Abstract
本发明公开了一种全自动干衣箱,特征是箱体分三大部份,由挂衣间、风机室、左右风道组成。顶部风机室安装有抽风机,抽电机从挂衣间向外抽风,在抽电机的作用下,空气从进风口经风道加温后变成暖风,从风道底部的出风口均匀往上吹送,流经抽风机后,大部分潮湿热风排出箱外,另一部份暖风通过顶部风机两侧的循环风口吸合入风道,再次加热送往箱体,利用此循环可达到节约电能而干衣效果好的作用,箱体内温度在50℃左右,干部衣过程结束后,干衣箱自动关机,无需人员干涉,而且采用自跳按钮开关,关机后与市电完全隔离,无待机电流,安全省电。

技术领域
本发明属于小型干衣箱类,特别是一种智能干衣物检测控制、热循环系统的酒店及家庭专用型干衣箱。
背景技术
现有小型干衣箱不是面对酒店用户,不太适宜酒店环境,它存在当客人乱按时没有衣物干衣箱也工作,既浪费了电源也影响了寿命。另外热效能不够高,干衣效率不够、安装尺寸不合理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将湿衣物放置于干衣箱内,用专配的衣架挂衣物,按下工作按钮开关,检测系统检测到有湿衣物后,即启动机器工作。
针对酒店及家庭这一特殊要求的配套设备,进行研究开发的一种全自动干衣箱。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的,一种全自动干衣箱,包括箱体、风机、发热体PTC、进风口、出风口、循环风口、风道、控制器、挂衣间、门、专用衣挂、接水托、侧循环风板、风机室、循环风道、电源开关、单片机、状态指示灯、插座、风机、第一继电器、温控器、第二继电器,其特征在于箱体(1)内腔是挂衣间(9),挂衣间(9)两侧有侧循环风板(13),侧循环风板(13)至箱体(1)内壁之间是循环风道(15),挂衣间(9)底下装有接水托(12),发热体PTC(3)装在循环风道(15),挂衣间(9)顶上是风机室(14),风机室(14)下方装有专用衣挂(11),风机室(14)里装有风机(2),风机室(14)背板有出风口(5)和进风口(4),风机室(14)里安装控制器(8),侧循环风板(13)上方和下方开有循环风口(6),风机室(14)的出风口(5)与循环风道(15)相通,与挂衣间(9)相通,控制器(8)的工作过程控制是:状态指示灯(LED2)通电,单片机(MCU)发出启动信号,电阻R3到三极管T3、T4吸合第一继电器(J1)控制风机(2)先起动,然后通过电阻R5、R6吸合第二继电器(J2)控制发热体PTC(3)起动并工作,温控器(K2)对箱体(1)温度检测,并把温度控制在40~60℃,和脉冲信号通过电阻R8到三极管T2到电阻R7对单片机(MCU)输入端进行控制,恒温10~30分钟,发热体PTC(3)、风机(2)停止工作,单片机(MCU)发出关机信号,通过电阻R5、三极管T7、T8控制电源开关(K1)断开。
状态指示灯(LED2)控制挂衣间(9)无挂物,则风机(2)、发热体PTC(3)断开电路停机。
本发明与现有技术相比的突出效果是:顶部风机室安装有抽风电机,抽风机从挂衣间向外抽风,在抽风机的作用下,空气从进风经风道加温后变成暖风,从风道底部的出风口均匀往上吹送,流经抽风机后,大部份潮湿热风排出箱外,另一部份暖壶风通过顶部风机两侧的循环风口吸入风道,再次加热送往箱体,利用此循环可达到节约电能而干衣效果好的作用,发热源功率适中,保持箱体内温度在50℃左右。干衣过程结束后,干衣箱自动关机,无需人员干涉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
用板材做成箱体(1),箱体(1)内腔中间是挂衣间(9),箱体(1)内腔两侧装有侧循环风板(13),侧循环风板(13)与箱体侧面板之间形成循环风道(15),箱体(1)内腔顶上是风机室(14),箱体(1)内腔底下装接水托(12),发热体PTC(3)安装在箱体(1)内腔两侧的循环风道(15),箱体(1)内腔顶上的风机室(14)安装有风机(2)、控制器(8),风机室(14)背板开有出风口(5),还开有进风口(4),进风口(4)开在两侧一边一个,侧循环风板(13)顶上和底下两边均开有循环风口(6)。箱体(1)顶上的风机室(14)底下安装有专用衣挂(11)。控制系统的工作过程是:当按下电源开关(K1)按钮,单片机(MCU)工作,状态指示灯(LED2)闪动,脉冲信号并通过电阻R6到三极管T1到插座(XS),再到送到检测衣架,对衣物进行检测,经过衣架后脉冲信号通过电阻R8到位三极管T2到电阻R7对单片机(MCU)输入端进行控制。
如衣挂上没有湿的衣物,状态指示灯(LED2)按照无衣物指示闪动,风机(M)和发热体PTC(3)不工作;当衣挂上挂有湿衣物时,状态指示灯(LED2)按照有衣物指示闪动,单片机(MCU)发出启动信号,通过电阻R3到三极管T3到三极管T4吸合第一继电器(J1)控制风机(M)先起动,然后通过电阻R5到电阻R6吸合第二继电器(J2)控制发热体PTC(3)起动,干衣箱开始工作。工作中由温控器(K2)对箱体温度进行检测,把箱体(1)内温度控制在50℃左右,当衣物达到干燥后,发热体PTC(3)首先停止工作,然后风机(M)停止工作,接着单片机(MCU)发出关机信号,通过电阻R5到三极管T7到三极管T8控制电源开关(K1)跳开,干衣结束。

1.一种全自动干衣箱,包括箱体、风机、发热体PTC、进风口、出风口、循环风口、风道、控制器、挂衣间、门、专用衣挂、接水托、侧循环风板、风机室、循环风道、电源开关、单片机、状态指示灯、插座、风机、第一继电器、温控器、第二继电器,其特征在于箱体(1)内腔是挂衣间(9),挂衣间(9)两侧有侧循环风板(13),侧循环风板(13)至箱体(1)内壁之间是循环风道(15),挂衣间(9)底下装有接水托(12),发热体PTC(3)装在循环风道(15),挂衣间(9)顶上是风机室(14),风机室(14)下方装有专用衣挂(11),风机室(14)里装有风机(2),风机室(14)背板有出风口(5)和进风口(4),风机室(14)里安装控制器(8),侧循环风板(13)上方和下方开有循环风口(6),风机室(14)的出风口(5)与循环风道(15)相通,与挂衣间(9)相通,控制器(8)的工作过程控制是:状态指示灯(LED2)通电,单片机(MCU)发出启动信号,电阻R3到电阻T3、T4吸合第一继电器(J1)控制风机(2)先起动,然后通过电阻R5、R6吸合第二继电器(J2)控制发热体PTC(3)起动并工作,温控器(K2)对箱体(1)温度检测,并把温度控制在40~60℃,和脉冲信号通过电阻R8到三极管T2到电阻R7对单片机(MCU)输入端进行控制,恒温10~30分钟,发热体PTC(3)、风机(2)停止工作,单片机(MCU)发出关机信号,通过电阻R5、三极管T7、T8控制电源开关(K1)断开。
