The first mandibular rest structure 2 and the second mandibular rest structure 21 are identical in structure and both comprise: a bracket main body 22, a lifting assembly 26, a support structure; a lifting assembly is arranged in the bracket main body 22, and the supporting assembly 26 is connected with the lifting assembly; the height of the supporting component 26 is adjusted through the lifting component; the support structure is connected with a lifting assembly 26; the supporting structure realizes the contact and the support of the lower jaw of the patient; meanwhile, the support angle of the lower jaw support plate is adjusted through the support assembly 26, and the lower jaw support plate is locked and fixed after adjustment.
The lifting assembly comprises: a screw 251, a worm wheel 252, a knob 253; an adjusting cavity 25 is arranged in the bracket main body 22; and the first end face of the adjusting cavity 25 is provided with an opening; the second end surface and the third end surface of the lifting cavity are opposite end surfaces and are provided with the same longitudinal lifting grooves; the screw rod 251 is arranged in the lifting groove; the supporting component 26 is provided with a connecting block and is connected with the screw rod 251 through a connecting hole I arranged on the connecting block; the worm wheel 252 is arranged at the first end of the screw rod 251, and the worm wheel 252 and the screw rod 251 are integrally connected; an open slot is formed in the fourth end face of the lifting assembly; the turning button 253 is arranged in the sub-opening groove; and the turn button 253 is engaged with the worm wheel 252; the worm wheel 252 is driven to move synchronously by rotating the rotating button 253, so that the height of the lifting assembly 26 along the lifting groove is adjusted.

Referring to fig. 5-7, a supporting assembly 26 and a supporting structure are provided on the basis of embodiment 4, wherein the supporting assembly 26 comprises: the adjusting wheel 3 and the return spring 31; a placing cavity 221 is formed in the supporting assembly 26, a fixing plate 222 which is integrally connected with the supporting assembly 26 and is provided with a tooth is arranged in the placing cavity 221, the adjusting rotating wheel 3 is provided with a tooth meshed with the fixing plate 222, a return spring 31 which keeps the adjusting rotating wheel 3 meshed with the fixing plate 222 is arranged at the first end of the adjusting rotating wheel 3, a rotating shaft 32 is arranged at the second end of the adjusting rotating wheel 3, and the adjusting rotating wheel extends out of the placing cavity 221 through a through hole formed in the fixing plate 222; the supporting structure is provided with a second connecting hole connected with the rotating shaft 32, and the supporting structure is also provided with an adjusting button 33 which enables the adjusting rotating wheel 3 to be disengaged from the fixing plate 222; the adjusting wheel 3 is disengaged from the fixing plate 222 by pressing the adjusting button 33, the return spring 31 is pressed tightly, and the supporting structure is rotated to realize angle adjustment under the condition that the adjusting wheel 3 is disengaged from the fixing plate 222; the adjusting button 33 is released to reset the adjusting wheel 3, and the adjusting wheel 3 and the fixing plate 222 are again meshed.
The rotating shaft 32 of the adjusting rotating wheel 3 is provided with a rectangular section, and the shape of the connecting hole II arranged on the supporting structure is the same as that of the rectangular section of the rotating shaft 32, so that the supporting structure cannot slide after the mandible supporting angle is adjusted, and the change of the supporting angle of the mandible supporting plate 4 is avoided.
Alternatively, the lift assembly 26 includes: a bolt disposed in the placing cavity 221; a nut for fixing the bolt; the first end of the bolt extends out of the placing cavity 221 and is integrally connected with the supporting structure; the second end of the bolt extends to one side corresponding to the first end; and a nut used for locking the bolt to adjust the angle of the supporting structure is arranged; in addition, a nut groove for limiting the nut is arranged, so that the supporting structure is prevented from rotating in the using process.
The support structure includes: a mandibular rest 4 to hold up the mandible of the patient; the mandibular supporting plate 4 can prevent the patient from falling off from the mandibular supporting plate 4 during the lifting process when the patient's mandible is lifted.
The first end of the mandible splint 4 is provided with a corner with radian for supporting the mandible angle of the patient.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 9, the tongue suction structure is provided on the basis of embodiment 1, and the support seat 1 includes: shoulder 61 and headrest 6; the head rest portion 6 is higher than the shoulder portion 61.
The head rest part 6 is a soft pillow pad which is larger than the shoulder 618-10 cm.
The headrest portion 6 is provided with a first fixing strap 56 and a second fixing strap 57, the shoulder portion 61 is provided with a third fixing strap 58 and a fourth fixing strap 59, and each fixing strap can adjust the fixing direction.
The tongue structure includes: the face mask 5, the suction head 51, the connecting pipe 52 and the pressing component 53; the mask 5 is detachably connected with the suction head 51; a first end of the connecting pipe 52 is provided with a connector 55, and is detachably connected with the suction head 51 through the connector 55; the second end of the connecting pipe 52 is connected with the pressing component 53; in this arrangement, the pressing member 53 is pressed to generate a negative pressure, and the suction head 51 pulls the tongue body through the connection tube 52.
A connecting port 54 is arranged on the face mask 5, and a closed cover is arranged at a first end of the connecting port 54; the closing cover is movably connected with the connecting port 54; when the suction head 51 is not used, the connection port 54 can be sealed by a closing cap.
The mask 5 is further provided with an oxygen supply port 511 for supplying oxygen to the patient.
A one-way air valve I531 and a one-way air valve II 532 are arranged in the pressing component 53; the first one-way air valve is arranged at the joint of the pressing component 53 and the second end of the connecting pipe 52, and the second one-way air valve 532 is arranged on the side edge of the pressing component 53; the motion states of the one-way air valve I and the one-way air valve II are opposite; when the pressing component 53 is pressed, the second one-way air valve 532 is in a release state, air in the pressing component 53 is released outwards through the second one-way air valve 532, and meanwhile, the first one-way air valve 531 is in a closed state; when the patient needs to be pulled after the tongue of the patient falls down, the pressing component 53 is squeezed by one hand, the suction head 51 is contacted with the tongue of the patient by the other hand, the squeezed pressing component 53 is released, negative pressure is generated in the pressing component 53, the one-way air valve I531 is enabled to circulate, the two one-way air valves 532 are closed, and the patient can be pulled by the falling tongue of the patient.

Claims (10)

1. A lower jaw supporting apparatus for anesthesia department comprises a supporting seat and a lower jaw supporting structure; it is characterized in that an adjusting structure connected with the lower jaw support structure is arranged in the supporting seat; the lower jaw support structure is divided into a first lower jaw support structure and a second lower jaw support structure, and the adjusting structure can adjust the distance between the first lower jaw support structure and the second lower jaw support structure; the lower jaw support structure I and the lower jaw support structure II are arranged on two sides of the supporting seat; a supporting component capable of adjusting a supporting angle and locking the angle after the angle adjustment is arranged on the first lower jaw supporting structure and the second lower jaw supporting structure; the supporting component is provided with a supporting structure which can realize the supporting of the lower jaw by contacting the lower jaw of the patient.

The mandibular lifting device for anesthesia department according to claim 1, wherein the supporting base is provided with a placement groove, the placement groove is divided into a first placement groove and a second placement groove, the first placement groove and the second placement groove are arranged axisymmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center line of the supporting base, and the adjustment structure is arranged in the first placement groove and the second placement groove; the mandible support structure I and the mandible support structure II are arranged on the adjusting structures in the corresponding placing grooves.

The mandibular advancement apparatus for anesthesiology department according to claim 2, wherein the adjustment structure includes: the threaded rods are arranged in the first placing groove and the second placing groove; the threaded rod is provided with a first threaded section and a second threaded section, a limiting ring is arranged at the first end of the first threaded section and the first end of the second threaded section, and the middle section of the threaded rod is arranged in the first through hole; the bottom parts of the first lower jaw support structure and the second lower jaw support structure are provided with a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole, and the first lower jaw support structure and the second lower jaw support structure are connected with a threaded rod through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole; the thread directions of the first thread section and the second thread section are opposite.

The mandibular rest apparatus for anesthesia department of claim 1, wherein said first mandibular rest structure and said second mandibular rest structure are of the same construction and each comprise: the support comprises a support main body, a supporting assembly and a supporting structure; a lifting assembly is arranged in the support main body, and the supporting assembly is connected with the lifting assembly; the height of the supporting component is adjusted through the lifting component; the supporting structure is connected with the supporting assembly.

The mandibular lift apparatus for anesthesia department of claim 4, wherein the lifting assembly comprises: a screw rod, a worm wheel and a knob; an adjusting cavity is arranged in the bracket main body; an opening is formed in the first end face of the adjusting cavity; the second end surface and the third end surface of the lifting cavity are opposite end surfaces and are provided with the same longitudinal lifting grooves; the screw rod is arranged in the lifting groove; the supporting assembly is provided with a connecting block and is connected with the screw rod through a connecting hole I arranged on the connecting block; the worm wheel is arranged at the first end of the screw rod and is integrally connected with the screw rod; an open slot is formed in the fourth end face of the lifting assembly; the turn button is arranged in the sub open slot; and the knob is engaged with the worm wheel.

The mandibular advancement apparatus for anesthesiology department according to claim 4, wherein the advancement assembly includes: the adjusting rotating wheel and the return spring; a placing cavity is arranged in the supporting assembly, a fixing plate which is integrally connected with the supporting assembly and is provided with a grinding tooth is arranged in the placing cavity, the adjusting rotating wheel is provided with a grinding tooth meshed with the fixing plate, a return spring which keeps the adjusting rotating wheel meshed with the fixing plate is arranged at the first end of the adjusting rotating wheel, and a rotating shaft is arranged at the second end of the adjusting rotating wheel and extends out of the placing cavity through a through hole arranged in the fixing plate; and a second connecting hole connected with the rotating shaft is formed in the supporting structure, and an adjusting button for enabling the adjusting rotating wheel to be disengaged from the fixing plate is further arranged on the supporting structure.
7. The mandibular supporting apparatus for anesthesia department of claim 6, wherein the rotation shaft of the adjustment wheel is provided with a rectangular section and the second connecting hole provided in the support structure is the same shape as the rectangular section of the rotation shaft.
8. The mandibular advancement apparatus for anesthesiology department according to claim 4, wherein the support structure includes: a mandibular rest for holding up the mandible of the patient; the lower jaw supporting plate is a supporting plate with an arc of 110-130 degrees.

The mandibular lift apparatus for anesthesiology department according to claim 1, wherein the tongue suction structure comprises: the face mask, the suction head, the connecting pipe and the pressing component are arranged on the face mask; the mask is detachably connected with the suction head; the first end of the connecting pipe is provided with a connector and is detachably connected with the suction head through the connector; the second end of the connecting pipe is connected with the pressing component; a connecting port is arranged on the face mask, and a sealing cover is arranged at the first end of the connecting port; the sealing cover is movably connected with the connecting port; the mask is also provided with an oxygen supply port.
