本发明公开了一种经折装书芯的处理方法,首先将印有图文的长幅书页按一折两页为单位顺序进行裁切,折后按顺序码放整齐;取与长幅书页相同的纯色纸作衬纸,同样裁切、折好;在相邻两折页之间放入衬纸,折缝统一朝向右侧并对齐,将左侧边裁切整齐;所有衬纸的折缝逐张调整到左侧,将折页和衬纸一起左右逐张错缝捻开形成斜茬,在两侧斜茬表面涂胶,快速将其整理齐整并压实,即可将全部书页粘连为一体;待胶干后将上下两侧按书本高度裁切整齐,经折装书芯即可处理完毕。本发明的优点在于方法简单,易于操作,将经折装内芯纸张改为带有衬纸的两层结构,衬纸和折页按顺序交叉重叠后粘接为一体,形成的书芯两侧整齐一致,整书外观美观,更具有观赏性。

本发明涉及图书装订行业,尤其是涉及一种经折装书芯的处理方法。
背景技术
经折装也称折子装,是图书从卷轴向册页发展演变而来,也是中国古代图书装帧形式之一。经折装书籍就是将粘成的一张长幅的书页按一定的规格,一反一正反复折叠形成一个长方形的书本册子,前后两面装裱上硬纸板作为封面和封底,似书册但有册无页,阅读时只需将其拉开,就成为一本书的形式,比卷轴书籍便于翻阅保存。
经折装书芯单面印刷,反面为白,一本书往往会有好多个长幅书页,需要一个个粘接起来形成书芯。由于是经过多次折叠和手工粘接,书芯成型后左右两边不能保证整齐划一,影响了整体书籍的美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方法简单、粘接好的书芯左右整齐一致的经折装书芯的处理方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的经折装书芯的处理方法,首先将正面印有图文的长幅书页按一折两页为单位顺序进行裁切,反面朝外,图文面朝内折后按顺序码放整齐;取与长幅书页相同的纯色纸作衬纸,同样按照一折两页为单位进行裁切,裁切后折好的衬纸和折页大小相同;在相邻两折页之间放入衬纸,折缝统一朝向右侧并对齐后,测量书本宽度并将左侧边裁切整齐;将所有衬纸的折缝逐张调整到左侧,然后将折页和衬纸一起左右逐张错缝捻开,使左、右两侧边对称形成一斜茬,分别在两侧斜茬表面涂胶,然后快速将其整理齐整并压实,即可将全部书页粘连为一体;待胶干后将上下两侧按书本高度裁切整齐,经折装书芯即可处理完毕。
将折页和衬纸错缝捻开时,相邻两页纸之间的距离为2~3mm。
作为衬纸使用的纯色纸为白纸。
本发明的优点在于将传统单层的经折装内芯纸张改为带有衬纸的两层结构,将衬纸和印有图文的折页按顺序交叉重叠后粘接为一体,形成的书芯两侧整齐一致,整书外观美观,更具有观赏性;同时增加的衬纸又提高了书页的强度,便于翻看和长期保存。本发明方法简单,易于操作,且效果非常显著,按本发明方法制作的经折装书籍《董江源楚简书法作品选》获得第六届世界金光印艺大赛银奖。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的经折装书芯的处理方法如下:
第一步,首先将正面印有图文的长幅书页按一折两页为单位顺序进行裁切,然后反面朝外,图文面朝内折好后按顺序码放整齐;
第二步,取与长幅书页尺寸相同的纯色纸(一般可使用白纸,当然也可按要求选择其他颜色的纯色纸)作衬纸,同样按照一折两页为单位进行裁切,裁切、折好的衬纸和以上码放整齐的折页大小相同;
第三步,在相邻两折页之间放入衬纸,即折页和衬纸间隔放置,折缝统一朝向右侧并对齐后,测量书本宽度并将左侧边裁切整齐;
第四步,将所有衬纸的折缝逐张调整到左侧,然后将折页和衬纸一起左右逐张错缝捻开,相邻两页纸之间的距离2~3mm为宜,使左、右两侧边对称形成一斜茬(粘接缝),分别在两侧斜茬表面涂胶,然后快速将其整理齐整并压实,即可将印有图文的全部书页顺序粘连为一体;待胶干后将上下两侧按书本高度裁切整齐,经折装书芯即可处理完毕。然后在书芯的前、后两面分别粘接封面和封底,一本经折装书籍即可制作完成。

1.一种经折装书芯的处理方法,其特征在于:首先将正面印有图文的长幅书页按一折两页为单位顺序进行裁切,反面朝外,图文面朝内折后按顺序码放整齐;取与长幅书页相同的纯色纸作衬纸,同样按照一折两页为单位进行裁切,裁切后折好的衬纸和折页大小相同;在相邻两折页之间放入衬纸,折缝统一朝向右侧并对齐后,测量书本宽度并将左侧边裁切整齐;将所有衬纸的折缝逐张调整到左侧,然后将折页和衬纸一起左右逐张错缝捻开,使左、右两侧边对称形成一斜茬,分别在两侧斜茬表面涂胶,然后快速将其整理齐整并压实,即可将全部书页粘连为一体;待胶干后将上下两侧按书本高度裁切整齐,经折装书芯即可处理完毕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经折装书芯的处理方法,其特征在于:将折页和衬纸错缝捻开时,相邻两页纸之间的距离为2~3mm。
