发明内容

位于货架后且安装于墙壁上的电源板(power strip)包括两个并排的导体。电源单元的接触件与电源板导体接合以为灯供电。电源单元磁性地安装在货架内缘处的下侧上并且与货架内缘接合来确保与导体的压力地电连接。货架根据市场需求而定位于期望的垂直空间中。电源单元与货架高度无关地安装在货架上。电源单元安装于视野外的货架下方,并且电源线沿着货架的端部延伸以形成灯的隐蔽电源连接。电源板中的导体与通向墙上的电源的电源线连接。电源线和电源板导体之间的接头上覆有护罩。

优选实施例的详细描述
图1图示了安装于垂直墙壁12上的货架照明连接器组件10,其用于在墙壁上的电源(未图示)和安装于墙壁12上的货架16上的灯14之间形成电连接。
每个货架16均由薄钢板制成并且包括平的支撑平台18和向下弯曲的外缘20以及内缘22。安装支架24附着在每个货架的端部。两个间隔的垂直板26被固定在墙壁12上。通过将安装支架24上的钩28伸入到板26上的开口30中,将货架安装在墙壁上。开口30沿着板26的长度方向间隔以有利于安装货架16在墙壁12上处于期望高度。
细长的灯14安装在每个货架支撑平台18的邻近外缘20的底部上,并且沿着货架延伸来对货架下的空间进行照明。灯14在货架的至少一端上具有电源接触插座。
组件10包括电源板32和电源单元34,所述电源板32垂直地安装在墙壁12上,位于货架16的端部并且邻近灯的接触插座,而电源单元34安装在每个货架的内缘22上并且与电源板32接合。电源线36从电源板的下端延伸到电源。
每个电源单元34包括模制的塑料本体38,所述模制的塑料本体安装在货架内缘22处的货架下侧。电源线40从货架下的本体38,沿着货架的邻近端,延伸到邻近货架外缘20的端部连接器42,以用于将电源连接到安装在货架底部且位于外缘处的灯14的接触插座。
本体38包括下部滑动壳体44以及位于壳体44上方的上部U形支撑卡箍或支架46。卡箍46具有从壳体44的侧部向上延伸的两个垂直侧壁48以及与侧壁顶部连接的水平安装壁50。磁体凹槽或槽52形成在安装壁50的上表面内。一个或多个磁体54固定在凹槽52内。
两个相似的接触滑动体56并排地布置在壳体44中的通道58中。滑动体56用热塑性树脂模制形成。每个滑动体56具有从本体后端延伸的触销60。触销附加到电源线40中的导线62上,所述电源线40从本体的前端延伸到端部连接器42,用于同安装在货架前部的灯14接合。螺旋弹簧70环绕触销60和导线62并且将滑动体56朝向电源板32偏压。每个螺旋弹簧70的一端延伸进入到滑动体的凹槽74中。弹簧的另一端76与通道58的底部接触配合。参见图6。
将滑动组件78从本体38的后部插入到通道58中。每个滑动体56包括锁掣臂64(latch arm),其在插入期间通过本体38上的制动杆66而偏移,并且随后在杆66的后部扣合,以将组件固定在通道中同时允许弹簧70的压缩和在通道中的滑动。
垂直壁80从壳体44的后部向上延伸,并且与壳体的后部间隔开一段距离,以形成槽82来允许将单元34安装在货架内缘22上。内缘22延申到槽82中。壁80顶部上的向内突起84形成壁80上的缘保持槽86。突起84延伸进入到货架内缘22的凹槽85中以将单元34定位在货架上。
电线保持槽87形成在每个侧壁48上。两个保持槽87都通向槽82中。电源线40固定于单元34,此时,导线62与触销60连接(如图6所示),并且导线延伸进入卡箍46下方开口88中以及延伸到电源线40的内端。电源线40根据哪个侧壁邻近端部支架24,而锁定在两个保持槽87的一个中。电源线40优选地沿着邻近安装支架24的内壁布置,如图3所示。柔性的导线62从位于开口88中的电源线40的端部延伸。电源线40相对刚性。单体导线62挠曲,无需移动电源线40,滑动体即可在通道58内移动。
电源板32包括细长、平坦的基座90,其由生硬柔性(stiffly flexible)的热塑性材料挤压形成。基座具有均匀的横截面。基座90从货架16的一端向内粘合地安装在墙壁12上。
基座如图11所示,并且包括一对间隔的导体锁掣94,所述导体锁掣94沿基座90的每一侧延伸。每对锁掣94覆盖住沿着基座长度延伸的电源板导体凹槽96。导体支撑板98从每个凹槽96的底部向上延伸,且位于锁掣94之间。
通常呈T形的锁止肋100从基座90向上延伸到中央平面102的一侧。平面102等距地位于基座的侧壁之间。肋100包括锁掣元件104和锁掣元件106,锁掣元件104延伸穿过平面102,锁掣元件106远离该平面。肋100位于凹槽108中,所述凹槽108具有侧壁,且其中一侧壁为中央平面102的一侧。锁掣元件109从凹槽侧壁延伸,在肋100的锁掣元件104相邻近的平面102的对面。
细长的金属导体条110安装在导体条凹槽96中并且沿着电源板32的长度延伸。参见图10和11。导体条110的宽度在下端减小以形成狭窄的尾部112。尾部112和导线36的单个导体114之间的电连接是这样实现的,即,将导体和尾部定位在热收缩钎焊套筒116中并且随后加热套筒以熔化套筒中的钎焊料,再收缩套筒以形成尾部和导体之间的可靠钎焊接头118。导体和电源板之间的接头118比导体100具有更大的厚度。参见图11。
护罩120,在基座90的一段长度上形成,安装在基座90的下端部并且覆盖钎焊接头118。参见图11。钎焊接头118在基座90的上方延伸并且各自位于基座和护罩中的两个重叠的导体条凹槽96所形成的空腔122中。
护罩位于电源板下端部上的钎焊接头的上方,并且随后朝向电源板移动以通过如图11所示的基座和护罩之间的锁掣元件104、锁掣元件106和109之间的相互啮合来锁止基座。位于两相邻肋100上的锁掣元件104挠曲并且在中央平面102上彼此啮合。两对锁掣元件106和109挠曲并且在中央平面的相对侧上彼此啮合。
导体条110通过切出的凸片124而在基座中保持于合当位置,所述切出的凸片124向下弯曲并且延伸到基座98中。在每个导体110中设置有两个相对的凸片128。
如果需要,类似护罩120的附加护罩,可以安装在货架16间的基座90上以防止与导体条110的意外接触。
电源单元安装在货架16的底部,如图2所示。单个或多个磁体靠着货架的底部固定电源单元,此时,壁80位于内缘22后部,而突起84延伸进入槽85。电源单元覆盖在电源板32上。触销60接合电源板中的导体110。弹簧70保持触点和电源板的接触。壁80与货架内缘22接合以防止弹簧使电源单元34远离电源板,并且防止触销和电源板导体110之间的接触压力的减小。
电源单元34通过单个或多个磁体54而靠着货架16的底部固定。如果需要,也可以使用其它类型紧固件来将电源单元安装在货架上,包括粘接紧固件、机械紧固件,所述机械紧固件包括螺纹紧固件、钩,等等。
磁性紧固件是期望的,因为其易于将电源单元安装在货架上并且能够在不干扰支撑平台18上表面的情况下将电源单元安装在货架上。如果需要,磁性紧固件允许简易快速地安装各单元,以及同样能从货架上简易快速地拆卸单元。如果需要,也可以使用其它类型紧固件,包括粘接和螺纹型紧固件。

Claims (20)

1.—种货架照明连接器组件,用于形成电源板和具有边缘的货架上的灯之间的电连接,所述组件包括:本体、位于所述本体上的壁、位于所述壁和所述本体之间的槽、位于所述本体内的两个并排的凹槽;两个滑动元件,每个滑动元件位于一凹槽内、位于每个滑动元件上的金属接触件、将每个滑动元件从所述本体向外偏置以保持金属接触件与电源板抵靠接触的弹簧、连接至所述金属接触件并且连接插头来建立与货架上的灯的电连接的电源线、以及将所述本体安装至货架的紧固件,其中,当通过所述紧固件将所述组件安装在货架上且使货架边缘处在所述槽内时,所述壁防止所述组件远离电源板的移动并且所述弹簧保持金属接触件与所述电源板的接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述紧固件包括磁体。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述接触本体包括位于所述凹槽上的U形元件,所述U形元件形成所述槽的一侧,所述紧固件位于所述U形元件的顶部。
4.如权利要求3所述的组件,其中所述U形元件包括第一电线保持槽,所述电线位于所述保持槽中。
5.如权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述保持槽通向到所述槽中。
6.如权利要求4所述的组件,包括第二保持槽,并且其中所述U形元件包括两个侧壁和位于每个侧壁中的一个保持槽。
