Abstract

本发明公开了一种压力释放阀,包括阀座、胶膜盘、弹簧,还包括安装法兰、护罩、螺杆,所述阀座底部设置有安装法兰,用于便于与储油柜连接;所述阀座顶部设置有胶膜盘,所述胶膜盘顶部与弹簧一端连接,弹簧另一端与护罩内壁相连接;所述阀座两侧设置有安装孔,所述护罩通过螺杆与阀座上的安装孔设置于阀座上方。本发明提供的压力释放阀,通过安装法兰的设计,便于现场安装;护罩可有效防雨、防潮;挡板的设计,可有效防止弹簧由于喷出压力过大而变形的风险;并提供了远程监测的接口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压力释放阀,属于变压器安全装置技术领域。
背景技术
目前,现有的压力释放阀由于防雨、防潮性能不佳,导致弹簧锈蚀,在喷出压力过大时,弹簧变形后,无法弹回和使用。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种压力释放阀。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种压力释放阀,包括阀座、胶膜盘、弹簧,还包括安装法兰、护罩、螺杆,所述阀座底部设置有安装法兰,用于便于与储油柜连接;所述阀座顶部设置有胶膜盘,所述胶膜盘顶部与弹簧一端连接,弹簧另一端与护罩内壁相连接;所述阀座两侧设置有安装孔,所述护罩通过螺杆与阀座上的安装孔连接,所述护罩设置于阀座上方。
还包括标志轴,所述标志轴底端与胶膜盘中央顶部相连接,标志轴另一端穿过护罩上的通孔,可沿护罩通孔上下移动。
还包括挡板,所述挡板垂直设置于标志轴侧壁,用于配合弹簧限制胶膜盘上升的距离。
还包括开关触点、接线盒,所述开关触点分别设置于挡板顶面、护罩内壁上;所述接线盒设置于护罩外侧壁上;用于胶膜盘被顶起喷油时,开关触点相导通,并通过接线盒与远程报警系统形成回路。
作为优选方案,还包括橡胶套,所述橡胶套套接于标志轴顶部,用于防止雨水从护罩通孔内流入。
作为优选方案,所述安装法兰直径设置为235mm,用于配合总油量大于31.5t的储油柜。
有益效果:本发明提供的压力释放阀,通过安装法兰的设计,便于现场安装;护罩可有效防雨、防潮;挡板的设计,可有效防止弹簧由于喷出压力过大而变形的风险;并提供了远程监测的接口。

如图1所示,一种压力释放阀,包括阀座6、胶膜盘4、弹簧3,还包括安装法兰7、护罩2、螺杆5,所述阀座6底部设置有安装法兰7,用于便于与储油柜连接;所述阀座6顶部设置有胶膜盘4,所述胶膜盘4顶部与弹簧3一端连接,弹簧3另一端与护罩2内壁相连接;所述阀座6两侧设置有安装孔,所述护罩2通过螺杆5与阀座6上的安装孔连接,所述护罩2设置于阀座6上方。
还包括标志轴1,所述标志轴1底端与胶膜盘4中央顶部相连接,标志轴1另一端穿过护罩2上的通孔,可沿护罩2通孔上下移动。
还包括挡板8,所述挡板8垂直设置于标志轴1侧壁,用于配合弹簧3限制胶膜盘4上升的距离。
还包括开关触点11、接线盒10,所述开关触点11分别设置于挡板8顶面、护罩2内壁上;所述接线盒10设置于护罩2外侧壁上;用于胶膜盘4被顶起喷油时,开关触点11相导通,并通过接线盒10与远程报警系统形成回路。
作为优选方案,还包括橡胶套9,所述橡胶套9套接于标志轴1顶部,用于防止雨水从护罩2通孔内流入。
作为优选方案,所述安装法兰7直径设置为235mm,用于配合总油量大于31.5t的储油柜。
