Abstract
The invention discloses a motor home air conditioner, which comprises a shell and also comprises: a four-way valve (4); a support plate (1) fixedly arranged in the casing; the elastic cushion (5) is wrapped outside the four-way valve (4); and the elastic pad (5) is fixedly arranged on a pressing plate (6) on the supporting plate (1). Compared with the prior art in which an electric heating device is adopted, the motor home air conditioner provided by the invention has the advantages that the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the heating capacity is effectively improved, so that the heat supply requirement and the energy-saving requirement of the motor home are met; and, through on being fixed in the backup pad with the cross valve with the cushion, backup pad and casing fixed connection, reliably fix the cross valve, effectively avoided the condition that produces pipeline spare fatigue because of the cross valve rocks in the driving process, further reduced the potential safety hazard.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a motor home air conditioner.
Background
With the rapid development of the motor home industry, more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the comfort of use.
As the caravan jolts during operation, in order to avoid fatigue fracture of air conditioner pipeline parts, at present, the air conditioner of the caravan is only provided with a refrigerating system, and an electric heating system is adopted for heating. According to the air conditioner for the motor home, the four-way valve 4 is additionally arranged, a heat pump system of the air conditioner for the motor home is developed, and compared with an electric heating device adopted in the prior art, the hidden safety hazard is reduced, and meanwhile, the heating capacity is effectively improved, so that the heat supply requirement and the energy-saving requirement of the motor home are met; and, through being fixed in the backup pad 1 with cross valve 4 with cushion 5 on, backup pad 1 and casing fixed connection, with the reliable fixed of cross valve 4, effectively avoided the condition that produces the pipeline spare fatigue because of cross valve 4 rocks in the driving process, further reduced the potential safety hazard.
As shown in fig. 2, the four-way valve 4 is connected in the same manner as in the air conditioning system, and includes a D-pipe connected to the outlet of the compressor of the motor home air conditioner, an S-pipe connected to the inlet of the compressor, an E-pipe connected to the evaporator (in a cooling state), and a C-pipe connected to the condenser (in a cooling state).
In order to facilitate the installation of the support plate 1 and ensure the fixing stability of the support plate, in the air conditioner for the motor home provided by the embodiment of the invention, one end of the support plate 1 is fixedly connected with the surface cover 3 of the shell, and the other end of the support plate 1 is fixedly connected with the condenser top cover 2 of the shell. The supporting plate 1 can also be fixed with a side plate or a top plate of a motor home air conditioner, and the specific fixing mode is not limited.
The four-way valve 4 is arranged on one surface of the supporting plate 1 far away from the condenser top cover 2. In the installation, set up backup pad 1 fixed earlier on condenser top cap 2, place cross valve 4 again and accomplish fixedly on backup pad 1, effectively made things convenient for the installation of cross valve 4.
In the present embodiment, the pressure plate 6 is connected to the support plate 1 by screws 7. By arranging the elastic cushion 5 as a split structure, the relative installation of the elastic cushion 5 and the four-way valve 4 is effectively facilitated.
Further, the elastic pad 5 provided in this embodiment is a rubber pad, and may also be a resin pad or a cushion block made of other material with strong elasticity.
The elastic pad 5 may be provided in an integrated structure, and the elastic pad 5 is wrapped around the four-way valve 4 through elastic deformation thereof.
Wherein, in order to improve the matching stability of the elastic pad 5 and the four-way valve 4, a lower pipe groove for accommodating an E pipe, an S pipe and a C pipe of the four-way valve is arranged on the lower rubber pad 52; the number of the lower pipe grooves is 3, and the lower pipe grooves correspond to the E pipes, the S pipes and the C pipes of the four-way valve 4 one by one. Preferably, 3 lower flutes are arranged parallel to each other.
In the process of installing the elastic cushion 5 and the four-way valve 4 on the supporting plate 1, the lower rubber cushion 52 is placed on the supporting plate 1, then the four-way valve is placed on the lower rubber cushion 52, so that the E pipe, the S pipe and the C pipe of the four-way valve are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with 3 lower pipe grooves on the lower rubber cushion 52, the upper rubber cushion 51 covers the four-way valve 4, the elastic cushion 5 is ensured to wrap the four-way valve, and the installation of the pressure plate 6 is completed and the four-way valve is fixed.
Further, the upper rubber pad 51 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with an upper pipe groove corresponding to the lower pipe groove of the lower rubber pad 52. That is, the number of the upper pipe grooves is 3 and corresponds to 3 lower pipe grooves arranged on the lower rubber mat 52 one by one, so that after the elastic mat 5 and the four-way valve 4 are installed relatively, the 3 upper pipe grooves correspond to the E pipe, the S pipe and the C pipe of the four-way valve 4 one by one.
Since the tubes E, S and C of the four-way valve 4 are generally circular tubes, in this embodiment, the upper tube slot of the upper rubber pad 51 and the lower tube slot of the lower rubber pad 52 are both semicircular tube slots. The diameter of the semicircular pipe groove is the same as the diameter of the pipe of the four-way valve 4 corresponding thereto.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper rubber pad 51 has a trapezoidal cross section, which is preferably an isosceles trapezoid. The plane of the upper bottom of the cross section of the upper rubber pad 51 is the contact surface of the upper rubber pad 51 and the pressing plate 6. That is, the lower bottom of the cross section of the upper gasket 51 is a surface provided with an upper duct groove, which forms a space for accommodating the duct of the four-way valve 4 in cooperation with the lower gasket 52. Because the cross section of the upper rubber cushion 51 is trapezoidal, the pressing plate 6 is contacted with the top surface of the upper rubber cushion 51 and extrudes the upper rubber cushion 51 towards the lower rubber cushion 52 in the mounting process, and because the cross section of the upper rubber cushion 51 is trapezoidal, the relative stability of the upper rubber cushion 51 and the lower rubber cushion 52 in the extrusion process is ensured, the upper rubber cushion 51 and the lower rubber cushion 52 are prevented from being staggered with each other, and the mounting stability is effectively improved.
In order to fix the valve body of the four-way valve 4, in the air conditioner for a motor home provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the length of the upper rubber pad 51 is smaller than that of the lower rubber pad 52, and one end of the upper rubber pad 51 is aligned with one end of the lower rubber pad 51. Wherein, the other end of the upper rubber pad 51 is shorter than the other end of the lower rubber pad 51, so that a part of the lower rubber pad 51 close to the other end is exposed to the outside, so as to place the valve body of the four-way valve 4 at the position, and further ensure the fixing stability of the four-way valve 4.
