一种太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件属于太阳能利用装置。其结构为薄膜热管(3)平面与太阳能电池(2)背光面接触,u型热能输出管(4)与薄膜热管(3)上部接触,u型热能输出管(4)管口穿过边框在框架(1)外侧作为接口(5),缓冲层(7)与薄膜热管(3)和u型热能输出管(4)接触,背板(6)与缓冲层(7)接触,太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌在框架(1)凹槽内。其降低了太阳能光电转换件的温度使其在光电转化效率提高的同时将收集的热能输出到所需场合大大提高采光面积利用率。

背景技术
现阶段的太阳能电池组件只将太阳能转化为电能,而在转化电能过程中太阳能电池组件随着温度升高使得太阳能电池组件转化率下降这是一个大家期待解决的问题。现阶段太阳能集热器功能单一,只作为太阳能热能转换使有限的采光面积没有发挥更大的效率且制作工艺复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明提供一种太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件,采用薄膜热管(3)作为传热元件,其结构为薄膜热管(3)平面与太阳能电池(2)背光面接触,u型热能输出管(4)与薄膜热管(3)上部接触,u型热能输出管(4)管口穿过边框在框架(1)外侧作为接口(5),缓冲层(7)与薄膜热管(3)和u型热能输出管(4)接触,背板(6)与缓冲层(7)接触,太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌在框架(1)凹槽内。为大面积太阳能利用需要还提供一种串接式太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件,其结构为薄膜热管(3)平面与太阳能电池(2)背光面接触,两根热能输出串接管(8)与薄膜热管(3)上部接触且管口穿过边框在框架两侧作为接口(5),缓冲层(7)与薄膜热管(3)和热能输出串接管(8)接触,背板(6)与缓冲层(7)接触,太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌在框架(1)凹槽内。
为了解决制作工艺复杂的问题单装式太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件采用以下步骤;一、将薄膜热管(3)贴在太阳能电池(2)背光面,二、将铜管弯成u型制的热能输出管(4),三、将热能输出管(4)贴在薄膜热管(3)上部其管口穿过一侧边框作为接口(5),四、将缓冲层(7)贴在薄膜热管(3)和u型热能输出管(4)上,五、将背板(6)贴在缓冲层(7)上,六、将太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌入边框凹槽内,七、将四条边框围拢成框架(1)上胶完成制作。串接式太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件采用以下步骤;一、将薄膜热管(3)贴在太阳能电池(2)背光面。二、将两根铜管作为热能输出串接管(8),三、将热能输出串接管(8)贴在薄膜热管(3)上部其管口穿过边框在框架两侧作为接口(5),四、将缓冲层(7)贴在薄膜热管(3)和两根热能输出串接管(8)上,五、将背板(6)贴在缓冲层(7)上,六、将太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌入边框凹槽内,七、将四条边框围拢成框架(1)上胶完成制作。本发明的有益效果是制作工艺简单,降低了太阳能光电转换件的温度使其在光电转化效率提高的同时将收集的热能输出到所需场合大大提高采光面积利用率。

具体实施
采用薄膜袋内装工质封闭制成薄膜热管(3),薄膜热管(3)是工质在袋内通过沸腾传热的元件。
太阳能电池(2)采用多晶硅太阳能电池。
单装式太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件采用带凹槽的铝型材切割制作边框,一侧边框上部预留两个热能输出管穿孔,将薄膜热管(3)贴在太阳能电池(2)背光面,将铜管弯曲成u型(或蛇形)制成热能输出管(4)将热能输出管(4)贴在薄膜热管上部且管口穿过边框预留的穿孔作为接口(5),采用海绵做缓冲层(7)贴在薄膜热管和u型热能输出管(4)上,采用隔热塑料板作为背板(6)贴在海绵缓冲层(7)上,将太阳能电池2与背板6嵌入边框凹槽内,将电极线引出四条边框围拢形成框架1上胶完成制作。
串接式太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件采用带凹槽的铝型材切割制作边框,左右边框两边上部各预留两个热能输出串接管(8)穿孔,将薄膜热管(3)贴在太阳能电池(2)背光面,将两根铜管作为热能输出串接管(8),将热能输出串接管(8)贴在薄膜热管(3)上部且管口穿过左右边框在框架两侧作为接口(5),采用海绵做缓冲层(7)贴在薄膜热管(3)和两根热能输出串接管(8)上,采用隔热塑料板作为背板(6)贴在海绵缓冲层(7)上,将太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌入边框凹槽内,将电极线引出四条边框围拢形成框架上胶完成制作。

1.一种太阳能电池与太阳能集热器一体组件其结构特征为薄膜热管(3)平面与太阳能电池(2)背光面接触,u型热能输出管(4)与薄膜热管(3)上部接触,u型热能输出管(4)管口穿过边框在框架(1)外侧作为接口(5),缓冲层(7)与薄膜热管(3)和u型热能输出管(4)接触,背板(6)与缓冲层(7)接触,太阳能电池(2)与背板(6)嵌在框架(1)凹槽内。
