Abstract

本发明涉及照明技术领域,公开了一种LED光源,包括多个用于发出白色光的LED发光件,所述LED发光件包括波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片以及设置在所述蓝绿光LED芯片外围的荧光粉。本发明中的一种LED光源,采用波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片提供蓝光,其本身波长较长,频率较低,对用户健康影响小。

一种LED光源
技术领域
本发明涉及照明的技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED光源。
背景技术
现有的普通台灯多是高频荧光灯,可以发出白色荧光进行照明,有着光线充足、稳定、耗能低,寿命长等优点,逐渐替代白炽灯,成为市面上最常见的台灯。由于白色光本身为合成光,自然界中的白光由七色光合成,实际应用中可以用较少的几种颜色合成白色光,即采用不同颜色的LED芯片组合搭配荧光粉,即可实现需要的白光。
由于颜色本身的叠加原理,要得到白色光,必须含有蓝光,通过其与其他颜色光,例如黄光、红光叠加,方可产生白色光。而蓝光本身波长较短,是一种高频率高能量的光,会产生肉眼无法看到的频闪辐射,尤其是在台灯这种特殊的应用场合,用户往往距离灯源较近,这种频闪辐射给消费者的身体健康带去了严重的危害。市场上的LED光源通常使用440nm-470nm的蓝光进行设置,中国专利CN1255881C即采用了440nm-470nm的蓝光,这种光波尤其对人眼伤害较大,而且长期使用这种台灯的人,会更容易感到疲惫。因此如何有效的合成低频白光,降低对人的危害,成为台灯的重要发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED光源,旨在解决现有技术中台灯合成白光中的有较高频率的光,容易危害用户健康的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种LED光源,包括多个用于发出白色光的LED发光件,各所述LED发光件包括波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片以及设置在所述蓝绿光LED芯片外围的荧光粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片提供蓝光,其蓝光部分的波长较长,不含有高频光,进而与绿光、黄光或红光混合生成白光,对用户的健康影响小。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体附图对本实施例的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种LED光源1,包括散热基板13和多个用于发出白色光的LED发光件,LED发光件包括波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片121,在蓝绿光LED芯片121外围设置有荧光粉。
本实施例中采用蓝绿光LED芯片121作为合成光之一,其波长为470—510nm,而与现有技术中采用的波长为380-410nm的紫光芯片,或者440-470nm的蓝光芯片相比,其波长更长,相应的频率更低,既能达到合成白光的目的,同时又不含较高频率的光。在满足用户对于台灯的照明需求前提下,减少了对身体健康的危害。这种蓝绿光LED芯片121为现有技术中常见的一种LED芯片,广泛应用于LED照明、信号等领域。
与蓝绿LED芯片121配合的LED芯片可以有多种方案选择,包括波长为510nm-540nm的绿光LED芯片、540nm-580nm的黄光LED芯片以及波长为580nm-700nm的红光LED芯片中的一种,或者由上述三种芯片中的多种组合而成,可根据实际照明、功耗、设计要求进行灵活选择。
为了便于叙述,本实施以图示中的其他LED芯片122概括表示上述芯片。
荧光粉的设置可有多种方式,例如本实施例可以选择设置一个LED灯具封盖,在封盖与蓝绿光LED芯片121及其他LED芯片122之间可选择性的填充透明荧光胶,当填充荧光胶时,在LED灯具封盖的内壁涂覆荧光粉,LED发光件照射到灯具封盖内侧,发出光线;或者省略荧光胶时,荧光粉直接涂覆在LED芯片的外表面。
本实施例中还可以省略LED灯具封盖,在蓝绿光LED芯片121及其他LED芯片122外围可选择性填充透明荧光胶,当填充荧光胶时,荧光粉涂覆于荧光胶的外表面;当省略荧光胶时,荧光粉涂覆于LED芯片的外表面。
如图1所示,蓝绿光LED芯片121与其他LED芯片122平行设置,使其光线并排照射进行叠加混合。
在实际中,蓝绿光LED芯片与其他LED芯片122相互之间也可以具有一定高度差,根据实际的照明区域和空间结构,设置其高度差,实现白光叠加即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED光源,包括多个用于发出白色光的LED发光件,各所述LED发光件包括散热基板,其特征在于,所述LED发光件包括波段为470-510nm的蓝绿光LED芯片以及设置在所述蓝绿光LED芯片外围的荧光粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,所述LED发光件还包括波长为510nm-540nm的绿光LED芯片、540nm-580nm的黄光LED芯片以及波长为580nm-700nm的红光LED芯片中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,还包括灯具封盖,所述封盖与所述LED发光件之间填充透明荧光胶,所述灯具封盖内壁涂覆所述荧光粉。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,各所述LED发光件之间填充透明荧光胶,所述荧光粉涂覆于所述透明荧光胶外表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,所述荧光粉涂覆于所述蓝绿光LED芯片的外表面。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,所述蓝绿光LED芯片与所述绿光LED芯片、黄光LED芯片及红光LED芯片平行设置。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种LED光源,其特征在于,所述蓝绿光LED芯片与所述绿光LED芯片、黄光LED芯片及红光LED芯片相互之间具有一定高度差。
