本发明涉及一种曝气系统。
背景技术
曝气效率是衡量生活污水处理装置性能的重要因素之一,也是决定其处理水质能否达标的关键指标,曝气效率即充氧能力、氧利用率和氧传质效率。氧与污水接触时间短,曝气效果降低,氧的传质率降低、氧溶率降低,氧的利用效率和好氧菌与生物膜的接触效果随之降低,一方面,氧吸附效果对于好氧菌的繁殖,以及生物膜的形成有很大的作用。如果氧浓度低,则抑制好氧菌的繁殖,从而好氧菌就少,形成的生物膜就少,它消解的有机物就少,同样的有机物含量,分解的时间就长。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种曝气系统,其沉至甲板表面以下,保证水密效果的同时还可以有效节约甲板空间,同时具有过滤效果。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种曝气系统,它包括进气管,空气分配器和曝气支管,所述进气管和空气分配器连通,在空气分配器上设有若干曝气支管,每个曝气支管的轴向和径向均布若干曝气孔,在每个曝气支管的表面设有过滤层。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明设有滤网层,曝气效率比传统曝气效率高,减少了生化时间,这样处理效果和速度远远高于常规设备,彻底解决了曝气装置的堵塞问题。
