Abstract

本发明公开了一种灌晶机推送接头,包含一推送接头本体,在所述的推送接头本体上设有一支架,在所述的推送接头本体的两端分别设有一第一连接头和一第二连接头,在所述的推送接头本体上还设有若干滚轮,所述的第一连接头和第二连接头上设有橡胶垫片,所述的滚轮为中空结构。由于本发明的灌晶机推送接头在推送接头本体上设置了一个支架,同时在推送接头本体的两端设置了两个连接头,每个连接头上都设置了橡胶垫片,在这个推送头本体上还设置了多个滚轮,每个滚轮都是中空结构,从而大大方便了灌晶机推送接头的使用。

本发明涉及一种推送接头,更确切地说,是一种灌晶机推送接头。
背景技术
灌晶机是一种在工业生产上使用比较普遍的工业设备,具有较为广阔的应用前景。但是,目前普遍使用的灌晶机推送接头连接起来比较复杂,专利文献CN101770119A为本发明最接近的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种连接起来比较简单的灌晶机推送接头。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种灌晶机推送接头,包含一推送接头本体,在所述的推送接头本体上设有一支架,在所述的推送接头本体的两端分别设有一第一连接头和一第二连接头,在所述的推送接头本体上还设有若干滚轮。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的第一连接头和第二连接头上设有橡胶垫片。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的滚轮为中空结构。
由于本发明的灌晶机推送接头在推送接头本体上设置了一个支架,同时在推送接头本体的两端设置了两个连接头,每个连接头上都设置了橡胶垫片,在这个推送头本体上还设置了多个滚轮,每个滚轮都是中空结构,从而大大方便了灌晶机推送接头的使用。

本发明提供了一种连接起来比较简单的灌晶机推送接头。
如图1、图2所示,一种灌晶机推送接头1,包含一推送接头本体2,在所述的推送接头本体2上设有一支架3,在所述的推送接头本体2的两端分别设有一第一连接头41和一第二连接头42,在所述的推送接头本体2上还设有若干滚轮5。
如图1、图2所示,所述的第一连接头41和第二连接头42上设有橡胶垫片。
如图1、图2所示,所述的滚轮5为中空结构。
该发明的灌晶机推送接头在推送接头本体上设置了一个支架,同时在推送接头本体的两端设置了两个连接头,每个连接头上都设置了橡胶垫片,在这个推送头本体上还设置了多个滚轮,每个滚轮都是中空结构,从而大大方便了灌晶机推送接头的使用。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种灌晶机推送接头(1),包含一推送接头本体(2),其特征在于,在所述的推送接头本体(2)上设有一支架(3),在所述的推送接头本体(2)的两端分别设有一第一连接头(41)和一第二连接头(42),在所述的推送接头本体(2)上还设有若干滚轮(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灌晶机推送接头,其特征在于,所述的第一连接头(41)和第二连接头(42)上设有橡胶垫片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灌晶机推送接头,其特征在于,所述的滚轮(5)为中空结构。
