Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体。包括橡胶软管，所述橡胶软管两端设有连接端子，所述连接端子侧边开有通孔与橡胶软管相通，所述橡胶软管内设有软导电体与橡胶软管两端的连接端子连接，橡胶软管与软导电体形成的径向空间为水道。本发明通过采用橡胶软管和软导电体结合，使得本发明能够弯折，由于橡胶软管内的水道便于水在其内流动，降低了软导电体的温度，从而能够保证导电体满足大电流流通的正常工作，提高了导电体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体。
背景技术
现有钢筋骨架滚焊机的输出电源与滚焊机机头相连接的导电体，多数采用较大截面积铜导体，在安装过程中，不易弯折，而且耗费成本高，滚焊机在工作过程中，导电体会产生较大的热量，使得导电体产生高温，从而影响了导电体的正常工作，降低导电体的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种便于弯折，冷却效果好的一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是：包括橡胶软管，包括橡胶软管，所述橡胶软管两端设有连接端子，所述连接端子侧边开有通孔与橡胶软管相通，所述橡胶软管内设有软导电体与橡胶软管两端的连接端子连接，橡胶软管与软导电体形成的径向空间为水道。
所述连接端子的侧边通孔上设有水嘴。
所述橡胶软管的两端外径上设有紧箍。
本发明的优点是：本发明通过采用橡胶软管和软导电体结合，使得本发明能够弯折，由于橡胶软管内的水道便于水在其内流动，降低了软导电体的温度，从而能够保证导电体满足大电流流通的正常工作，提高了导电体的使用寿命。

一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体，包括橡胶软管1，所述橡胶软管1两端设有连接端子2，所述连接端子2侧边开有通孔与橡胶软管1相通，所述橡胶软管1内设有软导电体3与橡胶软管1两端的连接端子2连接，橡胶软管1与软导电体3形成的径向空间为水道4；所述连接端子2的侧边通孔上设有水嘴5；所述橡胶软管1的两端外径上设有紧箍6。

1.一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体，其特征在于，包括橡胶软管，所述橡胶软管两端设有连接端子，所述连接端子侧边开有通孔与橡胶软管相通，所述橡胶软管内设有软导电体与橡胶软管两端的连接端子连接，橡胶软管与软导电体形成的径向空间为水道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋骨架滚焊机水冷软导电体，其特征在于，所述连接端子的侧边通孔上设有水嘴。
