Abstract
本发明公开了一种收割机的手动放料装置，所述的收割机的手动放料装置包含一主壳体，所述的主壳体的头部设有一可分离的第一副壳体，所述的主壳体的尾部设有一可分离的第二副壳体，所述的主壳体内设有一三角形的驱动拨座，所述的驱动拨座上设有一水平设置的驱动横杆和一倾斜设置的手动拨杆。本发明的收割机的手动放料装置利用主壳体头部的向下翻转的卡合突片和第一副壳体头部的方形的卡合槽口的配合，大大方便了使用者的拆卸和维修，大大降低了生产成本，特别适用野外作业。该收割机的手动放料装置结构简单，拆卸方便，实用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业机械，更确切地说，是一种收割机的手动放料装置。
背景技术
收割机是一种一体化收割农作物的机械，一次性完成收割、脱粒，并将谷粒集中到储藏仓，然后通过放料装置将储藏仓中的谷粒放到包装袋中。现有的放料装置通常为一个手动操作的阀门，极容易被谷粒卡住，由于阀门采用焊接连接，几乎无法拆卸，给维修带来极大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种收割机的手动放料装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种收割机的手动放料装置，所述的收割机的手动放料装置包含一主壳体，所述的主壳体的头部设有一可分离的第一副壳体，所述的主壳体的尾部设有一可分离的第二副壳体，所述的主壳体内设有一三角形的驱动拨座，所述的驱动拨座上设有一水平设置的驱动横杆和一倾斜设置的手动拨杆。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的主壳体包含一半开放的第一主体，所述的第一主体的头部设有一向下翻转的卡合突片，所述的第一副壳体包含一方筒状的第二主体，所述的第二主体的头部设有一方片状的卡合基片，所述的卡合基片的底部设有一方形的卡合槽口，所述的卡合槽口与所述的卡合突片相配合。
本发明的收割机的手动放料装置利用主壳体头部的向下翻转的卡合突片和第一副壳体头部的方形的卡合槽口的配合，大大方便了使用者的拆卸和维修，大大降低了生产成本，特别适用野外作业。该收割机的手动放料装置结构简单，拆卸方便，实用性强。

如图1至图2所示，本发明的收割机的手动放料装置1包含一主壳体2，该主壳体2的头部设有一可分离的第一副壳体3，该主壳体2的尾部设有一可分离的第二副壳体4，该主壳体2内设有一三角形的驱动拨座5，该驱动拨座5上设有一水平设置的驱动横杆6和一倾斜设置的手动拨杆7。
该主壳体2包含一半开放的第一主体21，该第一主体21的头部设有一向下翻转的卡合突片22，该第一副壳体3包含一方筒状的第二主体31，该第二主体31的头部设有一方片状的卡合基片32，该卡合基片32的底部设有一方形的卡合槽口33，该卡合槽口33与该卡合突片22相配合。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种收割机的手动放料装置，其特征在于，所述的收割机的手动放料装置（1）包含一主壳体（2），所述的主壳体（2）的头部设有一可分离的第一副壳体（3），所述的主壳体（2）的尾部设有一可分离的第二副壳体（4），所述的主壳体（2）内设有一三角形的驱动拨座（5），所述的驱动拨座（5）上设有一水平设置的驱动横杆（6）和一倾斜设置的手动拨杆（7）；所述的主壳体（2）包含一半开放的第一主体（21），所述的第一主体（21）的头部设有一向下翻转的卡合突片（22），所述的第一副壳体（3）包含一方筒状的第二主体（31），所述的第二主体（31）的头部设有一方片状的卡合基片（32），所述的卡合基片（32）的底部设有一方形的卡合槽口（33），所述的卡合槽口（33）与所述的卡合突片（22）相配合。
