本发明公开了一种带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，属于养鸡设备，特别是带有清理粪便装置的养鸡设备。该带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，包括由立柱和横向支撑组成的框架，框架内安装着多层鸡笼，各层鸡笼为上下叠层分布，每层横向支撑上设有隔层，其特征是：在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置，输粪带位于凹形接粪装置上方。本发明的有益效果是由于在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置，输粪带位于凹形接粪装置上方，输粪带也形成了两侧高中间低的凹形，鸡粪分布均匀，可以防止了稀释粪便外溢，既可以防止外溢粪便对鸡笼的腐蚀，又有利于鸡舍的卫生，防止污染。

技术领域
本发明属于养鸡设备，特别是带有清理粪便装置的养鸡设备。
背景技术
随着畜牧现代化集约化的发展，养殖鸡只时都选用养鸡笼，层叠式的养鸡笼以其节省空间，便于实现机械化、集中控制等优点被大型养鸡企业广泛采用，但是由于层叠式的养鸡笼各层鸡笼上下重叠放置，为防止上层鸡笼的粪便落于下层鸡笼，人们在下层鸡笼的上方设置接粪装置，一般的平板接粪装置使用传送带输送到鸡笼的末端不利于粪便的集中，稀释粪便外流的问题，给笼养设备的维护、清洁造成困难。
中国专利ZL90205560.7公开了一种重叠式塑料清粪带鸡笼，该清粪系统选用普通塑料清粪带,配有特制的跑偏限制器和弹性张紧装置使清粪工作可靠。但是其跑偏限制器位于清粪带两侧容易损坏清粪带，而且无法防止稀释粪便外流的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有的鸡笼的清粪机构容易出现稀释粪便外流的的不足,本发明提供一种带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，该带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼不仅可以方便的清理粪便而且可以防止稀释粪便的外流。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，包括由立柱和横向支撑组成的框架，框架内安装着多层鸡笼，各层鸡笼为上下叠层分布，每层横向支撑上设有隔层，其特征是：在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置，输粪带位于凹形接粪装置上方。
所述的凹形接粪装置中间为水平板，两侧为上翘翼板，上翘翼板与水平板的夹角为160度—170度，上翘翼板长度为水平板的1/25—1/20。
本发明的有益效果是由于在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置，输粪带位于凹形接粪装置上方，输粪带也形成了两侧高中间低的凹形，鸡粪分布均匀，可以防止了稀释粪便外溢，既可以防止外溢 粪便对鸡笼的腐蚀，又有利于鸡舍的卫生，防止污染。此种结构，鸡粪从鸡笼落到输粪带上，减速机带动输粪带运动进行输出，便于鸡粪统一清理和收集，便于鸡粪进一步深加工。

本发明的具体实施方式是，如图所示：
实施例1，一种带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，包括由立柱6和横向支撑5组成的框架2，框架内安装着多层鸡笼4，各层鸡笼为上下叠层分布，每层横向支撑上设有隔层，其特征是：在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置1，输粪带3位于凹形接粪装置上方。
所述的凹形接粪装置中间为水平板11，两侧为上翘翼板12，上翘翼板与水平板的夹角为160度—170度，上翘翼板长度为水平板的1/25—1/20。

1.一种带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，包括由立柱和横向支撑组成的框架，框架内安装着多层鸡笼，各层鸡笼为上下叠层分布，每层横向支撑上设有隔层，其特征是：在每层鸡笼的下方，隔层的上方设有凹形接粪装置，输粪带位于接粪装置上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有凹形接粪装置的养鸡笼，其特征是：所述的凹形接粪装置中间为水平板，两侧为上翘翼板，上翘翼板与水平板的夹角为160度—170度，上翘翼板长度为水平板的1/25—1/20。
