Thermoplastic elastomer (s) is placed on the glass shell on the first mould, and the printed side of elastomeric material contacts with glass shell.The second mould is placed on the first mould.Mould, glassware and thermoplastic elastomer (s) are heated to 120 DEG C, and make ink layer softening, to adhere to glassware.Whole assembly is cooled to room temperature, glassware is separated by the compressed air that is supplied to the hole in the first mould.When seeing through glass while observing from outside, the glassware obtaining has color and the texture of expectation, and its entire area and edge are covered by thermoplastic elastomer (s).

Claims (22)

1. glass shell goods, comprise there is inner surface, glass shell and the coating of outer surface and frame, wherein said coating is made up of thermoplastic elastomer (s), preferably painted thermoplastic elastomer (s) of described thermoplastic elastomer (s), and described coating covers all or part of inner surface of described glass shell.
2. glass shell goods according to claim 1, wherein said coating covers all or part of of frame edge.
3. glass shell goods according to claim 1, wherein form groove along the frame of described glass shell, and described coating extend to described groove and fill or apply described groove.
