Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置，所述的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置包含一固定轴筒，所述的固定轴筒内设有一可转动的夹头柱，所述的固定轴筒包含一圆筒状的轴筒主体和一圆筒状的中空的限位筒体，所述的夹头柱包含一圆盘状的卡合圆盘和一圆柱状的卡合柱头，所述的卡合柱头的头部设有一对连接叉条，所述的卡合柱头上设有一可分离的复位弹簧和一限位卡环。本发明的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置利用连接叉条可以安装不同规格的引导模具，适用范围广。同时，利用夹头柱底部的卡合圆盘和卡合柱头上的复位弹簧，整个夹头柱能自由在固定轴筒内进行转动，并能进行一定的弯曲，大大提高了磁塑条的引导效果，大大提高了磁塑条的收卷效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出设备，更确切地说，是一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置。
背景技术
磁塑条是冰箱或冰柜专门的密封塑胶件，以氯化聚乙烯、磁粉等为原料,采用挤出工艺成型。由于磁塑条的柔韧性极好，在挤出后进行收卷时，容易从卷盘上崩出，使用者需要再次进行上线，影响磁塑条的制造效率。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置，所述的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置包含一固定轴筒，所述的固定轴筒内设有一可转动的夹头柱，所述的固定轴筒包含一圆筒状的轴筒主体和一圆筒状的中空的限位筒体，所述的夹头柱包含一圆盘状的卡合圆盘和一圆柱状的卡合柱头，所述的卡合柱头的头部设有一对连接叉条，所述的卡合柱头上设有一可分离的复位弹簧和一限位卡环。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的卡合圆盘的尺寸大于限位筒体的内径。
本发明的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置利用连接叉条可以安装不同规格的引导模具，适用范围广。同时，利用夹头柱底部的卡合圆盘和卡合柱头上的复位弹簧，整个夹头柱能自由在固定轴筒内进行转动，并能进行一定的弯曲，大大提高了磁塑条的引导效果，大大提高了磁塑条的收卷效率，结构简单，实用性强。

如图1至图2所示，本发明的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置1包含一固定轴筒2，该固定轴筒2内设有一可转动的夹头柱5，该固定轴筒2包含一圆筒状的轴筒主体21和一圆筒状的中空的限位筒体22，该夹头柱5包含一圆盘状的卡合圆盘52和一圆柱状的卡合柱头51，该卡合柱头51的头部设有一对连接叉条53，该卡合柱头51上设有一可分离的复位弹簧3和一限位卡环4。
该卡合圆盘52的尺寸大于限位筒体22的内径。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置，其特征在于，所述的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置（1）包含一固定轴筒（2），所述的固定轴筒（2）内设有一可转动的夹头柱（5），所述的固定轴筒（2）包含一圆筒状的轴筒主体（21）和一圆筒状的中空的限位筒体（22），所述的夹头柱（5）包含一圆盘状的卡合圆盘（52）和一圆柱状的卡合柱头（51），所述的卡合柱头（51）的头部设有一对连接叉条（53），所述的卡合柱头（51）上设有一可分离的复位弹簧（3）和一限位卡环（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置，其特征在于，所述的卡合圆盘（52）的尺寸大于限位筒体（22）的内径。
