Detailed description of the invention
With reference to accompanying drawing, Fig. 1 a and 1b have shown wall insulated board 2, and it has represented according to the wall insulated board of a series of wall insulated boards that can be provided for modularization body of wall heat-insulation system of the embodiment of the present invention.

Like this, the distortion to external surface of the second containment vessel 8 is also avoided.Therefore, can be kept to the integrality of external surface.This integrality includes but not limited to as the opposing environment especially barrier of weather, and to external surface or add outside lip-deep any other layer to or the aesthetic appearance of surface or material.For example, to any distortion of external surface, the floated coat that makes to add on it is chapped, thereby allow moisture invade (with its known relevant issues) and become permanent not attractive in appearance.
Fig. 1 a has shown first containment vessel 4 and second containment vessel 8 of formation as the second cavity of the second depression pallet 12, and this second cavity has the size identical with the first cavity and size, but does not wherein comprise any VIP plate.Cavity body can be undertaken foam-filled by the material identical with the first and second containment vessels.

In addition,, by use as shown in Figure 4 the VIP plate 46 of same shape in all three covers 40,42,44, only needing minimum manufacture to change just can provide first set 40 and the second cover 42, and only needs another kind of VIP shape 48 just can form the 3rd cover 44.The easiness of simplification, its transport of the manufacture of three cover 40,42,44 wall insulated boards as shown in Figure 4 and can forming a sharp contrast with use only a kind of conventional wall insulated board system of VIP plate of size in its gamut to the simplification of designer, installation personnel etc.This type of conventional wall insulated board not only can not cut to around its edge outside any minimum permission pruning degree, but also need filling member to realize insulation degree required on whole body of wall, especially adapt to around the complete panelling at window, door and edge etc.
Fig. 5 has shown first, second, and third cover wall insulated board 40,42 and 44 shown in use Fig. 4 in the gamut of the wall with window 52 and lateral edge 54 (invisible in Fig. 5).Specifically, Fig. 5 has shown applying of multiple first set 40 wall insulated boards, and wherein not needing this type of wall insulated board to cut can match window 52 or edge 54.Fig. 5 has also shown multiple the second cover the applying of 42 wall insulated boards, and wherein blank parts 43 can be cut off the shape with match window 52, will be appreciated that this cutting will can not be cut to wear VIP plate 46.Fig. 5 has also shown applying of multiple the 3rd cover 44 wall insulated boards, and it forms in a particular manner with the edge 54 along body of wall and uses the 2nd VIP plate shape 48.

Claims (18)
1. a series of wall insulated boards for modularization body of wall heat-insulation system, each wall insulated board comprises at least following pantostrat:
The first containment vessel,
VIP plate in the middle of one or more, and
The second containment vessel;
The described wall insulated board that it is characterized in that described series comprises two covers or more covers, and every suit comprises first and second containment vessels with complete or identical in fact external dimensions, and at least the first and second cover comprise following any one:
(i) the identical VIP plate of varying number; Or
(ii) difform VIP plate; Or
(iii) (i) and (ii) the two.
2. series according to claim 1; one or more in wherein said wall insulated board also comprises the extended area between one or more at least one and VIP plates at described the first and second containment vessels, do not make the outside areal deformation of described the second containment vessel to allow described or each VIP plate expansion.

7. according to the series described in aforementioned claim any one, wherein said the first and second containment vessels form multiple cavitys betwixt, to adapt to the VIP plate of VIP plate, shape-variable of variable number or these two.

(a) comprise the first set wall insulated board of the VIP plate of two same shapes;
(b) comprise that second of a VIP plate overlaps wall insulated board; With
(c) comprise that the 3rd of two difform VIP plates overlap wall insulated board.
