本发明属于发动机加力燃油总管试验技术,涉及一种插销式快换接头。其特征在于,它由由螺母[1]、转接嘴[2]、插销[3]组成。本发明解决了无连接螺帽的试验零件与试验设备可靠连接,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于航空发动机试验技术,涉及发动机加力燃油总管试验工装。
背景技术
某型航空发动机加力燃油总管,进油接头为球形,参见图1,但无连接螺帽结构,目前的试验连接方法是:在试验中,首先要将螺母穿过总管接头,其次将垫片靠在总管球形接头后端面,然后将螺母向前推,压住垫片,再用手将转接嘴旋紧,最后拧紧;分解时需要将螺母与转接嘴全部分开,才能将零件与工装分开;存在装卸不便问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提出一种能装卸快捷,简便连接无接头螺帽加力燃油总管和试验设备的连接接头,保证无接头螺帽加力燃油总管和试验设备地可靠连接,以提高产品试验准备时间。
本发明的技术方案是:一种插销式试验用快换接头,它由转接嘴1、螺母2、插销3组成;其中,转接嘴1为台阶圆柱体,两端具有螺纹,中间位六方体外形;沿轴线为一通孔,通孔两端各有一度面,度面分别与零件球面和试验设备配合;螺母2为六方体结构,中心为台阶通孔,大孔具有部分螺纹,该螺纹与转接嘴1螺纹配合;在螺母2为六方体侧面有两个销孔,用于插入插销3,销孔直径比插销3直径大0.03mm~0.05mm;两销孔内侧距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm~0.15mm;保证插销3插入后能完全支撑零件;插销3为“U”型结构圆棒,“U”型两侧中心距与螺母2中心距相同,“U”型结构开口内距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm~0.15mm;圆棒直径小于零件球头直径与后部管路直径之差的一半0.1mm。
本发明的优点是:结构紧凑简单,能保证无连接螺帽加力燃油总管与试验设备可靠连接,装卸速率较快,缩短了产品试验准备时间。本发明的一个实施例经试验证明,产品试验装卸准备时间提高30%。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图3、4,插销式快换接头,其特征在于,它由转接嘴1、螺母2、插销3组成;
本发明的使用方法是:
(1)将螺母2套在加力总管接头上,插销孔要略低于零件的球型接头底面{插销直径+(0.1~0.2)}mm。
(2)从螺母2侧面的插销孔插入插销3,将螺母2推向零件球型接头,直至插销3靠在球型接头端面上。
(3)旋入转接嘴1,直至转接嘴1的内度与零件球形接头贴合;
(4)用扳手拧紧。
(5)再将转接嘴1与试验设备管路连接,进行试验。
(6)拆卸时,只需要将螺母2旋松半个螺距,拔出插销3,即可实现零件与接头分离
(7)在进行后续零件试验时无需将螺母2、转接嘴1分开,仅需将螺母2、转接嘴1的联合体直接套入零件接头,然后插入插销3,
本发明的一个实施例,当转接嘴1下度面与加力总管接头贴合时,螺母2插销孔低于加力总管接头底面4.2mm;然后穿入插销3,拧紧转接嘴1;试验完毕将螺母2旋松半个螺距,拔出插销3,取出零件;下一个零件只需将将螺母2、转接嘴1的联合体直接套入零件接头,然后插入插销3拧紧即可。

1.一种插销式试验用快换接头,其特征是,它由转接嘴[1]、螺母[2]、插销[3]组成;其中,转接嘴[1]为台阶圆柱体,两端具有螺纹,中间位六方体外形;沿轴线为一通孔,通孔两端各有一度面,度面分别与零件球面和试验设备配合;螺母[2]为六方体结构,中心为台阶通孔,大孔具有部分螺纹,该螺纹与转接嘴[1]螺纹配合;在螺母[2]为六方体侧面有两个销孔,用于插入插销[3],销孔直径比插销[3]直径大0.03mm~0.05mm;两销孔内侧距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm~0.15mm;保证插销[3]插入后能完全支撑零件;插销[3]为“U”型结构圆棒,“U”型两侧中心距与螺母[2]中心距相同,“U”型结构开口内距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm~0.15mm;圆棒直径小于零件球头直径与后部管路直径之差的一半0.1mm。
