本发明公开了一种塑料电缆夹板,包括夹板本体和设置在本体上的连接结构,其特征在于:所述夹板本体为塑料材质,所述连接结构整体为塑料材质,内部设置有金属板,所述的塑料材质配方包含高强度PA670-80%、三聚氰胺3-6%、三氧化二锑5-6%、CPE金属稀土1-3%、KH550,2-3%、助剂2-5%。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,设计结构合理,本体采用塑料材质,在关键连接部位内部镶嵌金属板来保证连接强度,塑料材质耐磨性高,相对金属材质较软不会破坏电缆外表面,同时材质轻便,工作操作简单方便,适用范围广阔。

本发明涉及电缆夹板技术领域,具体属于一种塑料电缆夹板。
背景技术
电缆夹板是采煤机电缆常用的“拉”、“拆”、“挂”、“砸”、“挤”五种损失原因的基础上研制的产品,传统的电缆夹板大多为金属材质,硬度比较高对电缆外表面的损失严重,最近市场上也出现一些塑料材质的电缆夹板,但是由于电缆夹板工作环境导致对材质要求比较高,要同时具有强度、耐磨性、防静电等特性,现有的塑料电缆夹板无法完全符合要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种塑料电缆夹板,克服了现有技术的不足,设计结构合理,本体采用塑料材质,在关键连接部位内部镶嵌金属板来保证连接强度,塑料材质耐磨性高,相对金属材质较软不会破坏电缆外表面,同时材质轻便,工作操作简单方便,适用范围广阔。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种塑料电缆夹板,包括夹板本体和设置在本体上的连接结构,其特征在于:所述夹板本体为塑料材质,所述连接结构整体为塑料材质,内部设置有金属板,所述的塑料材质配方包含高强度PA670-80%、三聚氰胺3-6%、三氧化二锑5-6%、CPE金属稀土1-3%、KH550,2-3%、助剂2-5%。
所述的夹板本体为H形状。
所述的连接结构为设置在夹板本体一侧的U型结构和设置在在夹板本体另一侧的板状结构。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明电缆夹板本体采用塑料材质,在关键连接部位内部镶嵌金属板来保证连接强度,塑料材质耐磨性高,相对金属材质较软不会破坏电缆外表面,同时材质轻便,工作操作简单方便,适用范围广阔。
