本发明涉及一种方形管的热水管夹。
背景技术
目前的方形热水管长时间使用后由于发热会使管夹软化，从而导致管夹损坏，影响了管道布置时的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种方形管的热水管夹，它不但耐热性好，可以有效地保护管夹，提高管道布置时的稳定性。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种方形管的热水管夹，它包括块状的管夹座，在管夹座上设有透气孔，在管夹座上连接有方形环形管夹，在方形环形管夹上设有开口，在方形环形管夹的内壁上连接有隔热片，在隔热片上设有通孔，隔热片的通孔与透气孔相对应。
所述的管夹座为方块形管夹座，在管夹座的底部设有橡胶垫。所述的隔热片为石英隔热片或玻璃隔热片。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本发明包括块状的管夹座，在管夹座上设有透气孔，在管夹座上连接有方形环形管夹，在方形环形管夹上设有开口，在方形环形管夹的内壁上连接有隔热片，在隔热片上设有通孔，隔热片的通孔与透气孔相对应，这样可以通过隔热片将热水管与管夹分隔开，有效地保护管夹，提高管道布置时的稳定性，另外还可以通过透气孔将热量散出。本发明管夹座的底部设有橡胶垫，这样可以提高管夹放置时的稳定性。
