图1表示了这里所述的、用于轴承的隔离器密封件所用于的典型用途。图1表示了冲洗马达16,该冲洗马达16通常用于食品和饮料行业。这些类型的马达在清洁操作过程中受到高压化学药剂溶液喷雾。如图1中所示的冲洗马达16可以设有轴承组件20,该轴承组件20包括轴承22和隔离器密封件24,该隔离器密封件24附接在轴承上,以便提供改进的密封,从而防止污染物和高压化学药剂溶液进入轴承。在马达轴轴承上设置隔离器密封件24降低了对于轴承润滑的要求,提高了轴承寿命。尽管在图1中表示了冲洗马达,但是应当知道,具有如这里所述的隔离器密封件的轴承可以用于其它用途,包括齿轮箱、用于其它用途的马达、泵、混合器、冷却塔、通风装置、吹风机以及其它定制设备。如这里所述的隔离器密封件可以是IP69k(防止进入率)柔顺件(compliant)。
参考图2,轴承组件20包括轴承22,该轴承22有用于它的隔离器密封件24。轴承22有内部环40,该内部环40与外部环42同心地布置,且隔离器密封件24布置在内部环和外部环之间,以便防止污染物进入轴承内(即高压冲洗流体、食品处理碎屑等)。轴承22可以有大致球形形状,以便允许轴承自对齐和/或自定心。也就是,外部环42的外径表面可以有这样的轮廓,该轮廓的形状设置成用于装配至轴承壳体孔中。不过,轴承壳体孔和轴承可以有其它结构,例如柱形。
图3和4提供了轴承组件20的进一步细节。轴承内部环和外部环40、42分开,旋转元件44在它们之间,该旋转元件44允许内部环相对于外部环旋转运动。如图3-4中所示,旋转元件44包括滚珠轴承,其通过保持架46而绕该轴承被限制在间隔开的周向方位中。也可以使用其它旋转元件,例如柱体、锥形销或辊。根据用途,保持架46可以包括钢、尼龙或聚合物材料。内部环有孔48,该孔48的尺寸设置成容纳旋转轴或其它旋转元件(这可以由特定用途所规定)。外部环有外径表面50,该外径表面50的轮廓的形状设置成装配至轴承壳体孔中。在图中所示的结构中,内部环旋转,而外部环保持静止。不过应当知道,可以使用其它结构的轴承,包括固定内部环和旋转外部环。
轴承组件20有在轴承22各轴向侧的隔离器密封件24,以便防止污染物干扰旋转元件的操作。隔离器密封件也可以设置于轴承的一个轴向侧。隔离器密封件24包括安装在轴承外部环上的定子。优选是,定子60有外表面62,该外表面62与外部环内径表面64相符,以便允许定子安装在外部环上。优选是,外部环内径表面64有槽66,定子外表面62有配合特征,该配合特征允许定子装配至外部环的内径中。优选是,定子60有用于使得定子可固定地安装在外部环上的附加特征。例如,定子外表面62的尺寸可以设置成卡扣配合或压配合装入外部环内径表面64中。定子有外表面部分68,该外表面部分68沿外部环的外部环侧面70径向向外延伸,以便给定子提供附加的稳定性。优选是,定子外表面64相对于外部环内径表面62的尺寸设置成使得定子能够可固定地安装在由外部环内径表面限定的孔中。当外部环42固定在轴承壳体上时,外部环和定子60各自在操作过程中相对静止。定子60有内径渐缩部分72,该内径渐缩部分72与内部环40接合。优选是,定子内径渐缩部分72与内部环的外径表面74接合。优选是,定子内径渐缩部分72的尺寸设置成在轴承和隔离器密封件正常操作过程中与该内部环接合。优选是,在轴承和隔离器密封件的正常操作过程中,定子内径渐缩部分72与内部环旋转密封接触。尽管图中表示了定子,该定子与外部环卡扣或压配合,且定子与外部环接合,但是弹性部件(例如O形环)可以布置在定子和外部环之间,以便将定子固定安装在外部环上。定子60也有侧面渐缩部分76,该侧面渐缩部分76提供了用于隔离器密封件的空间,如后面更详细所述。
隔离器密封件还包括转子80。该转子优选是与内部环固定,并与内部环一起旋转。转子优选是在它的内径表面84上有槽82,用于保持弹性部件86,例如O形环。转子弹性部件86优选是与转子槽82配合,以使得转子能够安装在轴承内部环上。优选是,转子80可固定地安装在轴承内部环40上,用于与轴承内部环一起旋转运动。转子80有从所述槽径向向外延伸的延伸部件86。延伸部件86优选是与定子侧面渐缩部分76接合,以便使得转子相对于定子沿轴向定位,以便于最佳密封。延伸部件有从它伸出的擦拭器部件88。优选是,擦拭器部件88与外部环侧面70接合。优选是,擦拭器部件88的尺寸设置为在轴承的正常操作过程中与外部环侧面70密封接触。转子擦拭器部件88和定子侧面渐缩部分76一起尺寸设置成用于最佳密封。例如,定子侧面渐缩部分76与延伸部件的内侧面90在一定距离处接合,在该处,转子擦拭器部件88与外部环侧面70接合。
转子和定子有在相邻表面上的至少一个配合的槽92和脊94,该槽92和脊94允许在轴承的正常操作过程中在转子和定子之间的旋转运动。脊94和槽92可以互锁,以使得定子和转子能够在与轴承安装之前装配在一起。因此,形成隔离器密封件的转子和定子可以在需要时根据用途而与轴承装配。如图中所示,当转子和定子分别装配在内部环和外部环上时,转子和定子的槽92和脊94的尺寸设置成使得转子和定子有相对旋转运动。多个槽和脊可设置在相邻表面上。优选是槽92和脊94之间有足够间隙,以便当轴承处于静止状态时允许置于转子和定子之间的任何流体或碎屑从隔离器密封件中排出。
因为隔离器密封件直接安装在轴承上,而不是壳体,因此轴承和隔离器密封件可以用于自对齐用途。优选是,转子和定子由食品等级和矿物填充的聚四氟乙烯来制造。优选是,转子和定子由相同材料来制造,并整体形成。优选是,内部环和外部环由不锈钢材料来制造。
尽管已经在前面的详细说明中详细介绍和在附图中表示了特定实施例,但是本领域普通技术人员应当知道,根据本发明的总体教导,可以对这些细节进行多种变化和改变。因此,所公开的特定结构只是示例说明,而不是限制本发明的范围,本发明的范围将由附加权利要求和它的任意全部等效物来完整地给出。
Claims (13)
1.一种轴承组件,包括:
内部环,该内部环布置在外部环内,且在它们之间有旋转元件,用于允许内部环相对于外部环旋转;
所述外部环有外径表面和内径表面,该外径表面用于被接收在用于轴承的壳体中,一侧面在外径表面和内径表面之间延伸;以及
隔离器密封件,该隔离器密封件布置在轴承中,并包括定子和转子,该定子可释放地安装在外部环上,并与轴承内部环可旋转地接合,转子可释放地安装在轴承内部环上,该转子有沿径向向外延伸并与定子旋转地接合的延伸部件,延伸部件有擦拭器部件,该擦拭器部件沿轴向延伸并与外部环侧面旋转地接合,转子和定子中的每一个都由非弹性材料整体形成,转子和定子有相邻表面,该相邻表面有至少一个配合的环形槽和环形脊,当隔离器密封件安装在轴承中且该轴承正常操作时,该环形槽和环形脊使得定子和转子能够旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子有外表面,该外表面与外部环内径表面相符。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:转子有内表面,该内表面有密封环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴承组件,其中:密封环使得转子固定在内部环上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子有具有槽的外径表面,该外径表面与外部环内径表面配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子固定在外部环上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:隔离器密封件由聚四氟乙烯制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子的尺寸设置为与内部环磨损成密封接触。
9.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:转子擦拭器部件的尺寸设置为与外部环侧面磨损成密封接触。
10.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:转子延伸部件与定子磨损成密封接触。
11.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子有密封部件,该密封部件沿轴向延伸,并与转子旋转地接合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:定子与外部环形成密封。
13.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中:转子与内部环形成密封。
