Abstract

本发明公开了稳定型调压装置,包括踏板(1)、弹簧(2)、阀座(3)、阀杆(4)、阀芯(5)和阀体(6),所述的阀芯(5)位于阀体(6)的腔体内且能够沿阀体(6)轴向移动;所述的阀杆(4)底部通过螺栓垂直固定在阀体(6)的顶部,阀杆(4)的顶部连接阀座(3);所述的踏板(1)一端活动连接在阀座(3)的顶部,另一端悬空,在踏板(1)的底部与阀座(3)之间还连接弹簧(2)。本发明通过上述结构,安装方便、操作灵活且调压精度高、性能稳定可靠。

稳定型调压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及调压阀领域,具体涉及稳定型调压装置。 
背景技术
当今阀门的类型和材料越来越多,阀门的型号编制也愈来愈复杂。我国虽有阀门型号编制的统一标准,但愈来愈不能适应阀门工业发展的需要。根据启闭阀门的作用不同,阀门分类方法是很多的,但主要是按其在管路中所起的作用进行分类。工业和民用工程中的通用阀门可分成11类,即闸阀、截止阀、旋塞阀、球阀、蝶阀、隔膜阀、止回阀、节流阀、安全阀、减压阀和疏水阀。调压阀是杠杆式压差反馈控制调压的。气瓶里的燃气是液态的,压力太高,必须减压才适合燃烧。在石油机械领域中也需要用到调压阀,而石油机械领域中对调压精度有较高要求,现有的调压阀均只能进行粗调压、安装复杂且不方便调节,已无法满足现在使用的需要。 
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供稳定型调压装置,该装置外形合理,安装方便、操作灵活且调压精度高、性能稳定可靠。 
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:稳定型调压装置,包括踏板、弹簧、阀座、阀杆、阀芯和阀体,所述的阀芯位于阀体的腔体内且能够沿阀体轴向移动;所述的阀杆底部通过螺栓垂直固定在阀体的顶部,阀杆的顶部连接阀座;所述的踏板一端活动连接在阀座的顶部,另一端悬空,在踏板的底部与阀座之间还连接弹簧。 
所述的踏板活动连接端卡接在阀座的台阶上。 
所述的踏板与阀座呈锐角,范围在0°-60°之间。 
所述的踏板能够沿瞬时针方向旋转。 
所述的踏板为长条形。 
所述的弹簧垂直于踏板。踩踏踏板时实现垂直按压弹簧,按压更快捷。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是: 
1、                  本发明中踏板与阀座之间弹簧的伸缩可通过踩压踏板,改变踏板与阀座之间的角度在0°-60°之间实现,而角度变化即可调节输出压力大小,使压力大小能够在0-1MPa范围内实现无极调压,调压精度高。
2、                  本发明采用人工进行调压,受外界因素干扰少,性能更稳定可靠,各部件之间利用螺纹连接,安装更换部件更方便。 
3、                  踏板活动连接端是通过卡接在阀座高出的台阶上,然后通过螺栓活动连接,在保证转动灵活的前提下还不易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述,本发明的实施例不限于此。 
实施例: 
如图1所示,本发明包括踏板1、弹簧2、阀座3、阀杆4、阀芯5和阀体6,阀芯5位于阀体6的腔体内且能够沿阀体6轴向移动;阀杆4底部通过螺栓垂直固定在阀体6的顶部,阀杆4的顶部连接阀座3。本实施例的踏板1一端活动连接在阀座3的顶部,另一端悬空,在踏板1的底部与阀座3之间还连接弹簧2,弹簧2垂直于踏板1。其中的踏板1活动连接端卡接在阀座3的台阶上,踏板1与阀座3呈锐角,范围在0°-60°之间,踏板1能够沿瞬时针方向旋转,踏板1为长条形。
使用时只需踩压踏板顶部压缩弹簧,根据弹簧力与压力相平衡的原理,当弹簧的压力小于气压的时候阀关闭,当压力大于弹簧的弹力时候底座下方的橡胶调压膜片下方的压缩空气对膜片的作用力,推动膜片向上拱曲离开阀座而使空气流入气腔,此时阀杆在气压作用下移动,将阀体上的阀门打开,于是由空气压缩机充入气腔的空气便通过阀门排入大气空气压缩机空转。踏板与阀座之间呈锐角,只需压缩弹簧即可调节输出压力大小,使压力大小能够在0-1MPa范围内实现无极调压,调压精度高。该装置受外界因素干扰少,性能更稳定可靠,各部件之间利用螺纹连接,安装更换部件更方便。另外,踏板活动连接端是通过卡接在阀座高出的台阶上,然后通过螺栓活动连接,在保证转动灵活的前提下还不易脱落。 
如上所述便可实现该发明。

1.稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:包括踏板(1)、弹簧(2)、阀座(3)、阀杆(4)、阀芯(5)和阀体(6),所述的阀芯(5)位于阀体(6)的腔体内且能够沿阀体(6)轴向移动;所述的阀杆(4)底部通过螺栓垂直固定在阀体(6)的顶部,阀杆(4)的顶部连接阀座(3);所述的踏板(1)一端活动连接在阀座(3)的顶部,另一端悬空,在踏板(1)的底部与阀座(3)之间还连接弹簧(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:所述的踏板(1)活动连接端卡接在阀座(3)的台阶上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:所述的踏板(1)与阀座(3)呈锐角,范围在0°-60°之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:所述的踏板(1)能够沿瞬时针方向旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:所述的踏板(1)为长条形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的稳定型调压装置,其特征在于:所述的弹簧(2)垂直于踏板(1)。
