有益效果：
本发明结构简单，使用方便，先在杯底部放入果冻等半固体凝胶食材，然后分别在隔间中注入不同颜色的饮料，在杯身隔间以外的地方注入透明饮料。食用时通过吸管插入杯身饮用。当果冻等半凝固食材被吸食，露出隔间底部孔洞，隔间内液体进入杯身，隔间液面下降，形成动态的画面，具有美感。也可以在底部放入冰淇淋，隔间用冷处理后的饮料，杯身内的饮料用热饮，冰淇淋融化，隔间饮料慢慢渗入杯身，形成各颜色混杂，移动吸管，各区味道不同，使食物具有趣味性。封口可拆卸连接方便灌装饮料，吸管孔位于中央，能保证首先吸食的是杯身中间的饮料或半固体凝胶食材，让隔间饮料长时间留存，封口分为主封口和隔间封口，可以使饮料灌后密封保存，各饮料不会混同，适合长久存放，长途运输。本发明提供的一种饮料杯，能做到分隔固体，能够营造食物动态的美感，液体，同一杯中存在多种饮料，保证营养均衡，口感良好，同时具有趣味性。

一种饮料杯，由杯身1，隔间2，封口3组成，隔间2位于杯身1内部，沿杯壁排布，隔间2数量大于等于2，隔间2下端靠近杯底处有孔洞4，隔间2上端短于杯沿5，封口3与杯沿5连接。封口3为可拆卸连接，封口3有吸管插孔6，吸管插孔6位于封口3中间，封口3分为主封口7和隔间封口8。
