Abstract

磁塑条是冰箱或冰柜专门的密封塑胶件，以氯化聚乙烯、磁粉等为原料,采用挤出工艺成型。由于磁塑条的柔韧性极好，在挤出后进行收卷时，容易从卷盘上崩出，使用者需要再次进行上线，影响磁塑条的制造效率。

一种磁塑条挤出机的引导装置，所述的磁塑条挤出机的引导装置包含一固定轴筒，所述的固定轴筒内设有一可转动的夹头柱，所述的固定轴筒包含一圆筒状的轴筒主体和一圆筒状的中空的限位筒体，所述的夹头柱包含一圆盘状的卡合圆盘和一圆柱状的卡合柱头，所述的卡合柱头的头部设有一对连接叉条，所述的卡合柱头上设有一可分离的复位弹簧和一限位卡环。
作为本实用新型较佳的实施例，所述的卡合圆盘的尺寸大于限位筒体的内径。

该卡合圆盘52的尺寸大于限位筒体22的内径。
