Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置。该装置的主体结构包括电源、温度感受器、三通接头、电磁阀和单片机。选用DS18B20数字温度传感器作为温度感受器,该温度感受器置于家用淋浴器的储水器内。三通接头一头连接家用淋浴器的储水器,另外两头分别安装温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管。温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管上分别安装一个电磁阀。温度感受器和电磁阀均连接到STC89C51单片机上。温度感受器、电磁阀、单片机由电源供电。本实用新型能够及时排出过冷水或者过热水,防止使用家用太阳能淋浴器时出现水温过高或者过低的情况。

本实用新型涉及一种家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置。 
背景技术
家用太阳能淋浴器在使用时,使用机械式冷热水混水器,人在调节时容易出现水温过高或者过低的情况,给人的身体造成很大刺激。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在研制一种家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置,防止使用家用太阳能淋浴器时出现水温过高或者过低的情况。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置,该装置的主体结构包括电源、温度感受器、三通接头、电磁阀和单片机;所述温度感受器置于家用淋浴器的储水器内;所述三通接头一头连接家用淋浴器的储水器,另外两头分别安装温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管;所述温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管上分别安装一个电磁阀;所述电磁阀一个控制流出温水使得人正常淋浴,另外一个控制排出过冷水或者过热水;所述温度感受器和电磁阀均连接到单片机上;所述温度感受器、电磁阀、单片机由电源供电。 
所述温度感受器为一个DS18B20数字温度传感器。 
所述单片机为STC89C51单片机。 
所述家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置里的单片机通过温度感受器接收信号,进而控制两个电磁阀。当水温合适时,第一电磁阀打开,第二电磁阀关闭,人可以正常淋浴。当水温过高或者过低时,第二电磁阀打开,第一电磁阀关闭,水被排除。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:能够及时排出过冷水或者过热水,防止使用家用太阳能淋浴器时出现水温过高或者过低的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
实施例一 
图1中,选用DS18B20数字温度传感器作为温度感受器,该温度感受器置于家用淋浴器的储水器内。三通接头一头连接家用淋浴器的储水器,另外两头分别安装温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管。温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管上分别安装一个电磁阀。一个电磁阀控制流出温水使得人正常淋浴,另外一个控制排出过冷水或者过热水。温度感受器和电磁阀均连接到STC89C51单片机上。温度感受器、电磁阀、单片机由电源供电。 
该家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置里的单片机通过温度感受器接收信号,进而控制两个电磁阀。

1.一种家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置,其特征是,该装置的主体结构包括电源、温度感受器、三通接头、电磁阀和单片机;所述温度感受器置于家用淋浴器的储水器内;所述三通接头一头连接家用淋浴器的储水器,另外两头分别安装温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管;所述温水流出管和过冷水/过热水排出管上分别安装一个电磁阀;所述温度感受器和电磁阀均连接到单片机上;所述温度感受器、电磁阀、单片机由电源供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置,其特征是,所述温度感受器为一个DS18B20数字温度传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的家用淋浴过冷水或过热水去除装置,其特征是,所述单片机为STC89C51单片机。
