Claims (14)
1. A device for maintaining patency of a patient's respiratory tract and for monitoring reflux of gastric contents, comprising: including the base, the left side and the right side of base all are provided with and can follow the gliding regulation support of base, and two inboard in opposite directions of adjusting the support are provided with the lower jaw respectively and hold in the palm, are provided with the lower jaw respectively on each regulation support and hold in the palm the installation piece, drive the drive division that the installation piece goes up and down and the lower jaw holds in the palm lift guide part, still is provided with on one of them regulation support and is used for monitoring the palirrhea alarm mechanism of stomach content, alarm mechanism includes monitor and monitored control system, and monitor passes through the conducting wire and links to each other with monitored control system, is provided with PH sensor and temperature sensor in the monitor.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of each adjusting bracket is provided with a sliding support, each mandible support lifting guide part comprises two guide rods which are arranged at the top end of the sliding support respectively and are parallel to each other, and the front side and the rear side of each mandible support mounting block are respectively provided with a through hole through which the guide rods can pass.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 1, wherein: the outer sides of the adjusting supports are sleeved with shells, the opposite inner sides of the two shells are provided with vertical sliding grooves, the alarm mechanism is installed on the shell on the outer side of one of the adjusting supports, the monitoring system comprises a controller, a display screen and control buttons, a control processing circuit is arranged in the controller, the display screen is used for displaying the temperature and the pH value of the patient's oral cavity, and the control buttons are used for setting the normal oral cavity temperature value and the normal oral cavity pH value.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 3, wherein: the control processing circuit comprises a voltage conversion circuit connected with a power supply, a body temperature detection circuit, a first voltage comparison circuit, a second voltage comparison circuit and a PH detection circuit which are connected with the voltage conversion circuit respectively and connected in parallel with each other, wherein the first voltage comparison circuit and the second voltage comparison circuit are connected with the control switch circuit respectively, the voltage conversion circuit is connected with the control switch circuit in parallel, the control switch circuit is connected with the alarm indication circuit, an alarm lamp and a loudspeaker are arranged in the alarm indication circuit, and the alarm lamp comprises two light emitting diodes connected in parallel with each other.

A device for maintaining patency of the airways of a patient and for monitoring reflux of gastric contents as claimed in any one of claims 1, 3 or 4 wherein: the one end cover that the conducting wire is close to monitor probe has been put the bite-block, the bite-block is the tubulose, and the V type draw-in groove has been seted up to the upper end of bite-block.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 1, wherein: the lower jaw support comprises a lower jaw support main body matched with the lower jaw of a human body, the lower jaw support main body is in a concave arc shape, and one side of the lower jaw support main body is provided with a back support used for positioning the lower jaw support main body.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 1, wherein: the lower jaw support is connected with the lower jaw support mounting block through a rotating assembly, the rotating assembly comprises a central shaft, one end of the central shaft is fixedly connected with the lower jaw support mounting block, the other end of the central shaft is connected with the lower jaw support, an external thread is arranged at one end of the central shaft connected with the lower jaw support, a shaft hole is formed at one end of the lower jaw support connected with the central shaft, and an internal thread is arranged in the shaft hole.

A device for maintaining patency of a patient's airway and monitoring reflux of gastric contents according to claim 2, wherein: the left side and the right side of base all set up with the horizontal spout of sliding support looks adaptation, each sliding support realizes its tight fixed position on the base through tightly deciding the knob, all sets up the top surface spout that twice can supply the guide arm lateral sliding on the up end on the left side of base, right side.
