背景技术
目前的煤矿井下用的电缆耐磨性比较差,在长时间使用和水浸泡后容易破损,因此使用寿命比较短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,它使用寿命长,而且耐磨性比较好。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:步骤一,首选准备铜丝,将铜丝编捻成铜丝束;步骤二,在铜丝束的外层刷有绝缘胶层,在绝缘胶层外套有保护套,在保护套的外部套有外层套,最后在外层套表面套有若干箍套制得矿井涌电缆。
所述的外层的若干箍套采用压钳进行压紧。所述的绝缘胶层为聚氨酯层。所述的保护套为硅胶套。所述外层套为聚氯乙烯护套。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明采用了保护套和外层套,这样可以实现双层保护,有效地提高电缆的使用寿命,防止磨损。

步骤一,首选准备铜丝,将铜丝编捻成铜丝束;
步骤二,在铜丝束的外层刷有绝缘胶层,在绝缘胶层外套有保护套,在保护套的外部套有外层套,最后在外层套表面套有若干箍套制得矿井涌电缆。
2.根据权利要求1所述煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,其特征是外层的若干箍套采用压钳进行压紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,其特征是所述的绝缘胶层为聚氨酯层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,其特征是所述的保护套为硅胶套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿矿井用电缆的制备方法,其特征是所述外层套为聚氯乙烯护套。
