Abstract

本发明公开了一种垂直度调整焊接治具,其包括一矩形块状支座,其特征在于:所述支座顶部向内设有一长条形贯通的凹槽,所述凹槽两端各设有一立柱,所述两立柱之间还包括有支撑块,所述支撑块两侧面设有与所述支座平行的滑槽,所述滑槽连接有两个对立设置的固定块。本发明在支撑块中心顶部向内开设有一倒“T”形凹槽,凹槽的下部用于放置焊接件的底部,弧形设置的两边防止弄损焊接件,上部用于放置焊接件的垂直部分,固定块相邻一侧分别设置的羽球形凹槽则用于夹紧焊接件,羽球形凹槽的球体部分起到夹紧作用,而圆形状的球头部分则有着缓冲的作用,防止了焊接件受到损伤。本发明具有结构简单,使用方便、定位精准等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接用的辅助治具,具体涉及一种垂直度调整焊接治具。
背景技术
焊接,也写作焊接或称熔接、镕接,是一种以加热方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料如塑料的制造工艺及技术。目前,焊接工艺中,在焊接一些有较高垂直度要求的焊接件时还不能准确的设定其垂直度,还会存在着些许偏差,一些此类治具在夹紧焊接件时不够精准,易松动,还会对焊接件产生些许损伤。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、使用方便、定位准确、稳定的垂直度调整焊接治具。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种垂直度调整焊接治具,其包括一矩形块状支座,其特征在于:所述支座顶部向内设有一长条形贯通的凹槽,所述凹槽两端各设有一立柱,所述两立柱之间还包括有支撑块,所述支撑块低于所述立柱的高度,所述支撑块两侧面设有与所述支座平行的滑槽,所述滑槽连接有两个对立设置的固定块,所述固定块设于所述支撑块的上方。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,垂直度调整焊接治具进一步包括所述两立柱上侧对应开设有圆形通孔,所述通孔设有内螺纹,所述两固定块相背一侧包括有螺杆,所述螺杆通过所述通孔还旋接一手轮。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,垂直度调整焊接治具进一步包括所述支撑块中心顶部向内开设有一倒“T”形凹槽,所述倒“T”形凹槽下部两边为弧形设置,所述倒“T”形凹槽上部两侧分别设有一半圆形凹口。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,垂直度调整焊接治具进一步包括所述固定块相邻一侧还分别设有一用于夹紧焊接件的羽球形凹槽。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,垂直度调整焊接治具进一步包括所述两个固定块位于所述倒“T”形凹槽的两侧。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,垂直度调整焊接治具进一步包括所述固定块内侧设有与滑槽相连接的凸起。
本发明的垂直度调整焊接治具在支座顶部向内设有一长条形贯通的凹槽用于固定立柱以及支撑块,支撑块两侧面设有的与支座平行的滑槽用于连接两固定块,两立柱上侧对应开设的带有内螺纹的圆形通孔则通过螺杆连接两个固定块,外侧的手轮用于调整固定块的位置,支撑块中心顶部向内开设有一倒“T”形凹槽,凹槽的下部用于放置焊接件的底部,弧形设置的两边防止弄损焊接件,上部用于放置焊接件的垂直部分,固定块相邻一侧分别设置的羽球形凹槽则用于夹紧焊接件,羽球形凹槽的球体部分起到夹紧作用,而圆形状的球头部分则有着缓冲的作用,防止了焊接件受到损伤。本发明具有结构简单,使用方便、定位精准等优点。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的垂直度调整焊接治具,其包括一矩形块状支座1,支座1顶部向内设有一长条形贯通的凹槽2,凹槽2两端各设有一立柱3,两立柱3之间还包括有支撑块4,支撑块4低于立柱3的高度,支撑块4两侧面设有与支座平行的滑槽5,滑槽5连接有两个对立设置的固定块6,固定块6设于支撑块4的上方。
两立柱3上侧对应开设有圆形通孔7,通孔7设有内螺纹(未图示),两固定块6相背一侧包括有螺杆8,螺杆8通过通孔7还旋接一手轮9,支撑块4中心顶部向内开设有一倒“T”形凹槽10,倒“T”形凹槽10下部两边为弧形设置,倒“T”形凹槽10上部两侧分别设有一半圆形凹口11,固定块6相邻一侧还分别设有一用于夹紧焊接件的羽球形凹槽12,两个固定块6位于所述倒“T”形凹槽10的两侧,固定块6内侧设有与滑槽5相连接的凸起(未图示)。
在实际工作中,将焊接件的下部放置于倒“T”形凹槽的下部内,将焊接件的垂直部分放置于倒“T”形凹槽上部的凹口内,旋转手轮,倒“T”形凹槽两侧的固定块通过螺杆旋转向内滑动,固定块相邻一侧分别设置的羽球形凹槽夹紧焊接件的垂直部分,羽球形凹槽的球体部分起到夹紧作用,而圆形状的球头部分则有着缓冲的作用,防止了焊接件受到损伤。

1.垂直度调整焊接治具,其包括一矩形块状支座,其特征在于:所述支座顶部向内设有一长条形贯通的凹槽,所述凹槽两端各设有一立柱,所述两立柱之间还包括有支撑块,所述支撑块低于所述立柱的高度,所述支撑块两侧面设有与所述支座平行的滑槽,所述滑槽连接有两个对立设置的固定块,所述固定块设于所述支撑块的上方,所述两立柱上侧对应开设有圆形通孔,所述通孔设有内螺纹,所述两固定块相背一侧包括有螺杆,所述螺杆通过所述通孔还旋接一手轮,所述支撑块中心顶部向内开设有一倒“T”形凹槽,所述倒“T”形凹槽下部两边为弧形设置,所述倒“T”形凹槽上部两侧分别设有一半圆形凹口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直度调整焊接治具,其特征在于:所述固定块相邻一侧还分别设有一用于夹紧焊接件的羽球形凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的垂直度调整焊接治具,其特征在于:所述两个固定块位于所述倒“T”形凹槽的两侧。
