本发明涉及涂胶机上的应用装置。
背景技术
目前涂胶机只能对整张涂胶纸满涂，不会分布涂胶纸所需涂胶和无需涂胶的范围，同时现有的涂胶技术也无法调节涂胶的厚度。
发明内容
（一）要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可应用在涂胶机上的，可设定涂胶纸需要涂胶和无需涂胶范围，以及调控涂胶量的涂胶装置。
（二）技术方案
本发明的一种可应用在涂胶机上的涂胶装置由两片相同的齿状片合并组成，每个齿柱顶部和两侧都设有计量刻度，该涂胶装置设置于刮刀顶端。
（三）有益效果
本发明相比较与现有技术，其具有以下有益效果：本发明的一种可应用在涂胶机上的涂胶装置，由两片相同的齿状片合并组成使用，每个齿柱顶部和两侧都设有计量刻度，设置于刮刀顶端，其中一片齿状片固定在刮刀上，水平移动另一片齿状片，根据齿柱顶部的刻度，可调控涂胶纸上的需要涂胶和无需涂胶的距离范围，或者上下移动齿状片，根据齿柱两侧的刻度，可调节涂胶纸上涂胶量厚度，本发明结构简单，实用性强，适合推广使用。

如图1和图2所示的本发明是一种可应用于涂胶机上的涂胶装置，包括是由两片相同齿状片，每个齿柱顶端和两侧都设有计量刻度。
其中，所述的齿状涂胶装置设置于涂胶机的刮刀顶端，刮刀在涂胶机上的作用是帮助进入涂胶辊的涂胶纸均匀上胶，本发明相比较现有的刮胶技术具有以下有益效果：刮刀顶端装上两片相同齿状片合并组成的齿状装置，一片齿状片与刮刀固定，水平移动另一片齿状片，根据齿柱顶部的刻度，可调控涂胶纸上的需要涂胶和无需涂胶的距离范围，也可实现涂胶纸满涂，或者上下移动齿状片，根据齿柱两侧的刻度，可调节涂胶纸上涂胶量厚度；根据所需合理涂胶，大大提高了涂胶技术，本发明结构简单，实用性强，适合推广使用。

1.一种可应用在涂胶机上涂胶装置，本发明包括：是由两片相同齿状片，每个齿柱顶端和两侧都设有计量刻度。
