本发明涉及的是一种医疗手术器械,尤其是一种用于胸腰椎后路手术的扩张型椎体融合器。
背景技术
椎体融合器在脊柱外科手术中得到广泛的应用,主要用于椎间盘切除术手的椎间隙重建,在现有技术中,与本申请最为接近的技术方案是由国家知识产权局专利局授权的申请号为201120350285.3,名称:扩张式椎体融合器的实用新型专利,在该专利的技术方案中缺少植骨窗口,在手术中难以将骨颗粒注入进行植骨,故手术后融合器与椎体融合困难,容易成为体内的异物,有一定的手术风险,这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供一种扩张型椎体融合器技术方案,该方案采用由基部、倒齿部和头部组成的融合体,在该融合体的基部沿融合体轴线有推杆通过螺纹与融合体连接,在融合体的倒齿部装有Π形倒齿框,该倒齿框的倒齿框顶面与推杆的推杆卡头连接。这一结构,在手术置入融合器于锥间内,当推杆旋进时将推动倒齿框向下移动,倒齿框的两侧壁将向融合体的头部两侧张开,可调节锥间的高度,并由推杆轴孔、卡头通槽和倒齿框孔形成植骨通道将骨颗粒植入,用以保证手术后融合器能与椎体融合在一起。

通过附图可以看出,本方案的扩张型椎体融合器有融合体5和在融合体5内与融合体5轴向螺纹连接的推杆7,本方案所述的融合体5的垂直投影为带有倒角的矩形,该融合体5的上部为基部4,下部为头部1,在基部4和头部1之间为倒齿部3的一体结构。在所述的基部4内沿轴线有螺纹孔,所述的推杆7就在该螺纹孔内并由相配合的螺纹连接,在所述融合体5的基部4顶面还有基部通槽6,该基部通槽6的作用是在置入融合器的手术中,用于夹持融合器的手术器械与融合器的连接用槽。所述的倒齿部3是由与基部4连接的左右两倒齿部侧壁17组成,两倒齿部侧壁17之间中空,在所述的倒齿部3上连接有Π形倒齿框2,在所述两倒齿部侧壁17的顶部与基部4连接处的两侧有倒齿框滑槽16,两倒齿部侧壁17底部与融合体5的头部1连接处的两侧有侧壁梯形槽18,所述融合体5的头部1底面为弧形。在所述倒齿框顶面15有与融合体5同轴的卡头孔19,在倒齿框2的两侧壁外侧有倒齿9,在倒齿框2的两侧壁有对应的倒齿框孔10,该倒齿框孔10为矩形,倒齿框2两侧壁的底端有与倒齿部侧壁17上的侧壁梯形槽18配合的倒齿框头11。所述的推杆7下部有推杆卡头8,所述倒齿框2的卡头孔19就套装在该推杆卡头8上,在所述推杆卡头8的轴线处有卡头通槽12,该卡头通槽12还起到增加推杆卡头8弹性的作用,在所述推杆7顶端沿推杆7的轴线有推杆轴孔13与卡头通槽12连接。在所述推杆7的顶面沿轴线还有内六方孔14,该内六方孔14的轴线与推杆轴孔13的轴线重合,内六方孔14是为了在手术中用六方扳手转动推杆7推动倒齿框2向下移动使倒齿框2的两侧壁张开。所述的融合体5、推杆7和倒齿框2采用的材料可以是医用钛合金或医用非金属材料中的一种,可以采用相同的材料,也可以采用不同的材料,本具体实施方式中的融合体5和推杆7采用的是相同的材料,均是采用医用钛合金材料,而倒齿框2则是采用的医用非金属材料。

Claims (7)

1.一种扩张型椎体融合器,包括有融合体和在融合体内与融合体轴向螺纹连接的推杆,其特征是:所述的融合体的垂直投影为带有倒角的矩形,该融合体的上部为基部,下部为头部,在基部和头部之间为倒齿部的一体结构;在所述的基部内沿轴线有螺纹孔,所述的推杆就在该螺纹孔内并由相配合的螺纹连接,所述的倒齿部是由与基部连接的左右两倒齿部侧壁组成,两倒齿部侧壁之间中空,在所述的倒齿部上连接有Π形倒齿框,在所述两倒齿部侧壁的顶部与基部连接处的两侧有倒齿框滑槽,两倒齿部侧壁底部与融合体的头部连接处的两侧有侧壁梯形槽,所述融合体的头部底面为弧形,在所述倒齿框顶面有与融合体同轴的卡头孔,在倒齿框的两侧壁外侧有倒齿,在倒齿框的两侧壁有对应的倒齿框孔,倒齿框两侧壁的底端有与倒齿部侧壁上的侧壁梯形槽配合的倒齿框头;所述的推杆下部有推杆卡头,所述倒齿框的卡头孔就套装在该推杆卡头上,在所述推杆卡头的轴线处有卡头通槽,在所述推杆顶端沿推杆的轴线有推杆轴孔与卡头通槽连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:在所述融合体的基部顶面还有基部通槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:在所述推杆的顶面沿轴线还有内六方孔,该内六方孔的轴线与推杆轴孔的轴线重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:所述倒齿框上的倒齿框孔为矩形。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:所述的融合体采用的材料是医用钛合金或医用非金属材料。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:所述的推杆采用的材料是医用钛合金或医用非金属材料。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的椎体融合器,其特征是:所述的倒齿框采用的材料是医用钛合金或医用非金属材料。
