本发明公开了一种磁冷却管,包括进水管、冷却管、出水管、电控阀门、智能化控制系统,所述的进水管与冷却管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管与出水管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管为单层管,冷却管四周缠绕线圈,冷却管上设置电控阀门,所述的智能化控制系统分别与线圈、电控阀门电连接。所述的冷却管由磁性材料所制。本发明具有如下的优点:结构简单,成本低,能耗小,节省材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却管领域,更具体地说涉及一种磁冷却管。
背景技术
磁热效应是指一般过渡金属或镧系稀土族元素等具有磁铁性的材料,当受到磁化时或被消磁时,材料本身产生的温度变化现象,此现象形成是由于材料自身内的电子受到外界磁场作用时,内部磁自旋的自由度会因该磁场作用产生较规则的排列,造成磁熵值降低,从而产生乱度下降导致排热,材料升温;同理,当该磁场消失或移走时,该磁铁性材料中的磁矩将立即呈现不规则排列,导致乱度上升吸热,此时材料呈现降温现象。
在工业中,冷却管随处可见,现大部分工厂采用水冷却,在用冷水冷却过程中,需要专门设置冷却管和冷却塔,工程量大投资较大,磁冷却在近几年来发展比较迅速,磁冷却技术在工业冷却应用中具有巨大的潜力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种磁冷却管。采用本管路装置,能有效的降低冷却管道的温度。为达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种磁冷却管,包括进水管、冷却管、出水管、电控阀门、智能化控制系统,所述的进水管与冷却管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管与出水管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管为单层管,冷却管四周缠绕线圈,冷却管上设置电控阀门,所述的智能化控制系统分别与线圈、电控阀门电连接。
所述的冷却管由磁性材料所制。
本发明具有如下的优点:结构简单,成本低,能耗小,节省材料。

下面以附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

一种磁冷却管,包括进水管1、冷却管4、出水管5、电控阀门2、智能化控制系统,所述的进水管1与冷却管4通过三通连接,所述的冷却管4与出水管5通过三通连接,所述的冷却管4为单层管,冷却管4四周缠绕线圈3,冷却管4上设置电控阀门2,所述的智能化控制系统分别与线圈3、电控阀门2电连接。
所述的冷却管4由磁性材料所制。
使用时,两线圈不同时工作,一个线圈通电时产生磁场冷却管开始升温,本段冷却管上的电控阀门关闭;同时另一线圈断开电源磁场消失冷却管吸热降温,此段上的电控阀门开启,水从进水管流入到此段冷却管冷却,从出水管流出。

1.一种磁冷却管,包括进水管、冷却管、出水管、电控阀门、智能化控制系统,其特征在于,所述的进水管与冷却管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管与出水管通过三通连接,所述的冷却管为单层管,冷却管四周缠绕线圈,冷却管上设置电控阀门,所述的智能化控制系统分别与线圈、电控阀门电连接, 所述的冷却管由磁性材料所制,所述冷却管设置成两根,且两根冷却管形成环状结构,所述电控阀门设置在冷却管上靠近进水管一端处。
