Abstract
本发明实施例提供传输或接收上行SPS业务数据的方法及用户设备、基站。本发明实施例通过采用初传的所述第一PDU与重传的所述第二PDU不占用相同的TTI,或者重传的所述第一PDU与初传的所述第二PDU不占用相同的TTI,由于只可能存在重传的所述第一PDU与重传的所述第二PDU占用相同的TTI的情况,这样,如果其中任意一个PDU(即第一PDU或第二PDU)不需要重传,因此可以有效保证另一个PDU(即第二PDU或第一PDU)的重传,能够减小重传的PDU因碰撞而被丢弃的概率,能够解决现有技术中重传的某些PDU总是丢弃的问题,从而提高了PDU传输的成功率。
