背景技术
格栅除污机用在污水处理前部工序中，用于拦截、清除各种固体颗粒物、漂浮物等，使后续处理工序得以顺利进行，是市政污水、工业污水等处理过程中拦污、除渣的关键设备。现有的格栅除污机的格栅通过螺钉直接固定在机架上，一旦锈蚀极难进行更换，影响格栅除污机的保养。

本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种格栅除污机的栅网固定装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种格栅除污机的栅网固定装置，所述的格栅除污机的栅网固定装置包含一弧形的连接弯梁，所述的连接弯梁的头部设有一第一连接凸缘，所述的第一连接凸缘上设有一第一连接通孔，所述的连接弯梁的尾部设有一向下弯折的第二连接凸缘，所述的第二连接凸缘上设有一第二连接通孔，所述的连接弯梁的侧壁上设有一“C”形的向内卷曲的卡合卷。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的格栅除污机的栅网固定装置为不锈钢一体成型。
本发明的格栅除污机的栅网固定装置利用连接弯梁侧壁上“C”形的向内卷曲的卡合卷，使用者可以直接将整个栅网的两端套在机架上的滑杆上。当需要更换时，直接将整个栅网拉出即可，无需使用专门的工具，轻松简单，大大方便了格栅除污机的保养和维修，实用性强。
