The crown spring jack has a smooth arc contact surface, the plugging and pulling is soft, the maximum contact surface is guaranteed, the contact resistance is low, the temperature rise is small, and the anti-seismic capacity is high. Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of the first connection panel and the second connection panel of the aircraft connector, where the first connection panel P1 is a female connector of the aircraft connector, and is provided with a plurality of jacks, such as crown spring jacks, which can prevent fingers from getting electric shock. In order to separate the ups maintenance bypass device from the ups, the ups maintenance bypass device may be packaged by a housing, and an overall structural schematic diagram of the packaged ups maintenance bypass device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 7. In fig. 7, component 71 is a first connection panel of a hot-pluggable connector, component 72 is a terminal block, component 73 is a first circuit breaker, and component 74 is two single-pole circuit breakers or one double-pole circuit breaker.
An uninterruptible power supply system provided in an embodiment of the present application may refer to fig. 2, and a schematic structural diagram of the uninterruptible power supply system provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and an UPS maintenance bypass device; the uninterruptible power supply is a single-input single-output uninterruptible power supply (namely a single-phase input uninterruptible power supply), and the uninterruptible power supply is connected with the uninterruptible power supply bypass maintenance bypass device through a hot-pluggable connector; the hot-pluggable connector comprises a first connecting panel and a second connecting panel which are connected in a hot-pluggable mode; the second connecting panel is connected with a commercial power input end of the uninterruptible power supply and an output end of the uninterruptible power supply;
the UPS comprises a UPS rectifier, an inverter module and a relay, wherein the input of the UPS rectifier and the inverter module is connected with commercial power, the inversion output of the UPS rectifier and the inverter module is single-phase output, the zero line output of the UPS rectifier and the inverter module is directly connected with a hot-pluggable connector, the live wire output of the UPS rectifier and the inverter module is connected with the normally open end 2 of the relay, the normally closed end 3 of the relay is connected with one-phase input live wire, and the fixed end 1 of the relay is directly connected with the hot-pluggable connector;
the working state of the uninterruptible power supply system comprises an inversion working state, an internal bypass state and a maintenance bypass state, and the specific states are as follows:
inversion working state: the first breaker 13 is closed and the second 14 and third 15 breakers are opened; the first connection panel P1 and the second connection panel P2 of the hot-pluggable connector are tightly combined, commercial power enters the uninterruptible power supply through the first circuit breaker 13, the first connection panel P1 and the second connection panel P2, standard sine waves are output after passing through the UPS rectifier and the inverter module and are output to the relay (at the moment, the dynamic contact of the relay is switched to the normally open end 2, the fixed end 1 of the relay is communicated with the normally open end 2), and the inverter output is sent to a load through the hot-pluggable connector.
Internal bypass state: the first breaker 13 is closed and the second 14 and third 15 breakers are opened; the first connection panel P1 and the second connection panel P2 of the hot-pluggable connector are tightly combined, and the commercial power enters the uninterruptible power supply through the first circuit breaker 13, the first connection panel P1 and the second connection panel P2, at this time, the dynamic contact of the relay is switched to the normally closed end 3, the fixed end 1 of the relay is communicated with the normally closed end 3, and at this time, the commercial power is directly transmitted to the load through the relay and the hot-pluggable connector without passing through the UPS rectifier and the inverter module.
Maintaining the bypass state: the first breaker 13 is open, the second breaker 14 and the third breaker 15 are closed; the first connection panel P1 and the second connection panel P2 of the hot-pluggable connector are separated, and the commercial power is directly outputted to the load through the second breaker 14 and the third breaker 15.
The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device comprises: a terminal block 11 and said first connection panel 12; wherein,
the first terminal a1 of the line bank 11 is connected to the first terminal b1 of the first connection panel 12 through the first circuit breaker 13 to form a first commercial power input channel of the ups, and the first terminal of the line bank is further used for being connected to a first output end of the commercial power;
the first mains input channel may be a live input channel of mains.
The second terminal a2 of the line bank 11 is connected to the second terminal b2 of the first connection panel 12 to form a second commercial power input channel of the ups, and the second terminal of the line bank is further used for connecting to a second output terminal of the commercial power;
the second mains supply input channel can be a zero line input channel of mains supply.
The third terminal a3 of the terminal block 11 is connected to the third terminal b3 of the first connection panel 12 to form a first output channel of the ups, and the third terminal of the terminal block is further configured to be connected to a first input terminal of a load;
the fourth terminal a4 of the terminal block 11, which is connected to the fourth terminal b4 of the first connection panel 12 and forms a second output channel of the ups, is also adapted to be connected to a second input of a load.
The first terminal a1 of the terminal block 11 is connected to the third terminal b3 of the first connection panel 12 through the second circuit breaker 14;
that is, the first terminal a1 of the bank 11 is connected to a common terminal of the third terminal a3 of the bank 11 and the third terminal b3 of the first connection panel 12 through the second circuit breaker 14.
The second terminal a2 of the terminal block 11 is connected to the fourth terminal b4 of the first connection panel 12 through a third circuit breaker 15.
That is, the second terminal a2 of the terminal block 11 is connected to the common terminal of the fourth terminal a4 of the terminal block 11 and the fourth terminal b4 of the first connection panel 12 through the third circuit breaker 15.
When first connection panel with when second connection panel is connected, first connection panel's first wiring end with uninterrupted power source's first commercial power input end is connected, first connection panel's second wiring end with uninterrupted power source's second commercial power input end is connected, first connection panel's third wiring end with uninterrupted power source's first output is connected, first connection panel's fourth wiring end with uninterrupted power source's second output is connected.
The fifth terminal a5 of the terminal block 11 is connected to the fifth terminal b5 of the first connection panel 12 to form a ground input channel of the ups;
in the embodiment of the present application, a ground wire channel is further disposed in the UPS maintenance bypass device, and when the first connection panel 12 and the second connection panel of the hot-pluggable connector are connected, the fifth terminal b5 of the first connection panel 12 is connected to the ground wire input of the UPS, so as to avoid the danger that the user is shocked when the electrical leakage occurs.
In the foregoing embodiment, the ups is a single-input single-output ups, a schematic structural diagram of another ups system provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the ups is a three-input single-output ups (a three-phase input ups), and preferably, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the connection bank 11 further includes: a sixth terminal a6 and a seventh terminal a 7;
the sixth terminal a6 of the line bank 11 is connected to the sixth terminal b6 of the first connection panel 12 to form a third commercial power input channel of the ups, and the sixth terminal of the line bank is further used for connecting to a third output terminal of the commercial power;
the third mains input channel may be a second phase live line input channel of a three-phase mains.
The seventh terminal a7 of the line bank 11 is connected to the seventh terminal b7 of the first connection panel 12 to form a fourth mains input channel of the ups, and is further adapted to be connected to a fourth output of the mains.
The fourth mains input channel may be a third phase live input channel of a three-phase mains.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first terminal a1 of the connection bank 11 is connected to the first terminal b1 of the first connection panel 12 through the first circuit breaker 13, so as to form a first commercial power input channel of the ups;
the first mains input channel may be a first phase live line input channel of a three-phase mains.
In the embodiment of the application, four commercial power input channels are arranged in the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device, and the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device comprises three live wire input channels and one zero wire input channel, and is suitable for an uninterruptible power supply power system with three inlets and one outlet.
Another schematic structural diagram of an uninterruptible power supply system provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the uninterruptible power supply is a three-input single-output uninterruptible power supply (a three-phase input uninterruptible power supply), and preferably, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the connection bank 11 may further include: a sixth terminal a6 and a seventh terminal a 7;
the sixth terminal a6 of the line bank 11 is connected to the sixth terminal b6 of the first connection panel 12 through the fourth circuit breaker 16 to form a third utility power input channel of the ups, and the sixth terminal of the line bank is further used for connecting to a third output terminal of the utility power;
the third mains input channel may be a second phase live line input channel of a three-phase mains.
The seventh terminal a7 of the line bank 11 is connected to the seventh terminal b7 of the first connection panel 12 via a fifth circuit breaker 17, forming a fourth mains input channel of the ups, said seventh terminal of the line bank being further adapted to be connected to a fourth output of the mains.
The fourth mains input channel may be a third phase live input channel of a three-phase mains.
When the first connection panel is connected with the second connection panel, a sixth wiring terminal of the first connection panel is connected with a third mains supply input end of the uninterruptible power supply, and a seventh wiring terminal of the first connection panel is connected with a fourth mains supply input end of the uninterruptible power supply.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first terminal a1 of the connection bank 11 is connected to the first terminal b1 of the first connection panel 12 through the first circuit breaker 13, so as to form a first commercial power input channel of the ups;
the first mains input channel may be a first phase live line input channel of a three-phase mains.
In the embodiment of the application, four commercial power input channels are arranged in the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device, and the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device comprises three live wire input channels and one zero wire input channel, and is suitable for an uninterruptible power supply power system with three inlets and one outlet.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the first circuit breaker 13 is a first switching circuit of a three-pole circuit breaker, the fourth circuit breaker 16 is a second switching circuit of the three-pole circuit breaker, and the fifth circuit breaker 17 is a third switching circuit of the three-pole circuit breaker, for convenience of operation.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the functions of the first circuit breaker 13, the fourth circuit breaker 16, and the fifth circuit breaker 17 may be implemented by one three-pole circuit breaker, that is, the first circuit breaker 13, the fourth circuit breaker 16, and the fifth circuit breaker 17 are replaced by one three-pole circuit breaker.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the second circuit breaker 14 is a first switching circuit of a bipolar circuit breaker, and the third circuit breaker 15 is a second switching circuit of the bipolar circuit breaker.
That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the functions of the second circuit breaker 13 and the third circuit breaker 15 can be realized by one bipolar circuit breaker, that is, the second circuit breaker 13 and the third circuit breaker 15 are replaced by one bipolar circuit breaker.

In the above embodiment, preferably, the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device is placed in the chassis of the uninterruptible power supply and detachably connected to the chassis of the uninterruptible power supply, so that the maintenance bypass device can be conveniently pulled out from the chassis of the uninterruptible power supply.
The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device provided in the embodiment of the application occupies a small space, and can be integrated into a chassis of an uninterruptible power supply, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of an overall structure of an uninterruptible power supply integrated with the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device provided in the embodiment of the application;
the case of the uninterrupted power supply is provided with a second connecting panel of the hot-pluggable connector. The uninterrupted power supply maintenance bypass device is placed inside the uninterrupted power supply case and integrated with the uninterrupted power supply, so that the space of the frame where the uninterrupted power supply case is located does not need to be occupied, and the uninterrupted power supply maintenance bypass cabinet in the prior art needs to additionally occupy the space of the frame.
In the embodiment of the present application, the switching process of the uninterruptible power supply from the inversion operating state to the maintenance bypass state is as follows:
pressing a shutdown key of the uninterrupted power supply or setting a manual bypass mode to enable the uninterrupted power supply to enter an internal bypass state from an inversion working state;
in an internal bypass state, a fixed end 1 of the relay is communicated with a normally closed end 3; if the UPS is a single-phase input UPS, the first circuit breaker 13 is closed, and the second circuit breaker 14 and the third circuit breaker 15 are opened; if the UPS power supply is a three-phase input UPS, the first breaker 13 is closed (if the fourth breaker 16 and the fifth breaker 17 are also included, the fourth breaker 16 and the fifth breaker 17 are also closed), and the second breaker 14 and the third breaker 15 are opened;
closing the second and third circuit breakers 14 and 15, opening the first circuit breaker 13 (if a fourth and fifth circuit breaker 16 and 17 are also included, the fourth and fifth circuit breakers 16 and 17 are also simultaneously opened with the first circuit breaker 13);
disconnecting a battery breaker in an external battery cabinet of the uninterruptible power supply and pulling out a battery connector in the uninterruptible power supply;
and (4) pulling out the uninterrupted power supply maintenance bypass device, wherein the uninterrupted power supply maintenance bypass device is electrically connected and disconnected with the uninterrupted power supply, and the uninterrupted power supply is completely powered down.
The charged uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device is separated from the uncharged uninterruptible power supply, the uninterruptible power supply is kept still for 10 minutes, and the uninterruptible power supply can be detached from the rack for maintenance after charges stored in a capacitor in the uninterruptible power supply are released.

Claims (12)
1. An uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device is characterized in that the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device is connected with an uninterruptible power supply through a hot-pluggable connector, the hot-pluggable connector comprises a first connecting panel and a second connecting panel which are in hot-pluggable connection, and the second connecting panel is connected with a mains supply input end of the uninterruptible power supply and an output end of the uninterruptible power supply; the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device comprises: a wire bank and the first connection panel; wherein,
the first wiring end of the wiring bar is connected with the first wiring end of the first connecting panel through a first circuit breaker to form a first mains supply input channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the first wiring end of the wiring bar is also used for being connected with a first output end of a mains supply;
the second wiring end of the wiring bar is connected with the second wiring end of the first connecting panel to form a second mains supply input channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the second wiring end of the wiring bar is also used for being connected with a second output end of the mains supply;
the third terminal of the line bank is connected with the third terminal of the first connecting panel to form a first output channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the third terminal of the line bank is also used for being connected with a first input end of a load;
the fourth terminal of the line bank is connected with the fourth terminal of the first connection panel to form a second output channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the fourth terminal of the line bank is also used for being connected with a second input end of a load;
the first terminal of the wiring bank is connected with the third terminal of the first connecting panel through a second circuit breaker;
the second terminal of the terminal block is connected to the fourth terminal of the first connection panel through a third circuit breaker.
2. The ups maintenance bypass device according to claim 1, wherein the ups is a single-phase input ups, the first terminal of the line bank is adapted to be connected to a live output of the utility power, and the second terminal of the line bank is adapted to be connected to a neutral output of the utility power.
3. The ups maintenance bypass apparatus of claim 1, wherein the ups is a three-phase input ups, the termination bank further comprising: a sixth terminal and a seventh terminal;
the sixth wiring end of the wiring bar is connected with the sixth wiring end of the first connection panel to form a third commercial power input channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the sixth wiring end of the wiring bar is also used for being connected with a third output end of the commercial power;
the seventh wiring end of the wiring bar is connected with the seventh wiring end of the first connecting panel to form a fourth commercial power input channel of the uninterruptible power supply, and the seventh wiring end of the wiring bar is also used for being connected with a fourth output end of the commercial power;
the first wiring end of the wiring bar is used for being connected with the first live wire output end of commercial power, the second wiring end of the wiring bar is used for being connected with the zero line output end of the commercial power, the sixth wiring end of the wiring bar is used for being connected with the second live wire output end of the commercial power, and the seventh wiring end of the wiring bar is used for being connected with the third live wire output end of the commercial power.
4. The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device of claim 3,
a sixth terminal of the line bank is connected to a sixth terminal of the first connection panel through a fourth circuit breaker;
and the seventh terminal of the wiring bar is connected with the seventh terminal of the first connecting panel through a fifth circuit breaker.

The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device of claim 4, wherein the first circuit breaker is a first switching circuit of a three-pole circuit breaker, the fourth circuit breaker is a second switching circuit of the three-pole circuit breaker, and the fifth circuit breaker is a third switching circuit of the three-pole circuit breaker.
6. The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device of claim 1, wherein the first circuit breaker is a single pole circuit breaker, the second circuit breaker is a first switching circuit of a bipolar circuit breaker, and the third circuit breaker is a second switching circuit of the bipolar circuit breaker.
7. The ups maintenance bypass device according to claim 1, wherein the hot-pluggable connector is an aviation connector, the first connection panel of the hot-pluggable connector is provided with a plurality of jacks, the second connection panel of the pluggable connector is provided with a plurality of pins, or the first connection panel of the hot-pluggable connector is provided with a plurality of pins, the second connection panel of the pluggable connector is provided with a plurality of holes, and the pins and the jacks are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
8. The uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device of any of claims 1-7, further comprising:
and the wiring bar, the first connecting panel, each circuit breaker and the connecting wires among the circuit breakers are all packaged in the packaging shell.
9. An uninterruptible power supply system, comprising: a single phase input ups and an ups maintenance bypass apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 6 and 7.
10. The uninterruptible power supply system of claim 9, wherein the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device further comprises: the wiring bar, the first connecting panel, the circuit breakers and connecting lines among the circuit breakers are all packaged in the packaging shell;
the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device is arranged in the case of the single-phase input uninterruptible power supply and is detachably connected with the case of the single-phase input uninterruptible power supply.
11. An uninterruptible power supply system, comprising: a three phase input ups and an ups maintenance bypass apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
12. The uninterruptible power supply system of claim 11, wherein the uninterruptible power supply maintenance bypass device further comprises:
the wiring bar, the first connecting panel, the circuit breakers and connecting lines among the circuit breakers are all packaged in the packaging shell;
the uninterrupted power supply maintenance bypass device is arranged in the case of the three-phase input uninterrupted power supply and is detachably connected with the case of the three-phase input uninterrupted power supply.
