背景技术:瘘管是临床上的常见病和多发病,目前,临床上主要采用手术或封闭方式进行治疗,封闭方式治疗往往容易复发,治疗效果差,手术方式治疗比较彻底,但是因为瘘管大多具有炎症反应,手术过程中不能够进行麻醉术,病人十分痛苦,且需要对瘘管冲洗并消毒后方可操作,这样操作起来十分麻烦、费时费力,给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种在给病人进行瘘管治疗时操作简便、省时省力,治疗彻底,病人痛苦小的瘘管根治器。
本发明的技术方案是:瘘管根治器包括接座和探管,其特征是在探管内设有支臂,支臂前端设有两条弹力撑臂,弹力撑臂前端设有弧形刮刀,弹力撑臂上设有定位座,弹力撑臂前段设有弹力压臂,弹力压臂前端设有弧电灼臂,弧电灼臂上连有电源线,电源线穿经弹力撑臂、支臂、定位座,支臂上设有拉环,探管前段外侧设有清洗棉环。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,给病人进行瘘管治疗时操作简便、省时省力,治疗彻底,病人痛苦小,减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式:瘘管根治器包括接座1和探管2,其特征是在探管2内设有支臂3,支臂3前端设有两条弹力撑臂4,弹力撑臂4前端设有弧形刮刀5,弹力撑臂4上设有定位座6,弹力撑臂4前段设有弹力压臂7,弹力压臂7前端设有弧电灼臂8,弧电灼臂8上连有电源线9,电源线9穿经弹力撑臂4、支臂3、定位座6,支臂3上设有拉环10,探管2前段外侧设有清洗棉环11。在给病人进行瘘管治疗时,探管2探入瘘管,接座1连接冲洗装置并冲洗瘘管内部,清洗棉环11擦拭管壁,断开接座1,推动支臂3,使定位座6凸出探管2并定位在探管2前端,连接电源线9,向外拉拉环10带动探管2滑出瘘管的同时清洗棉环11擦拭管壁,弧形刮刀5刮管壁,弧电灼臂8电灼止血即可。
