Abstract

本发明公开了一种小型一体化发电设备,此设备内部把手摇或脚踏装置,发电机,充电器,电池,和逆变器,做成了一体机,其中手摇或脚踩的机械机构做功带动发电机转动,发电机输出电能,充电器把此电能直接给逆变器的输入,或对电池进行充电,以存储电能。逆变器输入端连接电池的输出或充电器的输出,也可以连接风电和太阳能电力的直流电,逆变器的输出为交流的市电。本发明把原本分离的功能块组合在一起,使得产品的尺寸相对可以做得更小,易于移动,可以根据具体的实际使用情况灵活选择清洁能源的来源和组合方式,简化了客户的使用方式,节约了产生电能的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型小型一体化发电设备。 
背景技术
低碳, 环保,节能,是当前世界社会的共识。 
清洁能源是社会可持续发展的未来,也是各国大力提倡的举措。 
脚踩或手摇发电设备即可以健身,又可以用来发电,一举两得, 
但目前市面上的脚踩或手摇发电装置,其发电机构和充电器和电池和逆变器是分离的设备。且和太阳能和风力发电相互孤立。 客户需要自己采购不同的分离设备并把他们组合起来使用。
其缺陷是:对客户的专业技术和知识要求高,且使用其来要自行把分离的设备组装起来,一般非专业客户很难把不同的分离设备有机的组合在一起,不能最大限度发挥设备的使用价值。 
客户使用起来不方便,其部件相互分离不易于整体移动。 
不利于产品的商业推广,不利于形成产业规模和品牌。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种一体化发电制作方法。 
本发明采用的技术方案是:如图1示 
       相对于传统的方案这种新的技术方案把手摇和脚踏装置,发电机,充电器,电池,和逆变器,做成了一体机,且这个一体机提供了太阳能发电和风力发电的直流电接口。这样即可以把脚踏或手摇的机械能转换成220V或110v的交流工频市电也可以通过这个一体机直接太阳能和风力发电的能源直接转换成220V或110v的交流工频市电,供家庭家电等供电使用。
    
           这样客户不再需要再单独采购或制作其他分离设备,大大简化了客户的使用方式。    而且这样的技术方案可以把产品做得越来越专业,并使他们有机的组合在一起,最大限度发挥产品中各个分离功能块的作用,使产品的效益最大化。且因为是一体机更易于整体移动。
       具体实施方式  
如图1所示
手摇或脚踩1的机械机构做功带动发电机转动,发电机2此时便输出电能,
充电器3把此电能直接给逆变器5的输入,或对电池4进行充电,以存储电能。
逆变器5输入端连接电池4的输出或充电器3的输出,也可以连接风电6和太阳能电力7的直流电, 逆变器5的输出为交流的220V或110V的市电。可以给家用电器等设备提供电能。

1.一种小型发电设备制作方法, 其特征是:设备把手摇或脚踏装置和发电机,充电器和电池,风力发电和太阳能发电接口,逆变器做成集成一体机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征是: 手摇或脚踏发电装置集成了风力发电和太阳能发电接口。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征是:手摇或脚踏发电装置集成了发电机,
充电器和电池。
