背景技术
活塞是内燃机的“心脏”,承受交变的机械负荷和热负荷,是内燃机中工作条件最恶劣的关键零部件之一。活塞的种类一般分为:柴油机活塞、汽油机活塞、通用型活塞。活塞的功用是承受气体压力,并通过活塞销传给连杆驱使曲轴旋转,活塞顶部还是燃烧室的组成部分。工作条件活塞在高温。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种结构简单、结构紧密的内燃机顶出活塞。
本发明的方案如下:一种内燃机顶出活塞,包括本体,本体内贯穿顶出孔,所述的顶出孔由二段组成,分别为顶出孔Ⅰ、顶出孔Ⅱ;所述的顶出孔Ⅰ直径小于顶出孔Ⅱ直径;
所述的本体外壁自上而下,分别设置凸部Ⅰ、凹部Ⅰ、凹部Ⅱ、凹部Ⅲ、凸部Ⅱ;所述的凸部Ⅰ径向直径大于凹部Ⅰ,所述的凹部Ⅰ直径大于凹部Ⅱ,所述的凹部Ⅲ径向直径与凹部Ⅰ径向直径相同;所述的凸部Ⅰ与凸部Ⅱ径向直径相同。
本发明结构简单、紧密,通过凸部Ⅰ、凹部Ⅰ、凹部Ⅱ、凹部Ⅲ和凸部Ⅱ的配合,实现活塞的作用。

所述的本体外壁自上而下,分别设置凸部Ⅰ4、凹部Ⅰ5、凹部Ⅱ6、凹部Ⅲ7、凸部Ⅱ8;所述的凸部Ⅰ4径向直径大于凹部Ⅰ5,所述的凹部Ⅰ5直径大于凹部Ⅱ6,所述的凹部Ⅲ7径向直径与凹部Ⅰ5径向直径相同;所述的凸部Ⅰ4与凸部Ⅱ8径向直径相同。
