Abstract

本发明公开了一种椭圆管串管胀管方法,采用椭圆管串管胀管装置进行,根据加工图纸要求将挡板按照标尺调至胀高要求的位置,并将滑动支架调至相应的位置,紧靠挡板;将垫板铺设在工作台架放置翅片部位,将翅片内侧端板挂装在挡板上,将挡片紧靠在固定支架与滑动支架上,将翅片摆放在垫板上,并紧靠挡片,再将翅片外侧端板安装在翅片上,取铜管穿入翅片内。本发明操作简便,安全可靠。可以保证其对角线误差控制在0.1‰,翅片与铝制端板的紧合度达到100%。椭圆翅片的孔位与椭圆铜管的摩擦系数控制在0.45%以内。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种椭圆管串管胀管方法。
背景技术
椭圆管换热器因迎风面积小,节能效果明显,世界上最早应用此项技术国家是日本的三菱重工。我公司自主研发的φ8椭圆管换热器因其紧凑的结构,大幅度提高空调的能效比,属于国内首创,具有国际先进水平。企业已经拥有两项发明专利。由于椭圆管的铝箔翅片的超薄型,改性孔位的变形差异,加上椭圆铜管的变性差异,在未改善前,在生产作业过程中容易出现露铜、对角线偏差。铜管不易穿过等返工及铜材浪费现象,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方法简便,工作效率高,对椭圆管换热器串管、胀管可以自由调节的椭圆管串管胀管方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种椭圆管串管胀管方法,其特征是:采用椭圆管串管胀管装置进行,所述椭圆管串管胀管装置包括工作台架,工作台架上设置挡板,挡板固定在可左右移动的挡板支架上,挡板正对翅片一侧呈上下端突出的凹字形,挂装翅片内侧端板;在工作台架上表面设置起指示作用的标尺,在工作台架上设置对翅片进行定位固定的固定支架和滑动支架,固定支架固装于工作台架一端,滑动支架紧靠挡板,具体位置根据翅片胀高尺寸滑动调节;在工作台架放置翅片部位铺设垫板,一块挡片紧靠在固定支架与滑动支架上、位于固定支架、滑动支架与翅片之间;

本发明操作简便,安全可靠。新员工上岗培训2小时,即可独立操作,保证产品质量。
椭圆管串管胀管装置的技术原理及性能指标:
该椭圆管串管胀管装置,是根据铜管的固有特性,在椭圆成型过程中的椭圆度控制,对换热器胀高进行限制,保证其良好的作业形态,方便员工作业,提高生产效率。该装置可以保证其对角线误差控制在0.1‰,翅片与铝制端板的紧合度达到100%。椭圆翅片的孔位与椭圆铜管的摩擦系数控制在0.45%以内。
改进后的扁管工作台和原始工作台对比:同一产品批量生产时比原方法效率高,避免安装端板困难带来的时间浪费,效率提高30%。此工作台穿管时更突出的是能保证产品对角线相同(长方形),容易穿管,更减少胀管时调整产品对角线带来的时间浪费,提高了胀管工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种椭圆管串管胀管方法,采用椭圆管串管胀管装置进行,所述椭圆管串管胀管装置包括工作台架1,工作台架上设置挡板2,挡板固定在可左右移动的挡板支架3上,挡板正对翅片一侧呈上下端突出的凹字形,挂装翅片内侧端板4;在工作台架上表面设置起指示作用的标尺5,在工作台架上设置对翅片进行定位固定的固定支架6和滑动支架7,固定支架固装于工作台架一端,滑动支架紧靠挡板,具体位置根据翅片胀高尺寸滑动调节;在工作台架放置翅片8的部位铺设垫板9,一块挡片10紧靠在固定支架与滑动支架上、位于固定支架、滑动支架与翅片之间。
使用时:根据加工图纸要求将挡板按照标尺调至胀高要求的位置,并将滑动支架调至相应的位置,紧靠挡板;将垫板铺设在工作台架放置翅片部位,将翅片内侧端板挂装在挡板上,将挡片紧靠在固定支架与滑动支架上,将翅片摆放在垫板上,并紧靠挡片,再将翅片外侧端板11安装在翅片上,取铜管穿入翅片内。

1.一种椭圆管串管胀管方法,其特征是:采用椭圆管串管胀管装置进行,所述椭圆管串管胀管装置包括工作台架,工作台架上设置挡板,挡板固定在可左右移动的挡板支架上,挡板正对翅片一侧呈上下端突出的凹字形,用于挂装翅片内侧端板;在工作台架上表面设置起指示作用的标尺,在工作台架上设置对翅片进行定位固定的固定支架和滑动支架,固定支架固装于工作台架一端,滑动支架紧靠挡板,具体位置根据翅片胀高尺寸滑动调节;在工作台架放置翅片部位铺设垫板,一块挡片紧靠在固定支架与滑动支架上、位于固定支架、滑动支架与翅片之间;
