡板固定相连;复位弹簧位于上挡块和定位件顶壁之间,定位件在外力和复位弹簧的复位弹力下,沿着滑柱往复移动,并同步带动前挡板往复移动;自由状态下,前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板、底板组合形成一个下部封闭的储料槽27;料斗支架上设有开门顶压件31,当料斗置于料斗支架上时,开门顶压件顶接在定位件上,从而克服弹簧的复位弹力,使得定位件和前挡板上移一定距离。当定位件受力上移,带动前挡板上移后,前挡板的底部与底板的前部形成一个开口,该开口作为料斗的出料口。这种结构使得料斗在没有搁置在料斗支架上时,料斗没有出料口,工件不会从料斗中掉落。而当料斗搁置在料斗支架上时,定位件和前挡板就会在上移,开启出料口,从而使得工件可以自动依次从储料槽中滑出。
料斗还包括位于两侧板之内的两个调节板28,各侧板上设有螺孔241和位于该螺孔中的调节螺柱242,调节螺柱的内侧端转动设置在邻接的一个调节板上,旋转调节螺柱,可带动调节板往复移动。这种结构的优点在于:每批次加工的工件100可能存在长度差别,例如前批次的工件长度是30厘米,本批次的工件长度是20厘米,如果采用间距宽度是30厘米的料斗来说,20厘米长的工件搁置其中,在自由滑落时,会造成工件的跑位偏斜,甚至卡在料斗中;本实施例的这种结构则通过调整两调节板之间的间距,能适应多种长度不同的工件,从而保证工件能依次有序的从料斗出料口中滑落。
机床本体包括底座11、铣头12、贯穿铣头的夹料腔、进料定位板13和气动推料机构14;铣头固定设置在底座上,进料定位板正对料斗出料处设置,且位于气动推料机构和铣头之间。工件从料斗中的出料口中滑落,正好落在进料定位板13上,气动推料机构收到信号后,把工件从进料定位板13推入到铣头的夹料腔中,铣头夹住工件,利用刀头对其进行加工处理。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种电力金具专用自动进料机床,包括机床本体、料斗、设置在机床本体上的料斗支架;料斗上设有挂接部、前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板和底板;前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板、底板组合形成一个储料槽;其特征在于:料斗还包括复位机构;料斗可拆卸的搁置在料斗支架上;料斗还包括位于两侧板之内的两个调节板,各侧板上设有螺孔和位于该螺孔中的调节螺柱,调节螺柱的内侧端转动设置在邻接的一个调节板上,旋转调节螺柱,可带动调节板往复移动;后档板、两个侧板和底板固定相连;复位机构包括限位件、定位件、滑柱和复位弹簧;限位件固定设置在各侧板外壁上,限位件的上端设有上挡块,下端设有下挡块;滑柱的上下两端分别固定设置在上挡块和下挡块上;定位件套设在滑柱上,且与前挡板固定相连;复位弹簧位于上挡块和定位件顶壁之间,定位件在外力和复位弹簧的复位弹力下,沿着滑柱往复移动,并同步带动前挡板往复移动;料斗支架上设有开门顶压件,当料斗置于料斗支架上时,开门顶压件顶接在定位件上,从而克服弹簧的复位弹力,使得定位件和前挡板上移一定距离;当定位件受力上移,带动前挡板上移后,前挡板的底部与底板的前部形成一个开口,该开口作为料斗的出料口。
