技术领域
本发明涉及自压力密封水龙头,适用于所有液体和气体介质,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
水龙头是各家各户都有的,但现有的水龙头都是使用一定年数后都会有渗漏,而且水龙头的密封问题是最难解决的,对于一般水龙头,密封好了可能会太紧,松点可能密封性又会损失,这个问题产生的原因是水龙头的结构造成的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用水龙头水压力作用增加水龙头的密封性、且在水龙头密封后水龙头的旋把开关不会渗漏的自压力密封水龙头。
自压力密封水龙头,包括一个与水管连接的水龙头弯头、和安装在水龙头弯头内并与水龙头弯头起密封作用的水龙头旋塞;其特征在于:
1、水龙头弯头包括与水管连接的直管段的水龙头进口管壁、水龙头直角弯曲段、水龙头出口、以及介于水龙头进口管壁和水龙头直角弯曲段之间的水龙头锥段内斜壁,在水龙头进口管壁内侧靠近水龙头锥段内斜壁区域安装有进口管壁内螺纹,进口管壁内螺纹下锥角为β,水龙头锥段内斜壁与水龙头进口管中轴线夹角为η。
2、水龙头旋塞包括在水龙头进口管壁区域的直管形的旋塞圆桶、左端与旋塞圆桶相连接且成圆锥形逐渐减小的旋塞锥段、与旋塞锥段最小端相连的旋塞柱、和安装在旋塞柱上的旋塞旋把、以及安装在旋塞圆桶外侧靠近旋塞锥段的旋塞圆桶外螺纹,旋塞圆桶外螺纹下锥角为α,α=β,旋塞圆桶外螺纹最靠近旋塞锥段的一圈螺纹即旋塞圆桶近锥段外螺纹下锥角为Ф,Ф>α;旋塞锥段外斜壁与旋塞轴线平行线夹角为Ω,Ω+0.5°=η;旋塞柱经过水龙头直角弯曲段的一个孔伸出水龙头直角弯曲段的右侧,且旋塞旋把安装在旋塞柱伸出水龙头直角弯曲段的区域;旋塞圆桶靠近旋塞锥段有多个旋塞圆桶出水孔,旋塞圆桶出水孔垂直于旋塞轴线,旋塞轴线与水龙头进口管中轴线重叠;旋塞圆桶外螺纹与进口管壁内螺纹相匹配。
3、当旋塞旋把向外旋转δ角度时,0°<δ≤60°,旋塞圆桶外螺纹向左旋出,水龙头旋塞向左移动,旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁分离,此时,水龙头进口管的带压水经旋塞圆桶进水道、旋塞圆桶出水孔后,进入旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁分离形成的间隙,再经水龙头出口流出水龙头;随着旋塞旋把向外旋转δ角度增大,旋塞圆桶外螺纹向左旋出距离增大,水龙头旋塞向左移动距离加大,旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁分离的间隙也加大,水龙头进口管带压水流出水龙头出口的水流量也不断增大;当旋塞旋把逐渐向内旋转δ角度时,0°<δ≤60°,旋塞圆桶外螺纹向右旋进,水龙头旋塞向右移动,旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁的分离间隙逐渐减小,流经旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁分离间隙的带压水流量也逐渐减小,在旋塞旋把向内旋转到接近最大角度时,进口管壁内螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹旋入旋塞圆桶外螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹,因为旋塞圆桶外螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹即旋塞圆桶近锥段外螺纹下锥角Ф大于旋塞圆桶外螺纹下锥角α,同样也大于进口管壁内螺纹下锥角β,这就使得旋塞圆桶外螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹能够有力地咬合啮合在进口管壁内螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹上,使得旋塞锥段外斜壁能够与水龙头锥段内斜壁紧密地贴合在一起形成较好的密封效果,从而保证水龙头的带压水不会流经旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁之间的紧密贴合处形成渗漏;另外,旋塞圆桶靠近旋塞锥段的盲端面垂直于旋塞轴线,且旋塞圆桶出水孔也垂直于旋塞轴线,所以水龙头进口管内的带压水在旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁紧密贴合即水龙头关闭时,水龙头进口管内的带压水的压力顶住旋塞圆桶靠近旋塞锥段的盲端面,使旋塞有个向右的力,这个力使旋塞的旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁更紧密地贴合,从而使水龙头关闭更密封。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1.水龙头的旋把和旋塞柱在密封面远离进水口区,这样在水龙头关闭时不会有水渗出水龙头的可能。
2.利用水管自身压力压住水龙头的旋塞使旋塞的旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁更紧密地贴合,从而使水龙头关闭更密封。
3、利用旋塞圆桶外螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹即旋塞圆桶近锥段外螺纹下锥角Ф大于旋塞圆桶外螺纹下锥角α,同样也大于进口管壁内螺纹下锥角β,这就使得旋塞圆桶外螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹能够有力地咬合啮合在进口管壁内螺纹最右端的一圈螺纹上,使得旋塞锥段外斜壁能够与水龙头锥段内斜壁紧密地贴合在一起形成较好的密封效果,从而保证水龙头的带压水不会经旋塞锥段外斜壁与水龙头锥段内斜壁之间的紧密贴合处。

在图1—3所示实施例中:自压力密封水龙头,包括一个与水管连接的水龙头弯头、和安装在水龙头弯头内并与水龙头弯头起密封作用的水龙头旋塞;其特征在于:水龙头弯头包括与水管连接的直管段的水龙头进口管壁2、水龙头直角弯曲段、水龙头出口12、以及介于水龙头进口管壁2和水龙头直角弯曲段之间的水龙头锥段内斜壁9,在水龙头进口管壁2内侧靠近水龙头锥段内斜壁9区域安装有进口管壁内螺纹7,进口管壁内螺纹下锥角17为β,水龙头锥段内斜壁9与水龙头进口管中轴线夹角为η。
水龙头旋塞包括在水龙头进口管壁2区域的直管形的旋塞圆桶3、左端与旋塞圆桶3相连接且成圆锥形逐渐减小的旋塞锥段11、与旋塞锥段11最小端相连的旋塞柱14、和安装在旋塞柱14上的旋塞旋把15、以及安装在旋塞圆桶3外侧靠近旋塞锥段11的旋塞圆桶外螺纹6,旋塞圆桶外螺纹下锥角18为α,α=β,旋塞圆桶外螺纹6最靠近旋塞锥段11的一圈螺纹即旋塞圆桶近锥段外螺纹下锥角19为Ф,Ф>α;旋塞锥段外斜壁10与旋塞轴线平行线20夹角为Ω,Ω+0.5°=η;旋塞柱14经过水龙头直角弯曲段的一个孔伸出水龙头直角弯曲段的右侧,且旋塞旋把15安装在旋塞柱14伸出水龙头直角弯曲段的区域;旋塞圆桶3靠近旋塞锥段11有多个旋塞圆桶出水孔8,旋塞圆桶出水孔8垂直于旋塞轴线16,旋塞轴线16与水龙头进口管中轴线重叠;旋塞圆桶外螺纹6与进口管壁内螺纹7相匹配。
当旋塞旋把15向外旋转δ角度时,0°<δ≤60°,旋塞圆桶外螺纹6向左旋出,水龙头旋塞向左移动,旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9分离,此时,水龙头进口管的带压水经旋塞圆桶进水道4、旋塞圆桶出水孔8后,进入旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9分离形成的间隙,再经水龙头出口12流出水龙头;随着旋塞旋把15向外旋转δ角度增大,旋塞圆桶外螺纹6向左旋出距离增大,水龙头旋塞向左移动距离加大,旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9分离的间隙也加大,水龙头进口管带压水流出水龙头出口12的水流量也不断增大;当旋塞旋把15逐渐向内旋转δ角度时,0°<δ≤60°,旋塞圆桶外螺纹6向右旋进,水龙头旋塞向右移动,旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9的分离间隙逐渐减小,流经旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9分离间隙的带压水流量也逐渐减小,在旋塞旋把15向内旋转到接近最大角度时,进口管壁内螺纹7最右端的一圈螺纹旋入旋塞圆桶外螺纹6最右端的一圈螺纹,因为旋塞圆桶外螺纹6最右端的一圈螺纹即旋塞圆桶近锥段外螺纹下锥角19Ф大于旋塞圆桶外螺纹下锥角18α,同样也大于进口管壁内螺纹下锥角17β,这就使得旋塞圆桶外螺纹6最右端的一圈螺纹能够有力地咬合啮合在进口管壁内螺纹7最右端的一圈螺纹上,使得旋塞锥段外斜壁10能够与水龙头锥段内斜壁9紧密地贴合在一起形成较好的密封效果,从而保证水龙头的带压水不会流经旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9之间的紧密贴合处形成渗漏;另外,旋塞圆桶3靠近旋塞锥段11的盲端面垂直于旋塞轴线16,且旋塞圆桶出水孔8也垂直于旋塞轴线16,所以水龙头进口管内的带压水在旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9紧密贴合即水龙头关闭时,水龙头进口管内的带压水的压力顶住旋塞圆桶3靠近旋塞锥段11的盲端面,使旋塞有个向右的力,这个力使旋塞的旋塞锥段外斜壁10与水龙头锥段内斜壁9更紧密地贴合,从而使水龙头关闭更密封。
