Abstract

本发明公开了一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,包括集成在撬上的天然气预处理模块、脱酸辅助循环模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块、预冷制冷剂处理模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块、混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔;天然气预处理模块与脱酸辅助循环模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块相邻脱酸循环模块与预冷制冷剂压缩模块无间隙相邻混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块与天然气预处理模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块相邻;混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔设置于天然气预处理模块和混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外围。该布置结构可提高天然气液化装置的现场安装效率,减小占地面积,易于拆装和搬迁,减少天然气和制冷剂的流动距离。

Description

一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构
技术领域
本发明涉及天然气液化领域,尤其涉及撬装式天然气液化装置中各撬装模块的空间布置结构。
背景技术
目前,传统的天然气液化装置,其各个功能模块间相互交叉,必须在现场安装时统一装配,安装耗时耗力,且占地面积较大,各功能模块交叉后,管道连接混乱,导致天然气和制冷剂的流动距离增大,热量损失严重,需要大功率的动力装置为天然气和制冷剂提供流动动力;同时由于传统天然气液化装置安装后无法迁移,不适用于煤层气、焦炉煤气等非常规天然气气源短期开采后需要搬迁的特点,使得天然气液化装置的迁建非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,该空间布置结构可以提高天然气液化装置的现场安装效率,减小液化装置的占地面积,易于拆装和搬迁,减少天然气和制冷剂的流动距离。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:该液化装置包括集成在撬上的天然气预处理模块、脱酸辅助循环模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块、预冷制冷剂处理模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块、混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔;所述天然气预处理模块上设置有天然气气源进口,所述深冷冷箱上设置有液态天然气出口,所述天然气预处理模块与脱酸辅助循环模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块相邻,所述脱酸循环模块与预冷制冷剂压缩模块无间隙相邻,所述混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块与天然气预处理模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块相邻;脱酸辅助循环模块还与预冷制冷剂压缩模块相邻,所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔设置于天然气预处理模块和混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外围。
作为一种优选的方案,所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的长边相邻,所述天然气干燥塔与天然气预处理模块的另一长边相邻。
作为一种优选的方案,所述天然气预处理模块、脱酸辅助循环模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块、预冷制冷剂处理模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外部轮廓为长方体状。
作为一种优选的方案,所述天然气预处理模块与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块之间的间距设为D1、预冷制冷剂压缩模块与脱酸辅助循环模块之间的间距设为D2,D1=D2。
作为一种优选的方案,所述天然气预处理模块与脱酸辅助循环模块之间的间距设为D3,所述混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块与预冷制冷剂压缩模块之间的间距设为D4,D3=D4。
作为一种优选的方案,每个模块的中部设置有用于固定管道、增加强度的加强框。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的效果是:该空间布置结构的各个模块均集成在撬上,易于拆装和搬迁,同时将各模块的设置位置进行优化,减少了制冷剂及天然气的流动距离,减小了液化装置的占地面积,也便于现场安装。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,该液化装置包括集成在撬上的天然气预处理模块1、脱酸辅助循环模块2、预冷制冷剂压缩模块4、预冷制冷剂处理模块3、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5、混合制冷剂缓冲罐10、深冷冷箱8和天然气干燥塔7;其中,所述天然气预处理模块1、脱酸辅助循环模块2、预冷制冷剂压缩模块4、预冷制冷剂处理模块3、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5的外部轮廓为长方体状。各模块长度为15米,横截面尺寸为3.3×3.3米。所述天然气预处理模块1上设置有天然气气源进口6,所述深冷冷箱8上设置有液态天然气出口9,所述天然气预处理模块1其中一个长边与脱酸辅助循环模块2的长边相邻,所述脱酸循环模块的另一长边与预冷制冷剂压缩模块4无间隙相邻,所述天然气预处理模块1的短边与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5短边相邻;脱酸辅助循环模块2的短边与预冷制冷剂压缩模块4短边相邻,所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐10、深冷冷箱8和天然气干燥塔7设置于天然气预处理模块1和混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外围。
所述天然气预处理模块1与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5之间的间距设为D1、预冷制冷剂压缩模块4与脱酸辅助循环模块2之间的间距设为D2,D1=D2。所述天然气预处理模块1与脱酸辅助循环模块2之间的间距设为D3,所述混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5与预冷制冷剂压缩模块4之间的间距设为D4,D3=D4。其中,D1==D2=D3=D4=1.2米。在间距为1.2米的空间上设置走廊,便于设备检查人员行走及更换设备。每个模块的中部设置有用于固定管道、增加强度的加强框。该加强框设置距离长度方向上两端的5.7米处,该加强框可固定管道或其他设备。
所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐10、深冷冷箱8与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5的长边相邻,所述天然气干燥塔7与天然气预处理模块1的另一长边相邻。
本发明的工作原理是:天然气从天然气气源进口6进入到天然气预处理模块1中,由该模块对天然气进行除杂、干燥等预处理,期间,天然气进入到脱酸辅助循环模块2中进行脱酸后再返回到天然气预处理模块1中,然后进入到混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5中进行预冷,预冷后的天然气输送到混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5外部的深冷冷箱8进行最终深冷处理,产生液态的天然气由液态天然气出口9输送到储罐中贮藏。而为天然气液化提供冷量的预冷制冷剂可采用胺或者丙烷。预冷制冷剂流动循环路线为:由预冷制冷剂处理模块3对预冷制冷剂进行处理,形成能够用于压缩的气态制冷剂,后经脱酸辅助模块内部的管道输送到预冷制冷剂压缩进行压缩,在混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5中与天然气进行热交换,使天然气预冷,气化后的预冷制冷剂返回预冷制冷剂压缩模块4中重新进行压缩。而混合制冷剂则由混合制冷剂缓冲罐10进入到混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块5中进行压缩,然后进入到深冷冷箱8中对已经预冷的天然气进行深冷,使天然气完全变成液态,之后循环到混合制冷剂缓冲罐10中。

1.一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:该液化装置包括集成在撬上的天然气预处理模块、脱酸辅助循环模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块、预冷制冷剂处理模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块、混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔;所述天然气预处理模块上设置有天然气气源进口,所述深冷冷箱上设置有液态天然气出口,所述天然气预处理模块与脱酸辅助循环模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块相邻,所述脱酸循环模块与预冷制冷剂压缩模块无间隙相邻,所述混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块与天然气预处理模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块相邻;脱酸辅助循环模块还与预冷制冷剂压缩模块相邻,所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱和天然气干燥塔设置于天然气预处理模块和混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外围。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:所述天然气预处理模块、脱酸辅助循环模块、预冷制冷剂压缩模块、预冷制冷剂处理模块、混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的外部轮廓为长方体状。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:所述混合制冷剂缓冲罐、深冷冷箱与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块的长边相邻,所述天然气干燥塔与天然气预处理模块的另一长边相邻。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:所述天然气预处理模块与混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块之间的间距设为D1、预冷制冷剂压缩模块与脱酸辅助循环模块之间的间距设为D2,D1=D2。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:所述天然气预处理模块与脱酸辅助循环模块之间的间距设为D3,所述混合制冷剂压缩及预冷模块与预冷制冷剂压缩模块之间的间距设为D4,D3=D4。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种撬装式天然气液化装置的空间布置结构,其特征在于:每个模块的中部设置有用于固定管道、增加强度的加强框。
