一种砖瓦表面磨平装置，涉及砖瓦制造设备，包括两侧支撑板，支撑板上设有孔，孔内设有滚轴，滚轴上套有滚筒，滚筒上设有刮板，所述的两侧支撑板设置在传送带上。本发明结构简单，设计合理，砖瓦在传送带上经过滚筒下方时，刮板刮去砖瓦上表面凸出多余的部分，给砖瓦表面磨平，然后利用毛刷将杂质去除，简单实用，操作方便，效率高。

背景技术：
现有的砖瓦在挤压模具中挤压成型后由于砂石大小不一，挤压成型的砖瓦在没有凝固成型前需要对表面进行去杂质磨平，而现有的一般多采用整体毛刷人工进行磨平，这样的方式效率太低。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种快速磨平砖瓦表面的装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种砖瓦表面磨平装置，其特征在于：包括两侧支撑板，支撑板上设有孔，孔内设有滚轴，滚轴上套有滚筒，滚筒上设有刮板，所述的两侧支撑板设置在传送带上。
所述的滚筒上设有凹槽，刮板卡在凹槽内。
所述的刮板上套有毛刷。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，砖瓦在传送带上经过滚筒下方时，刮板刮去砖瓦上表面凸出多余的部分，给砖瓦表面磨平，然后利用毛刷将杂质去除，简单实用，操作方便，效率高。
