Abstract

本发明公开了一种大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置，所述的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置包含一环形的固定圈座，所述的固定圈座的中部设有一圆筒状的中空的缓震套筒，所述的缓震套筒与所述的固定圈座之间设有由缓震肋条组成的缓震肋条阵列，所述的固定圈座的周向上设有由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列。本发明的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置利用硬质橡胶一体成型的固定圈座和缓震套筒，能大幅度降低缓震套筒内的主喷头的振动，从而大大降低了喷杆的抖动，提高了喷雾机的稳定性和可靠性。另外，由于缓震套筒的内部设有尼龙纤维缓冲层，能有效防止药液腐蚀缓震套筒，有效提高该喷嘴缓震装置的使用寿命。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种农林装置，更确切地说，是一种大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置。
背景技术
大型农林喷雾机是与30马力以上拖拉机配套的大型宽幅喷药机,用于喷洒灭虫剂、矮草剂、杀菌剂，亦可用于喷洒液体肥料等，喷雾性能好，作业效率高。由于采用大功率的喷药管路和较长的喷杆，主喷头的振动极易传递到喷杆上，导致整个水平设置的喷杆发生抖动，影响喷雾作业的效率。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置，所述的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置包含一环形的固定圈座，所述的固定圈座的中部设有一圆筒状的中空的缓震套筒，所述的缓震套筒与所述的固定圈座之间设有由缓震肋条组成的缓震肋条阵列，所述的固定圈座的周向上设有由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置为硬质橡胶一体成型，所述的缓震套筒的内部设有尼龙纤维缓冲层。
本发明的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置利用硬质橡胶一体成型的固定圈座和缓震套筒，能大幅度降低缓震套筒内的主喷头的振动，从而大大降低了喷杆的抖动，提高了喷雾机的稳定性和可靠性。另外，由于缓震套筒的内部设有尼龙纤维缓冲层，能有效防止药液腐蚀缓震套筒，有效提高该喷嘴缓震装置的使用寿命。

如图1至图3所示，本发明的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置1包含一环形的固定圈座2，该固定圈座2的中部设有一圆筒状的中空的缓震套筒3，该缓震套筒3与该固定圈座2之间设有由缓震肋条4组成的缓震肋条阵列，该固定圈座2的周向上设有由固定通孔21组成的固定通孔阵列。
该大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置1为硬质橡胶一体成型，该缓震套筒3的内部设有尼龙纤维缓冲层31。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置，其特征在于，所述的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置（1）包含一环形的固定圈座（2），所述的固定圈座（2）的中部设有一圆筒状的中空的缓震套筒（3），所述的缓震套筒（3）与所述的固定圈座（2）之间设有由缓震肋条（4）组成的缓震肋条阵列，所述的固定圈座（2）的周向上设有由固定通孔（21）组成的固定通孔阵列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的型农林喷雾剂的喷嘴缓震装置，其特征在于，所述的大型农林喷雾机的喷嘴缓震装置（1）为硬质橡胶一体成型，所述的缓震套筒（3）的内部设有尼龙纤维缓冲层（31）。
