Abstract

本发明涉及一种竹签棒磨光机，包括轴、偏心轮和机框，所述轴上装设两个偏心轮，两个偏心轮轴对称，所述偏心轮由内轮和外轮组成，内轮固定在轴上，外轮通过连杆连接机框。两个偏心轮各连接一侧机框，同时带动两个机框运行，提高了设备的利用率，通过偏心轮转动带动装料底板上的棉签往复运动，运动中的竹签棒和机框内粗糙面充分打磨，能够有效的去除毛刺，提高了竹签棒的产品质量，大大提高了生产效率。

本发明属于竹签制作设备领域，具体涉及一种竹签棒磨光机。 
背景技术
随着社会物质文明的发展，人们对于竹签产品使用要求也大大提高，竹签应用在生活的各个方面，竹签类的产品附带有毛刺使用者易被扎伤。 
目前，大多数厂家使用人工对棉签棒的进行打磨抛光和去毛刺，不但工作强度大而且抛光效果不好，没有处理好的棉签棒在使用过程中毛刺容易扎伤使用者，不但不利于生产，而且影响了产品的质量。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种竹签棒磨光机，能够有效的对竹签棒进行磨光。 
本发明通过以下技术方案实现： 
一种竹签棒磨光机，包括轴、偏心轮和机框，所述轴上装设两个偏心轮，两个偏心轮轴对称，所述偏心轮由内轮和外轮组成，内轮固定在轴上，外轮通过连杆连接机框。
所述机框下方装设有辊轮，机框内位于辊轮上装设有装料底板，所述偏心轮通过轴与电机连接。 
所述装料底板上装设有角型挡板。 
本发明的有益效果：两个偏心轮各连接一侧机框，同时带动两个机框运行，提高了设备的利用率，通过偏心轮转动带动装料底板上的棉签往复运动，运动中的竹签棒和机框内粗糙面充分打磨，能够有效的去除毛刺，提高了竹签棒的产品质量，大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种竹签棒磨光机，包括轴7、偏心轮2和机框4，所述轴7上装设两个偏心轮2，两个偏心轮2轴对称，所述偏心轮2由内轮2-1和外轮2-2组成，内轮2-1固定在轴7上，外轮2-2通过连杆连接机框4。 
所述机框4下方装设有辊轮6，机框4内位于辊轮5上装设有装料底板3，所述偏心轮2通过轴7与电机1连接。 
所述装料底板3上装设有角型挡板5。

1.一种竹签棒磨光机，包括轴、偏心轮和机框，其特征是：所述轴上装设两个偏心轮，两个偏心轮轴对称，所述偏心轮由内轮和外轮组成，内轮固定在轴上，外轮通过连杆连接机框。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种竹签棒磨光机，其特征是：所述机框下方装设有辊轮，机框内位于辊轮上装设有装料底板，所述偏心轮通过轴与电机连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种竹签棒磨光机，其特征是：所述装料底板上装设有角型挡板。
