本发明属于一种测试设备,特别涉及一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台。其技术方案是:一种电力调度控制板检测平台,它包括控制单元、信号产生单元、信号检测单元、显示单元、时钟单元、信号环回单元、接口板、电源单元。该维修检测平台针对当前国内电网调度控制系统的调度控制板大量损坏,难以短时间现场修复,或修复后无法测试等问题,将信号源技术、计算机控制技术、信号检测处理很好的组合起来,解决了市场上大量的损坏调度控制板现场维修难的问题,大大提高了维修效率。

技术领域
本发明属于设备测试领域,特别涉及一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台。
背景技术
目前,国内电网电力调度控制系统的调度控制板的维修难度不大,用户技术机构具备一定维修经验的人,基本可以实现元器件级维修,但由于送修的都是单板设备,用户技术机构收到调度控制板后,缺少专用测试平台来复原送修方描述的故障现象,以至于无法精确修理,或者是对故障掌握准确的调度控制板,修复后也很难进行系统测试。因此,研制一种调度控制板维修检测设备成为一个重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台,满足用户技术机构日常维修工作需要。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台,其特征是:它包括控制单元、信号产生单元、信号检测单元、显示单元、时钟单元、信号环回单元、接口板、电源单元;
所述控制单元控制所述信号产生单元发送给连接在所述接口板的调度控制板测试信号,控制所述信号检测单元检测连接在所述接口板的调度控制板测试回馈信号,控制所述时钟单元向所述信号产生单元、所述信号检测单元、所述信号环回单元提供时钟;
所述信号产生单元产生模拟信号和数字码流,并在所述控制单元的控制下,向连接在所述接口板的调度控制板发送模拟信号和数字码流;
所述信号检测单元在所述控制单元的控制下,接收连接在所述接口板的调度控制板的回馈信号,并对回馈信号进行分析、判断、与预存信号对比,对比正确,向所述显示单元发送调度控制板正常信号,对比错误,向所述显示单元发送调度控制板故障信号;
所述显示单元用于显示检测平台工作进程、测试结果;
所述时钟单元产生所述信号产生单元、所述信号检测单元、所述信号环回单元需要的时钟信号;
所述信号环回单元用于将连接在所述接口板上的调度控制板的调度用户进行环回,形成调度用户通路;
所述接口板用于连接调度控制板,并能够在所述控制单元的控制下将所述信号产生单元发送的测试信号传送给调度控制板,并将调度控制板测试回馈信号发送给所述信号检测单元;
所述电源单元用于向所述控制单元、所述信号产生单元、所述信号检测单元、所述显示单元、所述时钟单元、所述信号环回单元、所述接口板提供电源。
本发明针对当前国内电网调度控制系统的调度控制板大量损坏,难以短时间现场修复,或修复后无法测试等问题,将信号源技术、计算机控制技术、信号检测处理很好的组合起来,解决了市场上大量的损坏调度控制板现场维修难的问题,大大提高了维修效率。

实施例1:参见附图1,一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台,它包括控制单元1、信号产生单元2、信号检测单元3、显示单元4、时钟单元5、信号环回单元6、接口板7、电源单元8;
所述控制单元1控制所述信号产生单元2发送给连接在所述接口板7的调度控制板测试信号,控制所述信号检测单元3检测连接在所述接口板7的调度控制板测试回馈信号,控制所述时钟单元5向所述信号产生单元2、所述信号检测单元3、所述信号环回单元6提供时钟;
所述信号产生单元2产生模拟信号和数字码流,并在所述控制单元1的控制下,向连接在所述接口板7的调度控制板发送模拟信号和数字码流;
所述信号检测单元3在所述控制单元1的控制下,接收连接在所述接口板7的调度控制板的回馈信号,并对回馈信号进行分析、判断、与预存信号对比,对比正确,向所述显示单元4发送调度控制板正常信号,对比错误,向所述显示单元4发送调度控制板故障信号;
所述显示单元4用于显示检测平台工作进程、测试结果;
所述时钟单元5产生所述信号产生单元2、所述信号检测单元3、所述信号环回单元需要的时钟信号;
所述信号环回单元6用于将连接在所述接口板7上的调度控制板的调度用户进行环回,形成调度用户通路;
所述接口板7用于连接调度控制板,并能够在所述控制单元1的控制下将所述信号产生单元2发送的测试信号传送给调度控制板,并将调度控制板测试回馈信号发送给所述信号检测单元3;
所述电源单元8用于向所述控制单元1、所述信号产生单元2、所述信号检测单元3、所述显示单元4、所述时钟单元5、所述信号环回单元6、所述接口板7提供电源。

1.一种电力调度控制板维修检测平台,其特征是:它包括控制单元(1)、信号产生单元(2)、信号检测单元(3)、显示单元(4)、时钟单元(5)、信号环回单元(6)、接口板(7)、电源单元(8);
所述控制单元(1)控制所述信号产生单元(2)发送给连接在所述接口板(7)的调度控制板测试信号,控制所述信号检测单元(3)检测连接在所述接口板(7)的调度控制板测试回馈信号,控制所述时钟单元(5)向所述信号产生单元(2)、所述信号检测单元(3)、所述信号环回单元(6)提供时钟;
所述信号产生单元(2)产生模拟信号和数字码流,并在所述控制单元(1)的控制下,向连接在所述接口板(7)的调度控制板发送模拟信号和数字码流;
所述信号检测单元(3)在所述控制单元(1)的控制下,接收连接在所述接口板(7)的调度控制板的回馈信号,并对回馈信号进行分析、判断、与预存信号对比,对比正确,向所述显示单元(4)发送调度控制板正常信号,对比错误,向所述显示单元(4)发送调度控制板故障信号;
所述显示单元(4)用于显示检测平台工作进程、测试结果;
所述时钟单元(5)产生所述信号产生单元(2)、所述信号检测单元(3)、所述信号环回单元需要的时钟信号;
