Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料工业中添加剂配方技术领域,特别是涉及一种改善饲料适口性,提高饲料利用率,提高鹿茸产量和质量的梅花鹿生茸期预混合饲料添加剂。
背景技术
梅花鹿是我国人工饲养数量最多的鹿种,饲养梅花鹿主要是获取鹿茸产品,其营养需要及饲料利用方面的研究也多集中在鹿茸生产及其相关的领域。生茸期是梅花鹿生长期间的关键时期,是鹿茸生长的时期,一般是每年的1月下旬至8月中旬,分为生茸前期、生茸期和生茸后期,本产品主要适用于生茸期。在梅花鹿的生茸期,饲料来源的多寡、饲料品质的好坏和营养价值的高低,直接影响影响到鹿茸产量和质量,影响饲料的转化率和报酬率,进而影响养殖的经济效益。
梅花鹿从野生放牧状态到大密度的人工圈养, 给梅花鹿的科学饲养提出了一系列问题, 其中由于采食范围的缩小及食物种类的单一化而造成的鹿微量元素和维生素缺乏, 致使鹿只死亡、繁殖率下降及产茸性能下降等给生产造成了很大损失, 制约了养鹿业发展。矿物质是鹿体组织的重要组成成分,除维持生命体征外,鹿产品中也有一定量的矿物质,须从饲料中得到补充。维生素是维持鹿体正常代谢所必需的一类低分子有机化合物,起着调节和参与新陈代谢的特殊作用,是部分辅酶或辅基的组成成分。饲粮中缺乏矿物质和维生素,会导致鹿的营养代谢疾病,阻碍鹿体生长发育,降低其繁育能力及生产性能,影响鹿茸产量和质量。因此,适度的微量元素和维生素营养供给是维持鹿正常健康、生长及生产的必要条件。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能满足生茸期梅花鹿对矿物质元素和维生素的营养需要,促进鹿体生长,改善饲料适口性,提高饲料利用率,提高梅花鹿鹿茸产量和质量的预混合饲料添加剂。由磷酸氢钙、石粉、微量元素预混合饲料和维生素预混合饲料组成。
本发明中每千克各组分含量:MgO 50-80 mg,蛋氨酸螯合锌30-40 mg,MnSO4.H2O35-55 mg,FeSO4.H2O 45-60 mg,NaSeO325-40 mg,蛋氨酸螯合铜2.00-3.02 mg,维生素A2000-3000 IU,维生素D3 400-600 IU,维生素E 700-1000 IU,维生素K3 0.2-0.3 mg,维生素B1 0.08-0.102 mg,维生素B2 0.52-0.73 mg,维生素B12 1.20-1.46 μg,叶酸 20-30 μg,烟酸/烟酰胺1.45-1.78 mg,泛酸钙1.09-1.23 mg,CaHPO4 4.36-5.23,石粉补足至1000 g。
与现有技术相比,利用本发明可具有提高饲料适口性、提高营养样物质消化利用率、提高鹿茸生产性能、增加氨基酸在鹿茸中的沉积的作用。实现梅花鹿消化道环境调控、酶活性提高、优化营养物质消化利用,使梅花鹿养殖实现高效和环境友好有机结合,提高梅花鹿养殖业经济和环境效益。
具体实施方式
通过以下具体实施例进一步举例描述本发明,以下列举的仅是本发明的具体实施例子,但本发明并不局限于此。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
分别称取MgO 76 mg,蛋氨酸螯合锌36 mg,MnSO4.H2O 43 mg,FeSO4.H2O 53 mg,NaSeO3 31 mg,蛋氨酸螯合铜2.36 mg,维生素A 2 484 IU,维生素D3 496.8 IU,维生素E828 IU,维生素K3 0.23 mg,维生素B1 0.092 mg,维生素B2 0.69 mg,维生素B12 1.38 μg,叶酸23μg,烟酸/烟酰胺1.62 mg,泛酸钙1.15 mg,CaHPO4 5.17 g,石粉补足至1000 g,搅拌混匀,即成本发明。将玉米秸秆、膨化玉米、豆粕、苜蓿草粉、干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)、食盐及本发明,混合均匀后,制成直径0.4cm、长度1.2~1.5cm的颗粒饲料。
饲喂效果试验
试验选取20头两岁体重相近的健康公梅花鹿,随机分成2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头。对照组梅花鹿饲喂不添加本发明的基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1%的本发明。开展饲养试验,预饲期7天,正式试验期72天。试验鹿被饲养在的大圈内,由固定人员饲喂,消除外界环境和管理不同对鹿产生的应激影响。试验鹿每日6: 00、16: 00各饲喂1次。自由采食和饮水。定时清理鹿粪,清扫鹿圈,保持适宜的饲养环境,避免污染而对粪样采集造成影响。在生茸期间,准确记录每头鹿脱盘时间,并且每20 d进行一次消化代谢试验,收集粪样、毛发及血液样品,计算采食量及营养物质消化率。鹿茸达到收取规格后,收取二杠型鹿茸,测定鲜鹿茸产量、准确计算每只鹿的鹿茸生长天数、在鹿茸进行带血加工后精确测定干茸产量。以干茸重/鲜茸重求出折干率,由鹿茸产量/生长时间得到鹿茸平均日增重。
试验设计方案如下表:
试验基础日粮组成及营养水平如下:
按照设计方案中的比例将预混合饲料添加剂加入到基础日粮饲粮中混合均匀,制成直径0.4cm、长度1.2~1.5cm的颗粒饲料饲喂梅花鹿。
试验结果如下:

通过实际应用效果证实,本发明的梅花鹿生茸期预混合饲料添加剂可使饲料营养物质利用率提高0.88%-15.04%,鲜茸产量提高16.10%,干茸产量提高16.69%,折干率提高1.29%,鲜茸日增重提高34.15%,干茸日增重提高34.78%,鹿茸氨基酸含量提高7.25%。

1.一种改善饲料适口性,提高饲料利用率,提高鹿茸产量和质量的梅花鹿生茸期预混合饲料添加剂,其特征在于每千克添加剂各组分含量:MgO 50-80 mg,蛋氨酸螯合锌30-40mg,MnSO4· H2O 35-55 mg,FeSO4· H2O 45-60 mg,NaSeO3 25-40 mg,蛋氨酸螯合铜2.00-3.02mg,维生素A 2000-3000 IU,维生素D3 400-600 IU,维生素E 700-1000 IU,维生素K3 0.2-0.3 mg,维生素B1 0.08-0.102 mg,维生素B2 0.52-0.73 mg,维生素B12 1.20-1.46 μg,叶酸 20-30 μg,烟酸/烟酰胺1.45-1.78 mg,泛酸钙1.09-1.23 mg,CaHPO4 4.36-5.23,石粉补足至1000 g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种梅花鹿生茸期预混合饲料添加剂,其特征在于:将权利要求1所述的梅花鹿生茸期预混合饲料添加剂以0.5-1%的比例添加在生茸期梅花鹿日粮中,混合均匀后与其他原料压制成颗粒饲喂。
