一种肱骨直型保护钢板,包括一直段,直段呈内侧面与肱骨骨干吻合结构,直段上设有多个定位孔,其特征在于:还包括多个保护翼,多个保护翼对称设置于直段的两侧呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状。多个保护翼对称设置于直段的两侧呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状,在直段固定于肱骨骨干上时,直段的内侧面贴合肱骨骨干正面,保护翼向段的两侧包纳状包裹肱骨骨干两侧,通过螺纹孔或穿针孔穿接螺钉或固定针能对肱骨两侧碎骨进行稳定固定,保护肱骨的完整性,提高肱骨骨折愈合、治疗效果;沉头螺钉使用时在钢板表面平整,无凸起,便于植入和减少使用痛楚,有利于术后愈合;沉头加压螺钉有利于提高锁定牢固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及植入器械领域,具体说是一种肱骨直型保护钢板。 
背景技术
现代骨科手术中,肱骨骨干骨折大都采用钢板植入固定,传统钢板上设置锁定孔和锁定加压组合孔,利用锁定螺钉和加压螺丝锁紧锁定板于肱骨骨干背侧,锁定板在肱骨上固定稳定,但其只对肱骨背侧碎骨固定效果好,针对肱骨两侧碎骨无法进行固定,其使用受碎骨位置局限性强,适用范围小。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中无法对肱骨碎骨全方位固定的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能对肱骨两侧碎骨进行固定的肱骨直型保护钢板。 
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种肱骨直型保护钢板,包括一直段,直段呈内侧面与肱骨骨干吻合结构,直段上设有多个定位孔,其特征在于还包括多个保护翼,多个保护翼对称设置于直段的两侧呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状。 
进一步地,所述保护翼上设有螺纹孔或穿针孔。 
进一步地,所述定位孔包括螺纹孔和锁定加压孔。 
再进一步地,所述螺纹孔内设螺纹旋接肱骨的沉头螺钉;锁定加压孔内设螺纹旋接肱骨的沉头加压螺钉。 
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是;多个保护翼对称设置于直段的两侧呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状,在直段固定于肱骨骨干上时,直段的内侧面贴合肱骨骨干正面,保护翼向段的两侧包纳状包裹肱骨骨干两侧,通过螺纹孔或穿针孔穿接螺钉或固定针能对肱骨两侧碎骨进行稳定固定,保护肱骨的完整性,提高肱骨骨折愈合、治疗效果;沉头螺钉使用时在钢板表面平整,无凸起,便于植入和减少使用痛楚,有利于术后愈合;沉头加压螺钉有利于提高锁定牢固性。

图1、2所示,一种肱骨直型保护钢板包括直段2、保护翼3、螺纹孔4、锁定加压孔5、沉头螺钉6和沉头加压螺钉7,直段2呈内侧面与肱骨骨干吻合的结构,直段2的两侧对称设置有多个保护翼3,保护翼3呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状;直段2上设有多个锁定加压孔5,锁定加压孔5内设螺纹旋接肱骨1的沉头加压螺钉7,叉脚2和保护翼3设有多个螺纹孔4,螺纹孔4内设螺纹旋接肱骨8的沉头螺钉6。

1.一种肱骨直型保护钢板,包括一直段,直段呈内侧面与肱骨骨干吻合结构,直段上设有多个定位孔,其特征在于:还包括多个保护翼,多个保护翼对称设置于直段的两侧呈朝向直段内侧面包纳状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肱骨直型保护钢板,其特征是:所述保护翼上设有螺纹孔或穿针孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肱骨直型保护钢板,其特征是:所述定位孔包括螺纹孔和/或锁定加压孔。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的肱骨直型保护钢板,其特征是:所述螺纹孔内设螺纹旋接肱骨的沉头螺钉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的肱骨直型保护钢板,其特征是:所述锁定加压孔内设螺纹旋接肱骨的沉头加压螺钉。
