技术领域
本发明属于航空发动机试验技术，涉及发动机加力燃油总管试验工装。
背景技术
某型航空发动机加力燃油总管，进油接头为球形，参见图1，但无连接螺帽结构，目前的试验连接方法是：在试验中，首先要将螺母穿过总管接头，其次将垫片靠在总管球形接头后端面，然后将螺母向前推，压住垫片，再用手将转接嘴旋紧，最后拧紧；分解时需要将螺母与转接嘴全部分开，才能将零件与工装分开；存在装卸不便问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提出一种能装卸快捷，简便连接无接头螺帽加力燃油总管和试验设备的连接接头，保证无接头螺帽加力燃油总管和试验设备地可靠连接，以提高产品试验准备时间。
本发明的技术方案是：一种插销式试验用快换接头，它由转接嘴1、螺母2、插销3组成；其中，转接嘴1为台阶圆柱体，两端具有螺纹，中间位六方体外形；沿轴线为一通孔，通孔两端各有一度面，度面分别与零件球面和试验设备配合；螺母2为六方体结构，中心为台阶通孔，大孔具有部分螺纹，该螺纹与转接嘴1螺纹配合；在螺母2为六方体侧面有两个销孔，用于插入插销3，销孔直径比插销3直径大0.03mm～0.05mm；两销孔内侧距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm～0.15mm；保证插销3插入后能完全支撑零件；插销3为“U”型结构圆棒，“U”型两侧中心距与螺母2中心距相同，“U”型结构开口内距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm～0.15mm；圆棒直径小于零件球头直径与后部管路直径之差的一半0.1mm。
本发明的优点是：结构紧凑简单，能保证无连接螺帽加力燃油总管与试验设备可靠连接，装卸速率较快，缩短了产品试验准备时间。本发明的一个实施例经试验证明，产品试验装卸准备时间提高30％。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图3、4，插销式快换接头，其特征在于，它由转接嘴1、螺母2、插销3组成；
本发明的使用方法是：
(1)将螺母2套在加力总管接头上，插销孔要略低于零件的球型接头底面{插销直径+(0.1～0.2)}mm。
(2)从螺母2侧面的插销孔插入插销3，将螺母2推向零件球型接头，直至插销3靠在球型接头端面上。
(3)旋入转接嘴1，直至转接嘴1的内度与零件球形接头贴合；
(4)用扳手拧紧。
(5)再将转接嘴1与试验设备管路连接，进行试验。
(6)拆卸时，只需要将螺母2旋松半个螺距，拔出插销3，即可实现零件与接头分离
(7)在进行后续零件试验时无需将螺母2、转接嘴1分开，仅需将螺母2、转接嘴1的联合体直接套入零件接头，然后插入插销3，
本发明的一个实施例，当转接嘴1下度面与加力总管接头贴合时，螺母2插销孔低于加力总管接头底面4.2mm；然后穿入插销3，拧紧转接嘴1；试验完毕将螺母2旋松半个螺距，拔出插销3，取出零件；下一个零件只需将将螺母2、转接嘴1的联合体直接套入零件接头，然后插入插销3拧紧即可。

1.一种插销式试验用快换接头，其特征是，它由转接嘴[1]、螺母[2]、插销[3]组成；其中，转接嘴[1]为台阶圆柱体，两端具有螺纹，中间位六方体外形；沿轴线为一通孔，通孔两端各有一度面，度面分别与零件球面和试验设备配合；螺母[2]为六方体结构，中心为台阶通孔，大孔具有部分螺纹，该螺纹与转接嘴[1]螺纹配合；在螺母[2]为六方体侧面有两个销孔，用于插入插销[3]，销孔直径比插销[3]直径大0.03mm～0.05mm；两销孔内侧距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm～0.15mm；保证插销[3]插入后能完全支撑零件；插销[3]为“U”型结构圆棒，“U”型两侧中心距与螺母[2]中心距相同，“U”型结构开口内距大于零件球头后管路直径0.1mm～0.15mm；圆棒直径小于零件球头直径与后部管路直径之差的一半0.1mm。
